Una verdadera joya en Tepoztlán. Casa del Ángel es un hotel boutique encantador, con una arquitectura muy mexicana que combina tradición y buen gusto en cada rincón. Very nice rustic hotel. Above expectations. Nice pool. Wonderful view. Room and lobby were nice and clean. Very good breakfast. Very friendly personnel. Very clean when we first came in. The bad On our second day when we cam back from our party late at night, the bed was not made. The floor not cleaned. They put extra water bottles though.

This was a amazing property to stay at. Me and my mother stayed here for 2 nights when we originally were just going to stay for one because we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property. It’s amazingly well decorated, the rooms are spacious and super clean. The bed and sheet quality is actually to die for and felt like I could sleep for days in them. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and fresh. I have no complaints whatsoever regarding this property. If you are to stay in tepoztlan you must stay here. I will be back very soon!

Room was large and entirely comfortable with a stupendous view of the gardens and mountains in the background. Attentive but non-intrusive service. And a caring and delightful hostess. Casa del Angel es un hotel boutique en el que vale mucho la pena quedarse. Es atendido por sus dueños, lo que te garantiza que van a cuidar cada detalle para que estancia sea lo más agradable. Incluye el desayuno, con un toque de comida hecha en casa, por lo que si te gusta este estilo de lo familiar es una gran opción. Todo el personal es muy amable y se esmeran por consentirte. Nosotros sin dudarlo regresaremos. Quizas lo único es que en la habitación que nos toco daba a la calle y es muy ruidosa, aun en la noche, porque además esta muy cerca de la autopista y al no tener aire acondicionado tienes que dormir con la ventana abierta. Muchas gracas a la dueña por siempre estar al pendiente de nosotros durante la estancia.

Muy buena opción de hospedaje, buena atención, limpieza, ambiente relajado, la alberca súper bien. Falta aire acondicionado en las habitaciones (súper necesario en esta época de calor), y ampliar las opciones de desayuno, que por el precio por noche tendrían que hacerlo. Creo que pueden ofrecer un poco más por lo que pagas, pero en general muy buena opción.

Es un pequeño hotel decorado precioso, el servicio es excelente, el desayuno magnifico, cuidan mucho cada detalle lo que lo hace muy especial. Marcela la dueña te hace sentir como en casa, se nota que le preocupa el bienestar de sus huéspedes. Definitivamente volvería.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing! We were blown away when we first walked in, the whole property is gorgeous. The staff very accommodating, they were able to get us a second room last minute. The food every morning was also delicious. Over all the best stay we've ever had!

Such a beautiful property in a beautiful setting. We extended our stay by one night because we enjoyed it so much. The balcony looked out toward the gorgeous mountains. The pool provided a fun distraction during the middle of the day. The breakfast was made to order, with care. Would definitely stay here again.

Muy buena opción de hospedaje, buena atención, limpieza, ambiente relajado, la alberca súper bien. Falta aire acondicionado en las habitaciones (súper necesario en esta época de calor), y ampliar las opciones de desayuno, que por el precio por noche tendrían que hacerlo. Creo que pueden ofrecer un poco más por lo que pagas, pero en general muy buena opción.

Fue una gran experiencia hospedarnos aquí. A pesar de no ser un hotel de servicio completo, hay todo lo que se puede necesitar para descansar y relajarse. Está muy bien mantenido y limpio, y muy cerca de las atracciones del pueblo sin estar en los tumultos. La atención de los propietarios y todo el staff siempre fue amable y muy servicial. Regresaremos definitivamente. El desayuno incluido es muy completo y delicioso, y para otras horas del día, si se decide consumir alimentos ahí, la selección es limitada y un poco cara, pero igual de buena.

Una verdadera joya en Tepoztlán. Casa del Ángel es un hotel boutique encantador, con una arquitectura muy mexicana que combina tradición y buen gusto en cada rincón. El jardín es precioso, ideal para relajarse, y la alberca está perfecta para disfrutar del clima. El servicio es excelente: cálido, atento y muy profesional. Y qué decir de los desayunos… ¡deliciosos! Sin duda, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver.

The staff accommodated is for an early Breakfast on our check out day. We really appreciated that the staff warned us about the highway closure into Mexico City. We were able to buy a fast pass and we got into the city timely with no issues. That was very much appreciated! The property is beautiful inside and out! We loved our messages.

The hotel is beautiful and has excellent maintenance. The breakfast is delicious. I would not recommend it for families with children. Breakfast starts after 9am and the pool opens after 9am. When we arrived around 4pm, the pool was closed. I booked the hotel, as it said in the reviews that it is one of the best for kids. I think that for adults that wake up early and would like to climb the Tepozteco is not great either.

We loved our stay at Casa Del Angel! The property is beautifully maintained, and everything felt clean and comfortable, without being overly sterile. The staff was so nice and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. We almost feel bad recommending it, because it’s such a hidden gem, but you should absolutely give this hotel a visit. We liked being off the beaten path a bit, with a 15 min walk at most to Downtown in either direction. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.
