The smell of raw sewage permeates the rooftop pool. It is truly disgusting and I was hoping to enjoy time by the pool. The staff are all very slow and dont understand how to serve the guests. There was only one staff member that was the downstairs cafe manager that seemed to be good at customer service otherwise I wouldnt recommend this hotel based on the absolute incompetent pool staff and the horrible smell of feces at the pool. The pool also closes at 6 pm -- very early and the staff took forever to get me a drink and set up my hookah. It felt like most of their first time at a job. Our housekeeping attendant Trang was excellent though and very friendly and made my room very clean. She was lovely.

Very beatiful and cozy hotel at a super location. Easy to walk around in the center and to get to main roads. The fitness center is very pour though. Not as big and nice as on the photos. Very old machines in bad condition - the few they have. Pillows are hard, so ask for softer ones. More staff needed in the breakfast restaurant, or to be more attending. Still, a very nice hotel. Just don't expect a good gym time during your stay.

The Myst Dong was a fantastic hotel. Great location and the staff very helpful. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing, such a peaceful place to relax with views of the skyline. The room was spacious and the outdoor jacuzzi bath was a pleasant surprise. A modern hotel but with an authentic Vietnamese feel. We will definitely be back

Very clean, unique style. Tiny fitness room on the top of the building. Don't expect a view from the room but view from the restaurant and pool area is good. Large pool on top floor. Super friendly staff members. Apparently free beer in room fridge that I missed. Good water pressure and hot water. Very comfortable beds. Did I mention clean. 2 seven eleven nearby and many many restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

A lot of thought went into the design of the hotel and many of the details are charming and attractive. There were some issues in our room that rendered it less than ideal, such as uncomfortable furniture, poorly placed lighting and a smell of sewage. The location is very central, walking distance to major attractions, and the staff was all courteous and helpful.

Fantastic stay - the staff was lovely from the moment of arrival. Great rooftop pool and bar. Rooms were very clean and serviced daily. One of the best shower pressures I’ve ever had in a hotel. Sadly didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but a great touch! They accommodated a request for a quieter room which was so appreciated. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options. The location was also very walkable to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 6d5n and was upgraded to the signature room. Room is huge. Comfortable king bed with good linen which gave me many good nights of sleep. Aircon works perfect. There is a separate shower and toilet with auto bidet. Sufficient personal amenities to use. Free minibar with canned drinks and water. Outdoor jacuzzi is huge, looks stained but it is just natural stone discolouration. I didn't die taking a bath there but enjoyed my outdoor baths a lot. Breakfast and tea time serve awesome buffet spread. I didn't regret getting the breakfast. The pool is amazing. I loved hanging out by the rooftop pool. Enough deck chairs and gazebos. Staff service was top notch and awesome

First of all the staff is wonderful and very helpful and we would stay here again. Breakfast was devine, clean rooms and comfortable bed and a nice clock in the room. We did not use the hot tub on the deck, looked very aged. Couch is wood very uncomfortable although it made a great place to put your second bag. Big room but not much of a closet. Great WIFI

My experience at the Myst was one of the worst hotel I’ve had in over 10 years of business travel. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed how incredibly loud my room was. Being on the top floor, I could hear constant noise from an event on the roof—footsteps, conversations, and clanging pots. When I requested to switch rooms, I was told there were no quieter options available. I then requested a refund, which seemed reasonable under the circumstances. Initially, the staff appeared willing to coordinate with hotels.com to process the refund. However, I soon realized they were being dishonest. After persuading me to leave with assurances that the refund would be handled, I learned from a very helpful hotels.com agent that the hotel staff kept hanging up on her calls. I had to stay on-site, keeping the chat open with the agent and watching the staff closely to ensure they completed the process. Each time I stepped away, they would stop responding to her. Graham, who spoke the best English, tried to gaslight me, escalating a minor issue into something unnecessarily frustrating and wasting an hour of my evening. Beyond this awful experience, the hotel itself was unimpressive—old, lacking charm, and crawling with bugs.

The pictures don’t only tell the story. Beautiful hotel right in the main district of Saigon. So much around it, but the room itself was incredible. Very comfortable bed, with Jacuzzi on the balcony. Phenomenal staff and attention to detail made this one of my favorite hotel destinations.

Myst staff treats guests like royalty. For this first visit to Vietnam, I launched from here. A driver awaited my late fight; breakfast was arrayed elegantly--with signage. Everyone spoke English. The Lobby Ambassador, N Duc, was especially helpful. He set up my SIM card, helped me change dollars, recommended the best taxi/scooter app--and gave me pointers for using it (reserve in app, pay in dong). Also, N. Duc found exactly the type of food tour I'd hoped for. In short, N. Duc taught me to fish. Finally, every inch of the Myst property is artful-- from the rooftop lap pool to the streetside cafe.

First, their check in procedure is Top class. Just sit down in a sofa and the staff takes care of everything. Second, unfortunately our jetlag made us sleep in and miss the great breakfast we read about. Third, this made us so stressed so we forgot our passports in the room safety box!!! When we realised this at the airport, a staff from the front office hurried with our passports to the airport with ONLY the taxi fee as a cost!!!! This is an OUTSTANDING pure ”the customer comes first” behavior and we want to recommend this hotel to 150%!! The staff at the pool bar was also so very friendly and polite! We are SO grateful for how you handled out crazy jetlagged behavior! 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

The maneger Nah Lam was Amazing! Her service and putting the guestes first allways was a joy to experince. Alone her make this hotel worth comming back for. The hotel in general was really beautifull and Well maintain. I Can only recomend People’ to stat here when they are in saigon

This was a wonderful property to stay at for 3 nights. Daily breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options including a la carte and buffet style. Customer service was top notch. They immediately notified me when i accidentally left the room safe unlocked with valuables inside. They immediately took a photo and sharded it with me via whatsapp. Appreciate the wonderful hospitality of this property with such friendly happy staff. Highly recommeded for value, central location, and terrific staff.

Service and staff are outstanding. They were kind and professional and went the extra mile to help with a flight problem I had. They knew my room number from the start, I wasn’t just another face in the crowd. Great location, easy to get around especially with Grab. The jacuzzi on balcony was in sad shape but otherwise room was lovely.

this is the best hotel to stay because 1 the design is amazing. Look better than the pictures. Spacious! the designer interpret and cooperate the local culture to modern architect at imppressive level 2 best location: 2 convinience store, walking distance to important attractions from old building to cafe apartment 3 best breakfast : better than 5 star chain hotel for me....you should give it a try 4 wonderful staff, friendly speak english, willing to help and go beyond to make sure your problem is solved and you get wonderful stay 5 the detail: beautiful scene at 15th floor pool both day and night, bluetooth music, japanese bidet toilet, free refill minibar that provide you local interesting drinks, coffee capsule machine that refillable, good night treat, comfort bed, iron board, hair dryer..... 6 afternoon tea also a wow I found my place to stay in HCMC

Held a workshop at the conference room, staffs were very helpful thou did not have the correct adapter for USB to HDMI. The breakfast menu included caviar egg omelet and lobster omelet left an impression to my oversea guest. Took photos and shared among relatives & friends.
