Convenient location with a lot of shops opening until late hours. Easy to look for parking nearby.

This was our first experience with staying at the Toyoko chain of hotels. Our stay was so pleasant that we are definitely going to consider staying again for future visits to Hachioji. The hotel is conveniently located near Hachioji Station, where there is plenty of food and excitement. The room was cozy, without any frills, has everything you need. The staff was kind and courteous, despite some language barrier. Some staff knew plenty of English to communicate though! And the Onigiri selection for breakfast was the best - I miss it to be honest! Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay so pleasant!

Although bed was hard, but great for back, there is no cushion for side sleepers. Maybe provide extra comforter. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was kind and polite. They provided several kinds of tasty Onigiri for breakfast and allowed customers to have them in their rooms.
