家族旅行で、ダブルとシングル×２を予約しました。部屋も清潔で、サービスのエッグタルトは最高です。すぐになくなってしまいますが。難点を上げるとすると、混雑時のエレベータ渋滞（いつもではなく、集中時ですね）と、連泊の際の清掃（ごみ箱に入れておかないとゴミは改修してくれない、お茶を飲んだカップは洗ってくれず放置）ですね。きちんとやってほしいことをわかりやすく示さないといけないのかも。ただ、価格面でみれば、施設のスペック、清潔さなどからコスパは大変優れているホテルだと思います。

Good hotel to stay in Hachioji, near Keio line and a 5 minute walk to JR station. Hotel was nice and clean, but room and floor smelled like cigarettes. If you have any issue with this smell, this might now be the hotel for you. Other than that, no problem. Near several convenience stores(Lawson,7-11,Family Mart).

The hotel did not meet my expectations based on the photos and reviews I had seen before my stay. The room was extremely noisy - sounds from the corridor and neighbouring rooms were clearly audible. The worst part, however, was the constant noise from the laundry room, where washing machines ran every evening and throughout the night. Even though the laundry room wasn’t directly adjacent to mine, the noise carried easily and completely ruined my sleep. The room itself was fairly clean, but there were visible signs of previous water damage, including patches of mold on the wall. The bed was acceptable - slightly softer than a typical Japanese mattress, yet still much firmer than what one would expect in most Western hotels. The staff were friendly and spoke basic English, and the breakfast was good, though it lacked variety from day to day. Overall, the hotel feels in need of a thorough renovation. Had I seen realistic photos of my actual room - rather than the polished ones on the website - and known about the persistent noise from the laundry room, as well as from other guests, I would definitely have chosen a different place to stay.

京王線の駅からすぐで、アクセスが非常によく、隣と向かいにコンビニがあり、便利です。お部屋はスーペリアシングルルームでした。扇形の変形スタイルでしたが、広さは十分あり、スーツケースを広げっぱなしにできました。チェックイン時に「本日から３泊ですね」と４回も確認されたのが不思議でした。部屋のTV横にチョコレートのかけらがこぼれていたりして清掃状態はあまりよくないと感じました。エコ清掃の場合にはタオルとゴミ箱をドア前に出しておくだけのスタイルでもいいのではないでしょうか。アメニティももっと節約できると思います。浴室と部屋の段差がかなりあるので、注意が必要です。

Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here.

客室、設備、全て綺麗で素晴らしい。スタッフの方も親切でした。ただ空調が調節出来ないため、寒くてコートが脱げず、お風呂に入るのも躊躇して、着替えもせずにお布団に潜り込みました。パンケーキのサービスは可愛くて、ちょっとクスッとしました。

古いホテルをリノベしてあったので、全体的にはキレイにしてあったが、お風呂の使いにくさは、おそらく昔基準のままだった。なかなか見つからないコネクトルームがあったのでコチラに決めたが、便利だった。子どもたちが部屋を行き来するので、間仕切りのドアを開けたままにしておきたかったが、ストッパーが見つからずボストンバッグで押さえて使った。

This hotel had lovely staff who were very helpful. It’s also an excellent location for walking around. Very easy access to multiple train stations, restaurants, shopping, etc. A lot less tourists and less hectic compared to other areas. Great price. Would definitely stay here again. Also appreciated how quiet the hotel was in general.

I had a bath on my first night (of 3) and no matter what settings I turn the fans to, the room remained extremely damp for the remaining stay. I think this is a common issue as the wall paper was pealing in the room too.

Room is a bit outdated and theres some dust - breakfast is okay. no rice or mackeral. The staff are very helpful and the lobby is nice though.

My son and I were visiting the Tachikawa area for an event and stayed in Hachioji for four nights at the b Hachioji. Hachioji was a convenient 3 stops down the Chuo line and the hotel was a pleasant less than 10 minute walk from the Hachioji train station. As visitors from the US we found the area easy to navigate and the b Hachioji hotel excellent for foreign visitors. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size (keep in mind most hotel rooms in Japan feel small by US standards) -- we had 2 beds and our non-smoking room had no evidence of smoking from the past. The hotel has a nice coffee and water station in the lobby that I took advantage of daily (although we never made it for the free evening pancakes from 6-8 PM). There is ample food nearby (special shoutout to the Matsunoya katsu chain around the corner), 3 major drug store chains, and all 3 major convenience store chains. I would highly recommend b Hachioji for foreign visitors.
