Staff is very friendly. Even though they were not fluent with English, They tried to explain us every detail and be helpful always.

The stay was generally positive. The room feels a lil empty. But bathroom is clean. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is not noisy, which is a positive.

停車場大，有室內跟室外。有寵物友善需另外支付800及1000押金（退房沒問題會歸還）。早餐buffet中規中矩還可以吃飽，離九族文化村/日月潭頗近，五分鐘路程。蠻推薦來此住宿

客房算乾淨睡起來也還算安靜, 想不到走道還有飲水機, 這樣想要用水就方便多了.雖說房間不大,但至少也不會算擠. 早餐也是中規中矩, 只是就都是大圓桌, 吃的可選的也不少. 地下停車場也可能車太多而滿, 但至少室外也還都能停沒什麼問題. 真要說缺點就是第一次在HOTEL用TV會用到當機, 而且WIFI還和TV一起, TV當了WIFI也沒了.而且WIFI是能用但速度不快,也可能這次正好要下載多點東西才有這感覺吧.
