房間很大，但是整體影響CROWN PLAZA的評價： 1.訂的是三人房，備品都只有2人，還要自己打電話要求。 2.早餐環境髒亂不堪，桌面、地面都是食物，吵雜凌亂、無人帶位，還有人一直打包，服務員勤快度不夠，未勤於清潔打掃、管理，實在不像四星以上飯店。 3.然後線上已付房費，退房未與我確認，直接重複刷卡，直到我自己發現客訴。整體超級差評，壞了Crown plaza名聲。
