The hotel is immaculately clean and looks great. A warm welcome awaits at reception. Rooms are a good size and bed extremely comfortable. It was a shame that a fault with my air conditioning occurred on the second night of my stay which was not fixed. I reported it on three separate occasions, each time it seemed like 'new news'. I was provided with a fan which did make the room a little room a little more tolerable. Breakfast - in the lovely cool, spacious restaurant - was excellent each morning.

Our room was neat and tidy. Plenty of power points and a wonderful air conditioning system. Beds were a little soft but still very comfortable. Breakfast was ok although the omlette lady could use some customer service training!

Stayed in Krakow for four nights, really pleased to find that the hotel was directly opposite the shopping centre and train station. Friendly check in, room on first floor, triple glazed windows so no noise from trams. Windows opened enough to let in fresh air. Air con efficient which was a bonus as the outside temp was between 23-28c. Bedding was crisp white cotton which was very welcome Bathroom modern and super clean. Nice toiletries and towels. Breakfast buffet served in the restaurant/ bar area daily, plenty of choice catering for all nationalities. Hotel located a short walk through the park to the main central square and castle. Walkable to Jewish Quarter. Train straight to Salt Mines. Pick up from hotel for other booked sightseeing. Buses and trams close by. Would definitely recommend for its location, cleanliness and friendly hotel staff.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Room has plenty of storage, big safe, very clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet, didn’t hear any noise at night. Loved the design of the hotel, lobby. Breakfast does get busy as there are alot of tour groups staying here- go early if possible. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing time in krakow, we did loads of day trips eg auschwitz-birkenau, salt mines and zakpone and the thermal baths and alot of sightseeing. Weather was fantastic to. The hotel was really nice rooms were clean and were tidied everyday, the staff were brilliant and couldnt do enough for you. You have to paid a 110 pound deposit for the mini bar which they put back in ur bank after you leave if you dont have anything. The inhouse restaurant is expensive but very nice cheese board and lovely bottle of wine.

Hotel was lovely however there's a deposit you have to pay when you get there. I came home and they had charged my card the following day after me arriving back home and sent no courtesy message as to why. Absolutely do not feel comfortable that they are making charges to my card when I'm not even in the country let alone in the hotel. I now have a major cause for concern that they could now end up putting more random charges on my card without any reasoning.

Excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff amazing in every way, always helpful and went the extra mile with a walking map to town, bottled water and Easter treats in our room, even a traditional pretzel on check-out. Restaurant very good with attentive professional staff. Good location near the sights but not too noisy, tour meeting point and tram/trains just over the road. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This hotel is beautiful and clean but the entire staff needs customer service etiquette and friendly warming communication skills. Very very rude employees with attitude and disrespect. For such an elegant hotel you might think that going out an extra mile for customers would be the norm. Due to my disability one night it was impossible to go down to the restaurant for ice. While I requested assistance to deliver it the restaurant said it was not possible. Also, there was a charge of $6.00 US for 1/2 bucket of ice to be delivered to the room. Holiday Inn and Ibis hotel chain gave be better customer service and care during my stay. I do not recommend this hotel to Americans.

We stayed with my family for a holiday, it is a hotel close to the center and public transportation. It is clean but the comfort of the rooms is very low, many of the standard needs are not in the room. The breakfast is quite poor, the restaurant staff is not good.
