I love this place but after a long day and having not used the jacuzzi because last time i stayed i didn't know and it was under construction unfortunately 💔 i didn't get a discount on stay now i finally get back from a long day go to use jacuzzi and theres 5 children under 5 in jacuzzi and 8 in the pool at 8pm with thier parents i understand they deserve fun but there should be a time when adults can use it hopefully children didn't urinate in jacuzzi or pool it was a disappointment, unfortunately i didn't use it due to the noise and amount of children occupying the jacuzzi and pool.

We drove in from out of town, had selected the option to pay when we arrived. Was told at the front desk that they only accept cards with chips (which both of our cards didn\'t have chips), and wanted an extra $100 if it was in cash. Bathtub/shower dirty with hair all over. The pool is tiny and was constantly full. It is more of a kiddie pool, the deepest it gets is around 4ft. The entire pool area was filthy: people\'s garbage on the ground, dirty towels all over the ground, chairs, tables, etc. When we got out of the hot tub had a black scum line where the water was on our skin. The "breakfast buffet" was horrible.

Our stay was very nice, the checkin was smooth, bottles of water was given and coffee and tea was offered. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety from breakfast sandwiches to a waffle and oatmeal bar. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

I was impressed by this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. The breakfast had good variety and they manned it well keeping up with demand. I would try to see if they can put you on opposite side of road that was a little loud. We were in 302 by the road. Pool was a little small if you have kids. Beds were comfortable. They streamed Netflix and YouTube . No bar or restaurant but did have snacks for purchase. Couple restaurants around but several more about 4 miles away. Seemed a safe area .

Staff were friendly with the exception of Antonio who was superb and went beyond! Hotel was clean and common areas. Our only complaint was how firm the bed was. Close to so many things. Oakland Mall is literally right across the freeway. One day we ventured to Royal Oak for food, bars and Trader Joes. The next to Utica- Hall Rd to Dave & Busters and for more shopping.

I booked 2 rooms, but we were put in rooms at completely opposite ends of the floor (room 205 and room 219). The ice bucket in one of the rooms had a dead bug in it. The front desk lady didn't seem to know what she was doing and was rude to the other adult in my party. Breakfast was nice. And there was a coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar that was also nice.

Fantastic choice! We had a King suite and it was an awesome room. King bed was very comfortable and the extra room with full size sofa bed was great for watching TV. Very spacious! The bed area also had full size tv. Very nice facility, clean & convenient location. We will choose this location again, when visiting this area. Highly recommend!

Traveling for business. Good location. Roomy King Suite, TV for viewing in bed and TV for viewing from living space. Had a fridge, microwave, and nice working area. Very Nice stay.

Beautiful king suite with sofa bed and two TV’s. Nice bathroom. Unfortunately Bed is hard old style Mattess. No modern memory foam topping. Woke up with body aches. That’s not likely to happen with younger people.

The room was small, but comfortable. It might have been cramped with two people as there was only one chair and that was the desk chair. There were children running around on the floor above me, but that’s not the fault of the property. The shower head was in need of descaling. All in all okay for just me, but I would not stay again if my wife were traveling with me.

The room was nice and clean. But the pillows and bed were so uncomfortable and left feeling like I needed to visit a chiropractor. Breakfast was ok at best. Not sure I would stay there again and would recommend.

Too many harsh chemical smells. Road noise was very loud. Room to room noise very loud. Customer service poor. Asked for a room switch and desk never followed up after they said they would. Breakfast was awful.

Very noisy neighbors directly above us on the second floor. Hard to sleep that way Next day, Saturday, they were out of many items for breakfast, especially eggs and regular coffee. Head of service said he would do something for us the next time we come. (he's in for a long wait)
