Nice standard business hotel - without to many extra services. No Roomservice. Breakfeast restaurant was really good.

Very smooth check-in/out with capable staff. I wish there was a laundry room at the hotel, though. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay and I would love to come back!!

The hotel is pretty clean except for some molds on the ceiling in the bathroom, which is understandable given lack of vent in the room. Also, the room was warm and the thermostat did not work, but the staff had been nice enough to give me a fan to keep the room cool during my stay. The area is very convenient with multiple bus stops right around the corner. The hotel also has a small laundry room and fitness center for the customers. Overall, I would say the stay was pretty good.

Great service, location, shopping area and the new lobby is very pretty. The rooms are clean. Lifts were a little slow. Otherwise great experience

조용하고 편안한 좋은 호텔이다 주변에 좋은 맛집 등이 충분히 있다 100/240 겸용 콘센트가 한개 있는데 부실했다 기존 240 용 대신 겸용이 더 있으면 좋겠다 여행중에 USB 충전이 많이 필요한데 USB 충전 소켓이 없다. Desk 옆 패널, 침대 옆 전화기 부근에 소켓이 있으면 좋겠다. Gym 에 요가메트는 있는데 스트레칭 할 공간이 있으면 좋겠다. 2m x 2m 정도.

The location is good and convenient. Very quiet which is a great help as a person who has to work a lot in the room. The staff is very helpful (I borrowed the power cable adapters.) It would be nice if there is a way to make sure that I get the 2 bottles of water with or without room cleaning done. Also, under the "See all about this property" on the Expedia page, Laundry Facilities is listed, but as far as I know, I have to go to the next door building for self-laundry.

혼자 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 침대도 편하고 옆에 카우치며 책상이 방에서 업무하기 좋았습니다. 다만 주차는 좀 불편하였습니다 타워 주차장이라 어쩔수 없긴 할것 같아요 . 그래도 전반적으로 친절하시고 깨끗해서 다음에 또 이용할 의향이 있습니다.

The location is very good. Very clean with good service. The elevator system needs to improve. The breakfast buffet was over rated. However, we will come back.

24층이었는데 뷰도 좋고 조식도 맛있고 물도 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 다만 욕조와 세면대에 짧은머리카락들이 3~5개 정도 흐트러져있었어요. 머리카락만 조금 신경써주시면 감사하겠습니다. 엘리베이터가 언제오는지 모르겠던데 층수를 보이게 해주실순 없으신걸까요~이외에는 모든게 좋았습니다.다 친절하십다.

깨끗한 편이지만, 얼룩진 시트의 의자, 세면대 하부장의 크랙 등 기물의 노후 상태를 고객 차원에서 감당하는수밖에 없는 건지 씁쓸하긴 합니다. 참고로, 어디서든 웬만하면 신라스테이로 결정하는 단골 고객입니다.

업무차 남편이랑 1박이 필요했는데 삼성동 신라스테이만 생각했네요. 진짜 작고 청결도 별로였어요. 정말 잠만 딱 잘수 있는 정도지만, 배게 불편함이 있었고, 욕실이 낡아서 실리콘에 검게 곰팡이가 많았어요

All clean and nice facilities

Stayed for a total of 4 nights and 5 days. Having relocated abroad for work - came back to Korea (as a Korean) for the holidays as well as for my annual health check-up. Long story short - I do not intend to ever stay here again. Overall facility was rundown. Molds in the shower stall walls. No room service. Cleaning service was horrible as they did not take out the trash nor did they bother to restock the amenities. Room temperature was freezing. Stayed here for an annual medical check-up only to check-out of the hotel in worse condition than check-in. Upon contacting the front desk - I was told I had to jack up the temperature to 30 degrees Celsius for the central heating system to start warming up the room. It took 2-3 hours for it to get a bit warm, all the while I was sneezing from the cold. The thing is - after awhile, the temperature would drop again; so every 1-2 hours, I had to reset the room temperature to 30 degrees in the hopes of staying a bit warm. Front desk offered me a portable heater to plug in as I was so very cold. The power socket in the room was shabby and old and the heater cable would not securely lock on. After multiple attempts - I got the portable heater to work. Yet for some reason, the power would shut down after a few hours (I believe the power socket was faulty) - so I would have to unplug and plug the heater cable back in the old socket to get the heater to work. This continued throughout the 5 days of my stay. Horrible experience ever.

I didn’t like the cleanness of this property. There were molds in the bathroom tubs and spider webs on the ceiling. The paper walls were coming off. Not the quality I expected for what I paid for.

Clean room, comfy mattress and duvet. Good WiFi.Toilet with some amenities.Good rain shower with a proper water pressure.Coffee and tea amenities. Iron and board in room. Good size room. Many restaurants around and convenient transportation.

Not easy room temp control.

Great location by far!! Rooms are a little dated but well maintained.

While the room was clean and quiet, I found the temperature slightly uncomfortable as the heating system was not performing adequately.

Very slow WIFI.. The AC was turned off during the midnight by the hotel until early morning...

It was my second time staying at the hotel and the location was very convenient. The room was a little on the smaller size but very comfortable.

The noise from upstairs was insanely loud. We could not sleep.

다른건 다 만족합니다. 다만 저는 소리에 민감해서 제가 있던 방 윗층에 의자끄는 층간소음에. 옆쪽 방 문닫는소리도 크고 심지어 커텐치는 소리도 들렸고 묵었던 방의 층수가 9층이며 창문 열지도 않았는데 강남쪽이라 자동차와 오토바이가 많아서 그런지 소음 많이 신경이 쓰였습니다.

객실내 TV 오작동과 난방시스템 등이 미비하였고 이에 대한 직원들의 응대도 별로 친절하지 않음

Very friendly staff. I had an issue with a taxi driver who wants to overcharge me, and they were able to help me resolve the issue.

The front desk is polite and efficient but I would say not warm. Having said that noting bad. The cafe staff also very Cool not warm. They smile appropriately but there is a certain standoffness in the interaction. Also we were suppose to get welcome drinks a which consisted of bottle water…surprised

The front desk staff are absolutely stellar. We were greeted with warmth and I had a package sent to the hotel. They remembered and brought it to me at check-in without me having to ask about it. It was really wonderful and made me feel valued as a guest :) The room was great (although, I don't love showers without full doors/curtains, so that was the only downside). I was shocked by how quiet it was. It made us feel like we had privacy and we were able to rest well without hearing other guests. There are convenience stores, McDonald's, Starbucks and 24-hour local restaurants all very nearby. It will take about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest train station, but if you're in a rush taxis are really affordable in South Korea. We felt safe and comfortable for our entire stay and we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend Shilla Stay Seocho!

The two gentlemen at the reception was very helpful to remove the plastic tangled and stuck into one of the four wheels of my suitcase as I was leaving. Thanks to them, it started to spin again and stopped making the high-pitch noise, which would have caught unwanted attention.

Great location with the subway and shops in walking distance! Staff were super friendly and accomodating to early check in. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. Breakfast was amazing with various selections and good quality food! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again!

Very rigid hospitality and service. I stayed for 2 weeks, but they would not even offer an extra one pillow, body wash, or a mere extra 30-minute late check-out. One would have thought that these were simple requests for a long stay guest. They are a hotel, not an airbnb. The room service staff was fantastic tho.

Great location neat Bang Bang crossing between Yangjae and Gangnam station. There are lots of dining options near by.

大通りに面しており、アクセスと治安がいい。さらに静かな場所にあり、立地がよかった。また大通りを挟んで向こう側に24時間営業の美味しいレストランが数軒あり、とても助かった。お部屋も綺麗で、必要最低限のものが揃っていて心地よかった。また利用したい。

初めての宿泊。 フロントの方も日本語を話してくださりとても丁寧でチェックインから気持ちよく対応してくださりました。お部屋も清潔感があり、清掃が行き届いていました。浴室もあり、洗面所とお手洗い広くて良かったです！ 江南駅から15分ほど歩きますが、いろいろとお店があるので飽きなく歩けます。 また泊まりたいです。

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied. It was a little far from Gangnam Station, but I think it's fine if you take the bus.

I stayed for 2 weeks with breakfast included. Breakfast menu items never changed. Same breakfast is not fun to have. Please consider changing it some items daily. Otherwise we were happy for your service.

조식 맛집이었는데 과일이 너무 부실함. 냉동 과일이 나오고 리필도 늦고 불편함. 숙박 자체는 항상 만족함

いつも滞在していますが、朝食ビュッフェがとても美味しく、ヘルシーで大好きです。

Thermostat in room was permanently off. Choice of roasting with heat on, or turning heat off. Cafe dinner was abysmal, breakfast OK but after paying $22 for a buffet, they charged $3 extra to take a paper cup of coffee to the room. Furnishings in room looked tired and you could feel the springs in the bed.

Clean and quiet, small room, not much fruit options for breakfast. Subway stations are close in 15 min walk distance.

It has the advantage of being close to two stations, Yangjae Station and Gangnam Station, but otherwise, neither station is very close. Both are walkable in 15min walk. I stayed for 10 nights and there were no room upgrades or other benefits but I have no complaints. Breakfast does not have many fruit options. Staff were nice and rooms were clean and quiet.
