Hotellet ligger meget centralt ift seværdigheder og spisesteder. Priserne er dog højere her end andre steder. Vores værelse lå på anden sal og der er ingen elevator. Værelset var rent og nydeligt.

El Hospedaje estuvo muy bien, todo depende de que buscas: aquí solo dormimos pero nos prometieron dos camas que terminaron en una cama y un sofá cama que no usamos y dormimos ambas en la cama. La secadora de cabello no funciona del todo, no hay elevador así que te toca subir escaleras con maletas… lo bueno fue que si nos permitieron dejar las maletas en cuanto llegamos para hacer el check in posterior … lo inmejorable es la ubicación: la fontana di Trevi para tus fotos bien temprano y adicional está sobre una calle que vende souvenirs a 1 euro y una tienda súper linda de bolsas de cuero italiano: me volví loca comprando bolsas y están de súper buena calidad y de paso te regresan los taxes. En general es una buena estancia solo detalles como las escaleras, que solo es una cama y el secador hace que te pienses si es el hospedaje que buscas.. para mi estuvo bien aunque la escaleras con maletas demasiado matado

Great location and nice big room. Very friendly and service minded staff. Only negative was the stairs but the staff helped us with that, the fridge in the room was quite noisy, otherwise everything was great.

The room stunk like a sewer, the floors, walls and bathroom was visibly filthy. After host was notified by Expedia of my complaints, host told me to take my bag and leave. It should be noted, neither Expedia or the host provided a refund.

The bathroom smelled like raw sewage really bad There were bugs in the room, even after the windows were sealed they still kept coming inside. The room was really hot, turned the A/C on and to the coldest setting as soon as we arrived. Went to dinner, and three hours later the room was not any cooler because the A/C was not functioning properly There were only three towels in our room for 4 people, went and asked the front desk for more towels and they claimed they did not have any more towels for us.

The hotel was easy to find and the two people I met working at the office were both excellent and helpful. While there was no coffee maker in the room, I knew that going in. It’s Rome there no shortage of espresso everywhere. We found a local cafe nearby with the help of the woman on staff and it was great cappuccino and Cornetto there. I’d recommend to ask about that place. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival , and there was a housekeeper there daily. Location can’t be beat. Central to everything with a major landmark in Trevi fountain at the end of the road. Public transport nearby was easy to get to and scooter / bike rentals very close and abundant as well. I’d definitely stay there again. For the price. It’s a great deal.

The customer service with Andrew and Alex was beyond excellent. Both took the time to make sure we were comfortable and even patiently took time to give us some direction. Something you don’t see often in the hustle and bustle area of Rome. Like all the buildings in the area it is older but recently nicely remodeled. The windows are pretty sound proof and do a great job of blocking out street noise. The room was very clean and neat. The location is great! Just next to Trevi fountain. Within walking distance of the Vatican, coliseum and many other attractions. Would recommend to everyone!!

We had a brilliant stay at 59 Steps Trevi. On arrival, staff were very friendly! Room was spotless and very modern. Shower gel, shampoo etc were all lovely and a powerful hairdryer provided too. Location was brilliant, right around the corner from Trevi fountain and a short walk to most other tourist attractions. Will definitely stay here again, thanks!

Lovely and clean,Location was perfect for exploring Rome. The Trevi fountain is literally around the corner. Plenty of food options and shopping nearby. The staff are warm and welcoming, quick to respond to messages and always welcomed with a smile. The room was cleaned daily and check in/out easy. I will be staying here again if I return to Rome. Only thing I would say is no kettle or coffee making facilities onsite so if your like me and do want a drink on waking then only option is cold drinks bought and stored in the room refrigerator. Otherwise I cannot find anything negative to say.

Really lovely room, they upgraded us upon arrival for free which was a lovely touch! Complimentary bottles of water. We could have had our room cleaned daily but didn't bother as we wasn't there long nough. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was amazing as we could walk everywhere from here. Always felt safe, as it was only me and my 12 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Rome we would definitely stay again! Thank you

Elendigt, elendigt og elendigt! Aldrig mere dette hotel, hold jer væk. Jovist er beliggenheden fantastisk, få skridt fra Trevi’en, men et værelse som man kalder standard værelse, hvor der dårlig nok var plads til en seng, og et badeværelse som er ude på gangen! Badeværelset er så lille, at man ikke kan vende sig og tage sit tøj på efter et bad. Der står intet om at badeværelset skulle være udenfor det rum man lejer. Total elendig information af både Hotels.com og hotellet. Rengøringspersonalet har et rum lige ved siden af værelset. De begynder kl. 8 om morgenen og de lamer sindssyg meget. De er bedøvende ligeglad med om gæsterne sover eller ej. Ubehøvlet! Og en reception der kun har åbent fra morgen 9 til aften 9.. Det eneste positive var beliggenhed og receptionisterne. Ingen morgenmad tilgænglig..

Clean, decent-sized room. Great location. The reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars is because they are non-responsive to issues. Our air conditioner stopped working and we found the office closed during their listed operating hours. We then called and nobody answered the phone. We even sent a message through Hotels.com and received no response. This is a decent place to stay as long as nothing goes wrong...but if something does you're out of luck!

It’s Rome there no shortage of espresso everywhere. We found a local cafe nearby with the help of the woman on staff and it was great cappuccino and Cornetto there. I’d recommend to ask about that place. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival , and there was a housekeeper there daily. Location can’t be beat. Central to everything with a major landmark in Trevi fountain at the end of the road. Public transport nearby was easy to get to and scooter / bike rentals very close and abundant as well. I’d definitely stay there again. For the price. It’s a great deal.

The customer service with Andrew and Alex was beyond excellent. Both took the time to make sure we were comfortable and even patiently took time to give us some direction. Something you don’t see often in the hustle and bustle area of Rome. Like all the buildings in the area it is older but recently nicely remodeled. The windows are pretty sound proof and do a great job of blocking out street noise. The room was very clean and neat. The location is great! Just next to Trevi fountain. Within walking distance of the Vatican, coliseum and many other attractions. Would recommend to everyone!!

Clean, decent-sized room. Great location. The reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars is because they are non-responsive to issues. Our air conditioner stopped working and we found the office closed during their listed operating hours. We then called and nobody answered the phone. The staff are warm and welcoming, quick to respond to messages and always welcomed with a smile. The room was cleaned daily and check in/out easy. I will be staying here again if I return to Rome. We stayed for 3 nights in September and couldn’t believe the proximity to the Trevi Fountain. It was so close. We arrived after the office was closed so sent a message and they text me during the day giving check in details. We saw Alex in the office the next morning who was beyond helpful giving us tips and recommendations of places to go. The Pantheon and Spanish Steps are easily walkable and lots of great bars and restaurants very close by. We had a really great stay and would happily recommend.

Elendigt, elendigt og elendigt! Aldrig mere dette hotel, hold jer væk. Jovist er beliggenheden fantastisk, få skridt fra Trevi’en, men et værelse som man kalder standard værelse, hvor der dårlig nok var plads til en seng, og et badeværelse som er ude på gangen! Badeværelset er så lille, at man ikke kan vende sig og tage sit tøj på efter et bad. Der står intet om at badeværelset skulle være udenfor det rum man lejer. Total elendig information af både Hotels.com og hotellet. Rengøringspersonalet har et rum lige ved siden af værelset. De begynder kl. 8 om morgenen og de lamer sindssyg meget. De er bedøvende ligeglad med om gæsterne sover eller ej. Ubehøvlet! Og en reception der kun har åbent fra morgen 9 til aften 9.. Det eneste positive var beliggenhed og receptionisterne. We absolutely loved our stay at 59 Steps Trevi. The staff was awesome, the room was spotless, and the location is exceptional. The only thing (that didn’t cause us any trouble) is that there is no coffee maker. The bathroom is also not private (that is if all rooms are the same), so I wouldn’t stay there with a friend as the shower is see-through. It was however perfect for our stay and we’d go back if we were to go back to Rome.
