Tienen pantallas pero no se logró sintonizar y no tiene estacionamiento

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Like my daughter described it”it was hell, unable to sleep” is super noisy due to their night club next door. Nothing is sound proof. You can hear everyone outside the room, at 8 am some loud noise kicked in, maybe an AC unit! Loud! It woke us up. We had No TV signal and No internet. One of the workers said their internet is usually bad and it goes out often 😠The pool is cold water. So unless you like cold water you can’t really get in, always ask if the pool is heated. Space between bed is like 10 inch apart no night stand in between of course so you have to put your stuff in the floor, bathroom ceiling and walls have some water damage or some type of mold, no sense of safety due to the room door because it has a regular house lock knob and so many little things that kill the experience

Todo un caso. Desde la llegada, no había quien recibiera, ni dijera donde podía estacionarme, me estacione fuera del restaurante, en la descripción dice que hay estacionamiento privado. Primer día, *huéspedes* que no sé si eran personal del hotel familiares o dueños, ingiriendo bebidas alcohólicas en la alberca, con una bocina. En la habitación no había jabón, no tienen suficiente ventilación en los baños se filtra la humedad en la pared de la ventana, el control de la televisión no funcionaba, me hicieron dar vueltas para que al final los controles estuvieran invertidos con los de otra habitación, ese día estaban llegando "mesas y sillas", por último no había estacionamiento como tal, pero aseguraron que estaría el vigilante toda la noche. Día 2, temprano limpiaron áreas comunes, iban a tener un evento en el jardin, del cual nunca se nos aviso, el ambiente estaba un poco incómodo con los invitados de la fiesta y los huéspedes que disfrutábamos de la alberca, una pareja mejor se fue a su habitación, al salir de la alberca no había agua caliente, nos hicieron esperar 15 minutos mientras ponían la bomba. Tampoco avisaron cuando harían limpieza, confiamos que cuando saliéramos a comer la harían, como en otros hoteles, tampoco sucedió, tuve que solicitar el servicio. Los invitados se enfiestaron, se tiraron a la alberca sin ropa adecuada, dejaron las instalaciones muy sucias y se callaron hasta las 12, al siguiente día no se molestó nadie en limpiar la alberca...

muy buen lugar, centrico, es facil llegar y acogedor el unico inconveniente es que es muy ruidoso para dormir debido a que tiene un bar a lado!!! ademas de que no tiene estacionamiento.

Las instalaciones me encantaron, el buffette muy rico. Súper accesible la ubicación, desde la terraza la vista es preciosa. No pude disfrutar de todas las instalaciones por condiciones climatológicas, aún así disfruté mucho la estancia.

El estado de las instalaciones, la escalera de acceso tiene roto el piso siendo un peligro para las personas que accedemos al primer piso. No volvería a este hotel.

habitaciones casi nuevas en excelente estado. servicio en recepción muy amables quienes te atienden, instalaciones muy buenas, (albercas, restaurante, jardín, áreas de descanso, etc.) Sin duda muy recomendable.

This has been one of our best experiences in any hotel. The staff were always on top of things and very friendly. Especially Ara, our receptionist. She went beyond her duties to make sure we were comfortable and made our experience fabulous. The breakfast was so delicious and there were many options to choose from. Everything was so clean. They wake up early to make sure everything is in perfect shape. The swimming pool was clean and the water was warm. Gracias Sra Ara for making our stay wonderful

Bonita, solo que las habitaciones les falta accesorios para poner cosas. Como el Baño no tiene jabonera, la luz entra demasiada en la mañana y te despierta. No te dejan consumir en la alberca si no compras ahi.

Me encantó que la alberca estuviera climatizada

Los muebles de la habitación se veían maltratados, el agua del baño se salía de la regadera.

The hotel grounds are very clean and well maintained. The hotel room does need to be upgraded and no amenities other than a travel size shampoo and conditioner. We also stayed in a room where there is a night club/bar just across the garden. The music was extremely loud and it went on well into the night. On a positive note, Daniela at the front desk was very helpful and super accommodating.

Todo un caso. Desde la llegada, no había quien recibiera, ni dijera donde podía estacionarme, me estacione fuera del restaurante, en la descripción dice que hay estacionamiento privado. No hot water in shower but has hot water in the bathroom sink. The room was cold and has no temp control (weather was cold when sun was down on January 1st) Room & furniture was outdated and bed was uncomfortable. However, the staff were warm and helpful, and the larger selection hot breakfast buffet was incredible and tasty.

Il manque des lumières tamisées ds la chambre trop éclairé au plafond , la tv marchait mal et fuite lors de la prise de douche

It is very close to Teotihuacan. Generally a good place but staying in a triple room, the shower has no privacy which is not nice and made us a bit uncomfortable.

Esta mucho más bonito que en las fotos, el personal es muy amable, aunque algunas cosas no las solucionaron como hielos o prestar una plancha, al parecer solo tenían 1 para todo el hotel y ya la habían prestado. Como fui con mí hijo, es un poco incómodo que sea translucida con unas partes tranparentes la pared/ cancel de la ducha, ya que se ve desde la cama. Pero fuera de ahi, estuvimos muy contentos. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

La habitación de 2 camas limpia y cómoda. Detalle de ventilación en el sanitario no tiene extractor o ventana. Puerta de vidrio opaca. Ducha afuera con vista a las camas vidrio opaco también un incómodo. No hay privacidad para ducharse. No hay ventilador o aire acondicionado.

We booked a room with a balcony through Expedia and paid more for it. When we checked in, the only room available was without balcony or view.

We arrived at the hotel early. But they gave us a room early. That’s always pleasant. But as we were checking in, my husband realized that he’d left his phone in the Uber. They were very helpful in helping us retrieve it. After the first night in a very cold room, they were very accommodating in moving us to a better room. The buffet was excellent but it wasn’t clear to us until after that it was not free.

Our stay was decent overall, but there were some major downsides. The walls are very thin—you can hear everything happening around you. We stayed in a room close to the restaurant upstairs, and unfortunately, they hosted two parties back-to-back, keeping us awake until 2 a.m. each night. Additionally, the breakfast service was disappointing. The property seems to prioritize servicing the hot air balloon companies over their own guests, which left us feeling overlooked. While the location is convenient, the lack of sleep and subpar service made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The place was conveniently located next to the pyramids and on the boarder of the neighboring Pueblo. Basic accommodations, pools, restaurants, etc… The best thing about the whole experience was the hospitality! Some of the best I’ve ever had!

Fantastic service and coordination with restaurant staff. Great breakfast. Walking distance to both Sun and Moon pyramids.

The place was at a perfect location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our water shut off for whatever reason and they immediately gave us another room without any issues. If your doing the Paramides highly recommend staying here.

Muy cómodo, cerca de las pirámides y de restaurantes

En general Bien!!! Lástima que hay mucho Antro Ruidoso sin control por parte de las autoridades!!! Muy SUCIOS los que visitan la zona de Noche, es un asco ver todo lo que dejan los Borrachines a la mañana… No volvería a Hospedarme en Teotihuacán, solo de entrada por salida, como hicimos siempre!!!

I booked this property due the advertised 1 minute walk to the pyramids. In reality it was a 10 minute walk. Our room had no cold water to shower or flush the toilet. The club next door boomed all night until 3am. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was expensive through Expedia and didn’t come with breakfast. A poor choice of hotels and a bad experience.

Nebenan sind Bara tlw auch mit LiveMusik. Heute Nacht war es sehr laut. Aber sonst hat das Hotel einen einfachen, sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Bifet ist herausragend, wenn auch nicht inbegriffen. Die Lage vorzueglich!

El personal muy amable y profesional. La localización con vista a la pirámide del Sol excelente. La comida, cuando hay, muy buena. Varias oportunidades de mejora: La privacidad en el baño es nula pues no hay división con la recámara. El restaurant cierra a las 6:00PM y no hay ningún lugar para cenar en 500 m a la redonda. El lavamanos muy pequeño e incomodo.
