Great spot near train station and inner city. Walkable and a coffee shop downstairs. Room interiors were well designed and decorated. Wish it came with a parking voucher for nearest lot though.

Was told in an email from the little duck hotel that there was parking under the railway station opposite! This is not true ! The parking is for bicycles only ! You have find alternatives! Checking in was a pain as it wouldn’t recognise the log in number ! I had to phone up twice to get this process sorted! Stairs are very steep so for elderly or people not so good on there feet this is dangerous! The carpet on the stairs needs changing as it’s thread bare and falling apart ! We got charged an extra £3;95 and 45 pence currency charge to have the key cards processed! Room was ok , bathroom was a bit small ! Shower door would hit the sink when you opened it ! Mould on the tiles around the shower base and the door leaked water onto the floor ! Bed was comfortable tho ! Not a bad stay but small improvements wouldn’t go amiss !

Prima hotel voor een net prijsje. Binnenstad op loopafstand en parkeren in de buurt. Goeie locatie voor een stedentrip. Er is geen personeel, dus met self-checkin naar binnen. Je slaapt er er alleen. Ideaal voor als je veel in de stad wil zijn. Je betaald dan niet voor hotelfaciliteiten, die je toch niet gebruikt.

If you have a car ,you need to park it in railway station.If you make a booking through Hotels.com you will not able to self check in .You need to call them.Steps are very steep,i will not recomend for seniors.AC in room,but portable one,you need to take care about the bucket which come along.Price very good though

Super leuke kamer, inchecken is makkelijk. Heerlijke bedden en douche. Bagage konden we in bewaring geven bij naastgelegen coffeelab. Dicht bij de stad en station, twee grote parkeergarages vlakbij.

Het is een super mooie kamer met een moderne inrichting. Een vrij nieuwe badkamer met moderne inrichting. Voorzien van shampoo, douche-gel, bij de wasbak handzeep en een föhn. Frisse witte badhanddoeken. En alles op en top schoon. Alle complimenten!!!!!

Very close to the train station and placed well within walking distance of shopping and the centre. Room was clean! The coffee lab below was a very nice vibe and served quality food. The room was a little loud with thin walls and being a older building, there was a slight incline on the floor which you can feel in bed. Otherwise perfect!

Was niet schoon, nagels van andere gasten lagen naast het bed en veelstof in het hoekje bij de kleerhangers. Ook was het heel stoffig bij het slot van het dakraam. Daar moet echt iets aan gedaan worden. Betrof kamer 15.

The room was a one bedroom toilet. The bed took up all the room, you needed to crawl on to it as there was not a single inch either side of the bed. Tea and kettle was available, but no sockets to plug the kettle into. Bathroom was laughable, the sink was the tiniest I have ever seen. have photos, but they can't be attached.

Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof (einfach über die Kreuzung) Leider gibt es keine USB-Steckdosen. Das große Bett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen schmalen Betten, auf denen ein einzelner großer Topper lag. Ich lag mittig im Bett, und da die Betten nicht aneinander befestigt waren, drifteten sie in der Nacht auseinander und ich lag in der Kuhle. Sehr unbequem. Ich hatte ein Zimmer für für zwei Personen reserviert, kam aber außerplanmäßig alleine. Es gab aber nur eine große Bettdecke. Eventuell ist das in den Niederlanden normal, dass zwei Personen sich eine Decke teilen - da kenne ich mich nicht aus. Keine vorab-Info über das Auschecken auf der Website. Ich bin zwei Tage früher abgereist und habe der Reinigungskraft, die sowieso täglich fragte, ob ich auschecke, Bescheid gegeben. Einen Tag vor dem eigentlichen Abreisetag bekam ich dann eine Mail, die mich zu einem Auscheck-Formular geleitet hat. Das Toilettenpapier war von guter Qualität. Es gab einen Minibar-Kühlschrank, der war jedoch leer.

A single person room was sold as a two person room while it was barely big enough for one person. The double bed filled the whole room with just enough space to crawl out to at the end and open the door to the toilet/shower. Fortunately we did not have a suitcase which would not have fitted in.

It was a late check in. Upon arrival I used the code to get in the building. The kiosk was frozen. Couldn't contact property staff. Eventually I was able to get ahold of security. They came and let me in my room. However, they could not give me a key so I was essentially stuck in my room.

Convenient, easy check in. Staff very responsive and helpful when there was an issue with the room. The AC unit in the room was unable to handle the humidity and filled up with water and began dripping. Unfortunately it began dripping directly onto a wall mounted bedside light. We found this out after returning to the room and flipping the switch for that lamp, which caused an arc, tripping the room's breaker and all the power went out! We tried to call staff from the phone in the lobby but it didn't connect. We were able to reach the staff via the provided number in our emails from a cell phone though. Once notified, staff was onsite very quickly, and reset the breaker. Due to the dripping AC which had also splashed onto the bed, they upgraded us to a larger room anyway without additional charge.

Jammer genoeg duurde de check in erg lang. Een half uur voor de deur bezig geweest. Personeel was al eerder weg. Geen code gekregen om binnen te komen. Moest door de Security vragen mij binnen te laten.

Ondanks het feit dat er geen fysieke receptie is, zijn we erg goed geholpen door de virtuele assistent en door medewerkers op afstand die snel reageerden na telefonisch contact en bijzonder hulpvaardig waren. Very close to train station, clean and comfortable hotel with easy self service check in which was very welcome since I was a late arrival. Good quality bedding and air conditioning. Room could have done with a bottle of water.

Situated opposite the train and bus station. Handy for local cafe and fast food. Only a 10-15 malk to the center where you find resturants, museums and art galleries, as well as paintings amd litlle object to do with Bosch and his famous painting. A shame there was no lift in the building, but understandable. The rooms were light and well cleaned. Breakfast was provided in Coffee Lab below the building. . A nice stsy.

Very close to the train station and placed well within walking distance of shopping and the centre. Room was clean! The coffee lab below was a very nice vibe and served quality food. The room was a little loud with thin walls and being a older building, there was a slight incline on the floor which you can feel in bed. Otherwise perfect!

Prettige locatie, prima verblijf op doorreis. Alleen het bed is voor verbetering vatbaar, matras aan muurkant behoorlijk aflopend, daardoor iets minder goed geslapen. Combi met Coffeelab is leuk, echt goede koffie!

Great spot near train station and inner city. Walkable and a coffee shop downstairs. Room interiors were well designed and decorated. Wish it came with a parking voucher for nearest lot though.

De plaats van het hotel is erg lawaaierig. In de standaardkamer is niet eens voldoende plaats voor het bed. Een van ons moest over de ander klimmen om er in te stappen. Het was op zich een fijn, fris bed.We betaalden 233 euro voor deze kamer met ontbijt en moesten toen een tweede kopje koffie extra bij betalen. Duur hotel met weinig service!

Super leuke kamer, inchecken is makkelijk. Heerlijke bedden en douche. Bagage konden we in bewaring geven bij naastgelegen coffeelab. Dicht bij de stad en station, twee grote parkeergarages vlakbij.

Convenient, easy check in. Staff very responsive and helpful when there was an issue with the room. The AC unit in the room was unable to handle the humidity and filled up with water and began dripping. Unfortunately it began dripping directly onto a wall mounted bedside light. We found this out after returning to the room and flipping the switch for that lamp, which caused an arc, tripping the room's breaker and all the power went out! We tried to call staff from the phone in the lobby but it didn't connect. We were able to reach the staff via the provided number in our emails from a cell phone though. Once notified, staff was onsite very quickly, and reset the breaker. Due to the dripping AC which had also splashed onto the bed, they upgraded us to a larger room anyway without additional charge.

It was a late check in. Upon arrival I used the code to get in the building. The kiosk was frozen. Couldn't contact property staff. Eventually I was able to get ahold of security. They came and let me in my room. However, they could not give me a key so I was essentially stuck in my room.
