This hotel is spotless! Very comfortable room. Pool was AMAZING. The breakfast is very nice with items like eggs and sausages, oatmeal and fixins, regular and blueberry waffles, assorted pastries, cereals, fruits, and yogurts. The staff was really friendly as well. Our daughter lives nearby so we will definitely be back!

Or stay was great. The only issue is that they had a huge water leak from one of the ice machines that damaged the elevators so that they were inconsistently running. This was the only thing we didn’t like, but they tried several times to get them fixed while we were there.

This Hampton inn is excellent. The rooms aren't the biggest at least the rooms I have stayed in but they are clean, look new and very well maintained. The staff was great from check in, breakfast and check out. A shout out to Mr. Helms he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him.

The barn door that covered either the closet or the bathroom had a >2 inch gap on both sides so there was a lack of privacy. The bed was hard. But the breakfast was good and the front desk clerk was very personable.

From the moment we checked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Every single person was friendly, professional, and made us feel like movie stars😊 The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how nice the breakfast was, great coffee, waffles, eggs. Finally, I appreciate the fact that they granted us late checkout since we had a late flight out. I will definitely stay here again when in town visiting family.

Stay was great after we finally got checked in. We had everything we needed. Check in was at three. We tried to do early check in but rooms were not ready. At check in time at 3 pm still not ready. It was 4pm before we got room after driving 7 hours. No compensation allowed. Just said sorry we are short staffed and we can give you points. I don’t travel enough to use points.

The entire guest services team at this hotel is above and beyond, by far the best I’ve experienced. I was with my 81 yr old grandmother who has a breathing condition and she moves slowly. We arrived after midnight or close to it, and we got checked in within a couple minutes. Mr. Helms and Mrs. Gabby were an absolute delight! They were very welcoming, engaging, accommodating, kind, and the type of people you just want to be around to soak up their energy because you can’t help but smile! I’m very blonde and lose everything, don’t have sense enough to get out of the rain, and of course, misplaced my key fob and everything else. Mrs. Alex helped me out and got it safely returned to me. She also offered wonderful recommendations and directions for anything I asked about, always with a smile and kindness. The breakfast staff were welcoming and kind and actually made sure the guests were taken care of, not like most places, where the guests are in their way and it’s refreshing to see it from all tiers of the guest services. I’ll venture out to speculate that there is very solid management over this property because good managers hire and retain people that are excellent at their jobs, and these guys all are exactly just that! We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns and Hilton properties all over this country and this one takes the cake in guest services for us! Karen and Kevin are bound to show up sooner or later, just remember: not my circus, not my monkeys!!!!

Absolutely wonderful Hotel and will only stay at Hampton Inns. No bad smells, heavy doors kept it quiet, bedroom super clean and the breakfast was amazing. Strawberry waffles were yummy. Only draw back was out of their control-street where it is was under construction and confused us on how to get to the hotel.

We can always depend on this hotel to be welcoming and clean. The room and the bathroom were very clean with products available. We love the breakfast as it always has a nice assortment of hot and cold items. They had apple cinnamon waffles, which were delicious. The breakfast lady, Lisa, is so social and does such a great job keeping food replaced and the counters and tables clean. We always stay there on our FL trips coming and going. We would like it if the fridge had a freezer in it so we could freeze our ice packs to keep our medication cold on our trip. Great place to stay.

Everything was mostly great. Hotel needs better signage in the breakfast area. A guest took her dog in the breakfast area with not a care in the world. No one said anything to her. At that point we were done. I love my dog but she wouldn't be allowed in my kitchen nor where food is prepared and present.
