Our family stay was great with the exception of when we went down to get breakfast. The breakfast attendant was very rude and confrontational towards us as soon as we walked into the breakfast area. While we weren’t the only ones in there, we were the ones that she hovered around and accused of burning our food when we were even cooking anything. She started at us the whole time we ate and when we were getting on the elevator to return to our room. Because of her, we decided not to partake in breakfast our second day. I have never had an employee of any facility make snide comments and be right on my heels as I tried to get some eggs and a waffle.

Nice hotel for a quick stay. Bathroom was spacious, room was a little small, but we were only staying for a night on our way back home to Florida from Kentucky.

We have stayed here at least 2 other times while on our way from Illinois to Florida. Good location. Easy to find right off of I-75. My husband and son liked the bottle filler in the gym and thought that was a nice amenity. This location always provides a nice variety for breakfast. The breakfast hostess did not interact with us. Didn’t seem that friendly. The bar area seems like wasted space. I’m not sure if it’s ever used. The room was quiet and beds were comfortable. I really like the landscaping at this location. Very nice and well kept. Not in an area with many choices for dining that are different from “Anywhere USA”. This hotel was relatively new when we started staying here on our Florida trips but, over time, you can tell it is experiencing the usual wear and tear. Must be a popular place!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room smelt of mold and mildew. The air-conditioning was not working. There was hair and stains all over the bedsheets and pillows, including human blood on the sheets. There were stains all over the carpet. The toilet seat was broken. There was paint and drywall falling from the ceiling. I immediately went down to the front desk and said it wasn’t acceptable and that we were going to leave and find another place to stay. After receiving much runaround, they didn’t believe how bad the room was and sent up the Front Desk clerk. She had to call her manager to get an authorization of the refund. She was adamant that I would need to go through Expedia, although I was charged directly from the hotel. Finally, we concluded that I did in fact pay the hotel directly, not Expedia, and that their general manager, Hamani, would process the refund in the morning. She never did process the refund and I waited 4 days to see if it would come through. It never did come through. So I began calling the Front Desk each day to get a hold of someone. I was given the runaround, told that Hamani is not here, Hamani is coming in at the specific time (where I would call at that time and they told me she left early for the day). Then they just won’t answer the phone. When someone would answer, they hung up on me. Now I am forced to deal with the credit card company and initiate a charge back to get my money back. Stay far away!
