At first sight, our room seemed clean. However, the linoleum...wood grain dark brown ....was extremely dirty to the point for black on your feet in one walk across. Carpet also seemed sticky and damp. Breakfast was ok. Crew members were nice and polite...but not really friendly. Overall...my recommendation is that the linoleum be mopped and really cleaned no less that once a week. The carpets periodically cleaned too...in addition to the normal sweep and vacuum to make it appear clean. The ac units may also need to be checked...they were working but there was a dampness in the air whrre our swimsuits didn't even dry over a 24 hour period.

It was okay. Just an overnight stop on the way through. Everyone was nice. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the comforters had stains. It’s a bit dated and there was some obvious wear and tear. Overall, okay if your just looking for a place to crash for the night and the staff was nice

Upon arrival the front desk wasn’t manned. We had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come out from the kitchen area. Our first room had so much visible mold on the ceiling that we asked for another room. When we got into the second room we realized it was actually in worse condition than the first room. There was dog food on the floor, the wall paper was pealing around every where especially close to the ceiling. You could tell they’d had a lot of water issues there. The ac unit made a ticking sound all night long. When the morning came we realized we wouldn’t be able to shower because no matter how long we let the water run it didn’t get hot! I would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

The address is wrong. It’s actually South frontage Rd, not North. The area was a little sketchy/ abandoned. Check-in went fine. Arrived to our room to find food in the fridge from previous guest and hair in the bathtub. The floors were very dirty. There was no one at the front desk on our way out and back in from dinner to voice concerns. We arrived back at our room to find the AC still wasn’t cooling…it never got below 72. As we left, there was still no one at the front desk. We set our keys on the desk like others had before us. Will not stay again!

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years when we come to town to visit family. This was by far the worst experience. My card got charged on the way there for more than what it was supposed too. I kept calling and someone was answering "hello" each time. I gave up and when we got in we waited 10 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. Got up to the room, no soap, dirty tub, and holes all along one of the walls. Went down later to get soap but they couldn't find any, the guy finally found some. No one made up the room the next day, we had both garbages overfilled. By our final morning we were just about out of toilet paper as well since no one ever made our room up. One of the ladies and a man were nice, another woman not so much. Overall just not a good stay this time. It also was way more money for 2 nights than ever before staying there.

Hampton Inn is very neat and clean and up to date. Breakfast has everything to offer. Staff extremely nice. First time I’ve received a phone call asking if everything was ok in the room. We’ll stay here again.

Room was incredibly dirty. Found hair all over the shower. Bed also squeaky and very comfortable. Worst part of all was the air-conditioning. They have it on motion sensor so if you don’t move around in your sleep, you will die of heat. Pay $200 for a room. Ridiculous for this kind of room.

I loved staying here. It was extremely nice and clean. The thing I didn't like is the shower/tub. It was laid out very badly. The soap and shampoo are in squirt bottles attached to the wall underneath the shower head. So to get a handful of either one, the water hit you straight in the face. Also, the handle to hold onto to keep from falling was on the wall way up by the shower head so you had to stretch to hold on and still get hit in the face with water from the shower. I fell twice in the shower and luckily was not hurt. The tub itself was slick as ice. I cannot stay again because of this.

For the price I was expecting more. There was a weird smell (a smelly cleaning agent?)in the room and was given another to try and it had it too. So much so I could taste it after a while. It was the 3rd floor. A little moisture damage in the bathroom on ceiling and walls. It was a short one night stay on our way to Orlando. The staff was wonderful and made up for the small shortcoming of the room odor. In the morning the ‘free’ breakfast was okay and the coffee was good.

I was not given advantages of being a Hilton Honors benefit holder. Not sure why but was told at check in that I was not going to get any honors benefits. Had just driven 5 hours was not in the mood to question....I just shook my head and went on with life. Just have to wonder. Glad there are other options next time. Also, the breakfast was really bad. Worst eggs with cheese ever.! Coffee was good.

Our check in with the very nice gentleman was wonderful! He was so nice, recommended a place for dinner. Offered any help that we needed. He could not have been nicer! We felt sorry for him when we left for dinner. Line of people for ck in, phone ringing, and he was alone, no help. A VERY DIFFERENT CK OUT EXPERIENCE. 3 WOMEN, who were rude, like we were interrupting their morning coffee and conversation. Never said " Good Morning, how was your stay." They were irritated when I ask for a receipt. They could not produce one. I received an email from the manager, stating, amongst many other things, " they were happy to see me go, I HAD BEEN VERY RUDE". Very sad representation of customer service and satisfaction.

This hotel was amazing. I was on a trip with my two daughters and the hotel stay made the trip so enjoyable. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in years. I highly highly recommend you stay at this hotel.

I thought the room was nice , clean Breakfast was excellent!! Lots of very good choices. I really enjoyed the cut up fruit a the potatoes were great some place I have been to they are drowned in oil these were Perfect ! Delicious banana muffins an my husband had waffles with whipped cream very much enjoyed . Will put this place on my will return too .
