This property was not as described. No laundry, small refrigerator (not full sized), structural support in front of the kitchen which made it odd to use, the bathrom smelled terribly and we could not get it to stop smelling. I gave it 3 stars because the underground train was very close and Octoberfest one block away. The room we had was the Zeni. Double check before you book to make sure youre getting what you are paying for.

The property is close to the train station and on the subway line which is convenient. However, they advertise coin laundry and daily house cleaning on Expedia which is not true. Unfortunately the shower drain was plugged with hair so the water would not drain properly. There is no reception desk to assist with any of these concerns. Overall, there are plenty of better options elsewhere.

Our stay in Munich was the halfway point of a several week trip. One of the big reasons we selected this room was laundry facilities. The facilities are actually a laundromat 2 blocks away. Also parking is street parking so not sure why it stated that parking could be reserved in advance. The water pressure and shower were fantastic but had to take quick showers as the water floods the bathroom floor. The location was great! Close to transportation if needed but you can walk to Old Town in 20 minutes. Many dining options nearby as well as groceries.

If you arrive early and can’t Checkin until 14:30 there is no way to access baggage storage. There is NO air conditioning. One bathroom had a door the other did not. No linen, pillow or blanket provided for the twin sofa sleeper. Overall a satisfying stay.

This property was clean and modern for my one night stay. Communication was great and I was able to access the unit on my own with no problems. I bought some groceries nearby and liked having a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep since the area was quiet.

Gute Lage, aber Baustelle und Sauberkeitsmängel Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, ideal für Ausflüge und Shopping. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch die Baustelle nebenan beeinträchtigt, was tagsüber zu störendem Lärm führte. Zudem war die Matratze in unserem Zimmer nicht sauber, was den Komfort erheblich minderte. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Bezug auf Lage und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung, aber die Sauberkeit und die Baulärm-Problematik haben den Aufenthalt getrübt.

Nice building, nice location. Booked two apartments for a family of five. One smelled like curry. The other had a chemical smell. Neither had enough blankets or towels even for one person! They were clear in communicating that they had supplied enough for one person, apparently that’s what I booked for. Not sure why you’d need to specify more than one person may stay in an apartment that is set up to sleep five! Ended up using my coat as a blanket…Finally, our apartment had NO DOOR on the bathroom. If you enjoy showering essentially in the hallway, it’s a nice setup. Again, no good for a family. It’s too bad, this place has so much potential and the area is great and the communication was good.

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Es war sehr leise, die Straße draußen oder andere Bewohner hat man kaum wahrgenommen. Der Check-In war sehr bequem. Was uns noch gefehlt hat wäre ein Abtropfgitter für das Geschirr oder noch ein zusätzliches Geschirrhandtuch. Der Kühlschrank war nicht ganz sauber, ansonsten war die restliche Wohnung gut geputzt. Sehr bequeme Betten.

The location of this property is excellent. It is well equipped and communication prior to check in and after was good, albeit by email only. We (a family of five) stayed for 4 nights. We used the two sofa beds which are adequate for kids but not unsuitable, in my opinion, for adults due to the thinness of the mattress and creaking with every movement. The kitchenette area is small but well equipped. The location is outstanding and we really loved the convenience of lots of restaurants and supermarkets near us, including a small supermarket in the same building. A great base from which to explore Munich.

The only thing I can fault the accommodation for was the lack of an AC. Although a fan was provided in the room, temperatures in de city reached 30+ degrees, which made the room a bit too warm for my liking. Apart from that, it was perfect: new, clean, easy accessible and central enough to walk everywhere.

Spacious rooms were clean and modern. Close to metro and old city of Munch- very walkable. Checkin and out was fine- always a little concerning when you can’t communicate directly with someone at the property- they have no one on site. Thankfully we didn’t run into any issues

My family and I stayed here during Oktoberfest. The only positives were the location and the communication. Check in was confusing. Fortunately housekeeping was onsite and helped us. There was a strange, unpleasant smell in the bathroom when we arrived. The next morning we noticed that it was in the hallways as well. Cleaning agent? The wood slats on the pullout were broken and it was basically a mattress on the floor. Large enough for a child but definitely not for an adult.The sill on the shower is very small and water ran into the bathroom. On the positive side, all our questions were responded to quickly via email. Location was good. I would not stay here again, especially at the rate of over 400e per night.

Nice stay, easy access from airport and to Marienplatz and English Garden. The apartment is small but well furnished. We appreciated the 2 burner electric stove and mini/fridge for when we needed to stay in and eat. There are several grocery stores and restaurants near the apartment.

Our stay was great. The accomodations were as advertised. The suite was comfy and quiet. The location was great. The Ubahn was just a short walk and the old town was just to stops down the line.
