We got in super late (around 2am) and had an issue with the door getting into our suite. Called at 2am and a gentleman called us right back in 30 seconds to solve the issue. Also had an issue with the TP holder and he said we were all set no issues. Location was also perfect, within walking distance of almost everything downtown.

Really great apartment, central location. Was a bit noisy late at night but that didn’t bother us. Entry system fine once you work it out! Big light and airy space. Well resourced and stocked. Lovely rooftop terrace. Could do with a little bit of TLC: tap and plug a bit loose in bathroom, sofabed bedding was a littler worn, not all the outlets worked and the kitchen tap needs a new washer but generally it was a really great stay and we’d happily stay again!

The space was super clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The problem was hearing everything noisy step from the room above us and the noise was constant. The people weren’t being inappropriate - they just wore heavy shoes and didn’t think about how sound travels. It really ruined our experience. They need to pad and carpet the units. Also, the customer support was great helping us when the front door lock was broken and when we couldn’t sign into Netflix. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do about the problem with how sound traveled between the floors. Also, the elevator was out of order on our last day.

The room was fine, the kitchen very useable and the bed and bathroom comfortable. The only comment I would make is in regards to the key pad at the main gate. Took 3 times to get it and required a call to the landlord who had to try twice to make it happen. Once it however all was well. Very centrally located near great shopping and night life.

Everything is very good. The place is clean, everything is working, decoration is lovely. If you have a problem, you can reach someone to fix it. Except the check in time is too late, 3 pm. If the check in time is 1 pm, I would give 5 stars.

The location was ideal; the unit was well-stocked and just right for 2 people. However, we were given an incorrect gate access code. The bedroom needs blackout curtains; some areas (balcony, bathroom exhaust fan) need to be cleaned better; the bathroom light, though nice and bright for washing and shaving, needs a dimmer for relaxed and soothing bathing; the sofa is AWFUL and needs replacing.

I received a full refund my for stay through expedia. On check in our unit was not clean and it seemed as though someone had access to the unit based on the disarray in the room. The property did not return any of my calls, messages or text when we checked in. We ended up finding another place to stay.

The location of the property was very convenient. The flat was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. There is a restaurant/pub just on the corner of the alley and the music and patrons were quite loud during the evening hours, but everything quietened down by midnight. Great place to stay.

1) too many access codes to gain entry to room made it difficult to get to room 2) NOISY so couldn’t sleep 3) needs black out curtains in bedroom 4) washer and dryer broken it ruined my clothes with the dye from the blue laundry detergent pods they provided 5) toilet paper dispenser broken off wall 6) no ice available 7) no washcloths to wash face 8) body wash was too fragrant and burned my skin 9) drug addicts and homeless people made me feel unsafe entering/exiting building 10) LOUD non stop music 11) the apartment smelled like dirty wet dog, dirty feet and marijuana. It was a repulsive smell so it felt very unclean 12) air/heat on wall broken, no directions how to use and found out later from mgr I needed 2 different remote controls that were missing 13) windows were filthy 14) toilet needs a deep clean, looks neglected and stained 15) I liked the way it was decorated and size

Room as pictured on the booking site. Perfect location downtown. Clean. Nice little kitchen for doing a bit of personal cooking. Everything we could have asked for. Old building so footsteps did travel from the apartment above, but it was still really quiet, and we did not hear any "noise from nearby club" as listed in other reviews.

A mixed feeling with this one. The check in was poor as, even though we emailed for details, we didn't receive a response to the correct email address and ending up phoning for confirmation. Upon arrival the lift call button wasn't working hence another phone call - just hassle we could do without upon arrival. The building itself was fine, the flat clean and tidy but the sky light windows meant a very disturbed sleep as no blinds. Would make much more sense to have the bedroom on the lower floor and lounge upstairs, leading to the outside. Outside unappealing with dead plants and bird mess and no view whilst sat down. Clean and tidy but wouldn't opt to stay here again as didn't sleep well at all. Needs re-thinking.

My wife and I stayed in the Orca Suite for 1 week. All the kitchen appliances were provided as well as a washer/dryer. We had problems with the TV services but they were promptly fixed-we never did get the ROKU to work. There were too problems, entrance was thru a security gate--the keypad did not work unless pressed multiple times. The main problem was light, the apartment is all black, lighting in the kitchen and bathroom were good (except the microwave light over the stove did not work) but the light in the bedroom, dining living rooms and closets were inadequate, I resorted to using a flashlight in the closets. There are a lot of restaurants within a block, all we attended were excellent but this also meant there was a lot of street noise sometimes to 2 am.

Do not book this place, it is a scam! We booked this trip excited to be staying in Victoria, BC. After a 12 hour day of traveling we were excited to be able to rest up for the night. We arrived at the property with our code and instructions, but we were unable to gain access. We called the number for the property management, texted the number and emailed the number with no response. There were even tenants trying to help us. After 45 minutes we booked another hotel. It has been 6 days and we still have not heard back from the property management and hotels.com is also unable to get in contact with them to get a refund.

Awesome hôtel -appartment . The hôtel is situated near a lot restaurants and bar and pretty much everything !! It had everything to cook meals . The space was clean and bigger than I expected . Had a problem with door but when i called I had immediatly someone to help me . I would stay here again for sure .

What a great place to stay! In the perfect location near shopping and dining in Victoria. Short walk to The Empress, the Wharf, Museums, etc. The furnishings and layout were very comfortable. Everything clean in and in working order. We had a little trouble with the outside gate, but the management was very helpful and responsive.

Really cute apartment in a prime location.All of downtown and Esquimalt is walkable from here. The apartment is in excellent condition. Staff was very quick to respond when we had a minor issue and resolved it promptly.

The coffee machine was broken, the blinds do not block out light from the alley and the parking location they recommended was not safe. Our vehicle was broken into and multiple windows smashed. While they don’t have control of what happens outside the unit, being located next to the Salvation Army facility for the homeless was not great and a large number of sketchy people were hanging around the entrance. Finding vomit and human excrement near the entry was less than ideal.

Great location for walking around downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Parking is a nightmare downtown no matter what so I wouldn’t recommend for people with a vehicle as the cost can add up quickly. Other than that everything was great
