The lamp in the living room didn't work (got fixed). Kitchen - didn't have many needed utensils, plates etc. We had to buy some our selves. No dishwash detergent etc. Fridge was a little bit dirty and the washing mashine was dirty. The zink in one of the bathroom was leaking. None of the shutters for the windows bedrooms were working and the curtain in one of the bedrooms didn't work. Friday and Saturday night there was very noisy from beach parties nearby.

Boendet var mycket gammalt och renligheten var mycket enkel. Vissa områden rengjordes inte och tvättmaskinen fungerade inte. Platsen var mycket elegant, men parkeringen var mycket dyr och man bör fråga i receptionen innan man parkerar bilen.

Ingesamt wirkte unser Apartment ziemlich heruntergekommen, einige der Betten waren extrem hart, Lampen gingen teilweise nicht, ein Wasserhahn war kaputt etc. Es war nicht wirklich sauber und überall waren Ameisen, auch in der Küche auf der Arbeitsplatte. Der Meerblick war allerdings Traumhaft & das parken in der Tiefgarage sehr gut. Check in hat gut funktioniert.

It was very old and dilapidated, most things were either stained, old or dirty. The handheld shower head in the master bath fell off the holder when you turn the shower on, spraying and flooding the bathroom. Luckily we found a nearby maid, who kindly helped us clean up the mess quickly. Supposedly there was air conditioning, but no fan ever came on, and there were no controls to make adjustments. It was a great location, but pedestrians could be very loud when you had to open the windows to get a wind draft. Appliances were extremely old and difficult to work. Pictures on request

We had the best time in our 5 days vacation, the property is in the best area of Peurto Banus with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance the view on our apartment was priceless. The apartment was large and lots of space although it needs to upgrade its furniture ;) but it was good for us .the staff were very friendly and cared about whatever we needed . The parking is 29 euros each night which is the cost but it was very convenient to go from parking to our apartment. Totally we had the great stay .

Thought my review for the adjoining property will likely be dismissed and hidden, Plaza Park Suites is the property booking i kept and stayed at between the two. No assistance from Expedia nor the property to combine the mistaken double booking with the same building under two names. Only first issue. The bed was filthy with hair still on the sheets so we slept on a towel. Zero bathroom amenities or supplies. Sheets that should be mequito netting, they are so thin, no mattress cover and only one layer of bed. Think it may have been a boxspring not a mattress, it was so hard and had the raised ridges. Extremely dirty floors and smelled like disquised smoke. Only outdated by 40 years in every way with curtains thin as rhe sheets letting all light in. No place for a traveler of any budget to stay and my most regrettable stay in my dozens and dozens of Expedia bookings. My relationship with Expedia will not be the same and i will share this with all my traveling friends verbally, in travel blogs, and anywhere else that can not be hidden from rating sources. Anyone associated with this booking transaction and stay should be ashamed and find another line of work or business away from service. Disgusted by this experience

Hotellet har en fin utsikt men ikke noe mere. desverre er hele områder slitent, butikker lagt ned, rommet var dårlig rengjort med slitent sengetøy og informasjon og service dårlig. Amazing location! If you're after a clean base for your holiday and you'll be out and about for most of your trip, then this is the place to stay. We were lucky enough to have a sea view and balcony which were amazing. Cleaners came in and changed our towels, emptied bins etc every day. The apartments are dated but clean. I wouldn't rate the kitchen facilities but that was the only negative, i wouldn't have cooked in it as barely anything there. The best part of these apartments is how close they are to everything! Would stay again.

The only positive aspect of this property is its convenient location. Unfortunately, the suite itself is in poor condition. The mattress, bedding, bathroom, and kitchen all feel like they belong in the 1980s. Although the kitchen is described as “full,” it barely includes any essentials—just a few dishes and cups, but no proper utensils or tools to actually use. It makes you question the point of having a kitchen at all if it’s not functional. Additionally, there was no WiFi available during my stay, which was quite inconvenient. The view of the ocean was spectacular from the living area and master bedroom!! It was a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with walk in closets, 2 1/2 baths, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and large balcony accessible from the living area and master bedroom. Furnishings are a bit outdated and the m/b mattress was not very comfortable. Also we were right above a restaurant/nightclub and the noise could be heard in the master and living areas. We vacationed late September which is considered off-season. We were told that a week before all restaurants and clubs were opened much later so we dodged that bullet. Perhaps younger people would enjoy that aspect of the facility more. BUT all in all the views and large apartment size made up for any and all negatives... LOVE this area of Spain and the hotel!

Hotel location is excellent, although noisy as there were works going on from early in the morning. Reception looks very fresh and modern but then you get to your apartment and it is extremely dated. Apartments are spacious but very old-fashioned and in need of a refurbishment. Bed was like concrete (very uncomfortable), toilet leaked and kitchen may have been clean but was so old that it looked dirty. Apartment didn’t have a hairdryer, the receptionist was helpful in getting one to us… however it did not work. Cheap and cheerful. We booked as our original apartment contacted us about a water shortage in Malaga and not having access to a pool but would rather stay further out with a pool and more modern and comfy facilities.

Strand på den ene siden, Puerto Banús havn på den andre siden. Vil du bo sentralt så dette stedet perfekt. Diger leielighet som var noe slitt men fungerte fint. Stor terrasse med utsikt ned mot stranden. Vi har bodd mange plasser i Puerto Banús men aldri så sentralt. Anbefales om du ikke forventer luxus hotell.

Hôtel idéalement situé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Parking souterrain pratique à 29€/jour (cher certes mais contre 80€/jour en accès libre). Des bars sympas et bons restaurants (sont halal) juste en bas de l’hôtel, plage à quelques mètres et proche du centre, de la Marina… L’appart hôtel est très spacieux mais vraiment vieillot ! Matelas très peu confortables, cuisine présente mais pas vraiment utilisable, salle de bain à l’ancienne. A noter qu’en restant 3 nuits, nous n’avons pas eu de changement de serviettes ni nettoyage ou autre. Bon rapport qualité / prix malgré tout qui fait que c’est la deuxième fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel.
