Sehr gut gelegen und sehr modern. Leider kein Fitnessraum und kein Schreibtisch im Zimmer, sonst wäre es absolut perfekt. Frühstück ist gut.

Really cool and central. At the foot of the building all public transport options are available. The room is well laid out. Bathroom has best modern fittings. The 10th floor bar and restaurant has breathtaking views on central Berlin and the Zoo. The cocktails are boozy and very well served. Overall fantastic value for money.

This hotel was really exceptional. The rooms were amazing and the rooftop bar was really terrific!

Worst price / quality balance. For quite a high price - very small rooms, no shampoo/conditioning/ body lotion, no gym, breakfast is not variable enough… big disappointment.

Jätte fint hotell, trevlig personal och otroligt bra service. Bara ett litet minus för dåligt utbud i baren och lite tråkigt med likadan frukost varje dag. Inget extra på helgen. Annars otroligt rent, fint och trevligt och frukost ute på takterrassen är ett måste!! Vi kommer tillbaka.

Lovely central hotel! Spotless and comfortable

Room very clean and bed comfortable. Not much of a wardrobe but we just had back packs so not an issue. Not tea and coffee facilities in the room, not an issue for us, but may bother some people. Bathroom compact but very nice. Great location, lots around and easy to walk to in this part of Berlin. One strange thing was they had a planned power cut for 4 hours on the Saturday. No lifts available which I didn’t think was very good with guests there. We were still out then so it didn’t affect us but would a lot of people I imagine

Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Great location to get to shopping and eating.

everything is cheap here, except the price! Pros: very friendly personals, very good location. Cons: overpriced, poor facilities. The hair drier in my room was broken and the shower hose was molded! The cleaning lady was tricky and finished my bathroom in 2 minutes, leaving a lot of water on the ground and on the glass wall. We were two persons but they only gave us one set of towels. The bar on the 10th floor is too busy, you could sit there foe 20 minutes before you can catch a waitor to take your order.

Godt hotel - indbydende indrettet lige fra lobby til restaurant/bar (og værelser ditto). Værelserne var ikke så store og jeg kunne have brugt en lille minibar (læs: køleskab). Fin service, god morgenmad og spotless clean. Dette var vores andet besøg.

Un dia no hicieron el servicio de mi habitación. Llegaron pero yo aún estaba dentro y dijeron que volverían más tarde pero nunca lo hicieron.

Sehr sauber, ich habe mich hier auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem schön ruhig. Zimmer klein aber tiptop. Jederzeit wieder!

Amazing location and great breakfast/bar/terrace area. Rooms are quite small but well-designed and comfortable.

Heerlijk hotel, top locatie. Prachtig uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpuntjes: geen koelkast en het feit daar de AC ‘s avonds uitgaat. De kamer was te warm om goed te kunnen slapen.

Skønt hotel med super central belliggenhed, lige ved Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten og Kudamm med diverse shopping muligheder. Værelset var ikke så stort men fint indrettet, meget stiligt i farverne, god seng og med den flotteste udsigt over Berlin (vi boede på 18.etage). Morgenmaden var fin og i et virkelig hyggeligt lokale, på 10. etage med udsigt over byen. De havde desuden en hyggelig bar/lounge i en del af de samme lokaler resten af dagen. Helt klart et hotel vi gerne vil bo på igen.

Unfortunately, the A/C didn’t work. However, this is the first time and I was offered to change to a new room, but that was not too appealing at 1 AM in the morning.

Dobbeltrom standard er maksimalt stort nok til 1 person. Rommet var altfor lite , ingen muligheter til å sette kofferter noe sted , ikke noe hyller eller skap til å legge klærne i . Vi bodde 3 dager i 3 kofferter . Altfor dårlig til den prisen

Wie man es von Motel One gewöhnt ist, top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel für diese Preiskategorie. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Gedächtniskirche und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zoo. Wenn man die Gegend um den Ku‘Damm erkunden will, geht’s kaum besser. Das einzige Negative war, dass das Hotel etwas hellhörig ist. Ich weiß nicht, was im Zimmer neben uns so veranstaltet wurde, aber durchschlafen war nicht möglich.

An sich war alles gut im Hotel- traumhafter Blick im 11. Stock über die Stadt. Allerdings wäre ein kleiner Schrank schön, in den man seine Wäsche einräumen könnte. Wir mussten 3 Nächte aus dem Koffer leben. Die Mini Fächer vorne im Zimmer in der Wand sind für Wäsche nicht nutzbar.

Great hotel and nice staff. The room was ready quicker than expected so we were let in earlier than expected which is always a nice touch. The hotel is also very well located.

The location is excellent, the building spectacular, the bar area is very trendy and the terrace overlooks one of the most famous landmarks in Berlin. The rooms are basic (no kettle, no wardrobe, no dressing gown etc) but that's ok - it is a Motel after all. All of these things are fine. But the booking system and the check in for myself and my guests was a nightmare. I had two separate parties coming to Motel One Upper West for two workshops. I booked my guests in for these nights, and then some of them booked extra nights themselves so they could come early to enjoy Berlin. The system clearly couldn't cope with that. In spite of me covering off in advance the exact arrival times/days of all my guests - via 3 emails and 1 phone call - two of them were told they had no booking when they arrived and therefore no rooms, and one was told he had to prepay the whole stay before he could have a room. When I arrived at the hotel/motel it was finally sorted out with a refund for my disgruntled guest and me paying for everyone's stay in advance. A total of 4200 Euros (£3500.) My guests and I were offered one free beer each for all this hassle, but not anything else - the barman curtly informed us that we would have to pay for that ourselves. Summary: great location, decent accommodation, but the efficiency of the systems and the service culture still leaves a lot to be desired...

It is a well-located hotel with good facilities. Checking in at 4 pm is awkward as there is an infinite line to wait to check in. I was disappointed with the bed assigned.

Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer, welches einen komischen Geruch hatte. Nach unserer Bitte haben wir sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Dieses war dann perfekt und hat alles gepasst. Weiter unten ist die Aussicht leider nicht so toll, musste es aber auch nicht sein.

a beautiful hotel with great value for money and lots of choice regarding offered room types. staff is not just friendly but exceptionally great (no exceptions). everything is a 5 min walking distance, from church to supermarket to public transport stations.

Super schöner Aufenthalt. Nur an dem Service auf der Dachterrasse muss dringend was verändert werden. Man wartet ewig auf sein Getränk oder die Rechnung.

Great location by the Tiergarten; visited in December and there was a really good Christmas market on the doorstep. Hotel was nicely designed, clean, comfortable.

最寄りの駅はS/U Bahn, Regionalと全ての電車が止まり、バスもたくさんあってどこへ行くにもいいロケーションです。 ホテルは映画をモチーフにしたシックでオシャレなデザインで、必要なものは大体あります。 部屋にケトルや冷蔵庫はないので飲み物は自分で用意する必要がありますが、お水のボトルは言えばいただけます。 スタッフの人たちも親切だし、ベルリンに来ることがあったらまた泊まりたいです。

Ausstattung der Zimmer in Ordnung. Keine Minibar in der kleinsten Zimmerkategorie, das lässt sich verkraften. Allerdings sind die Matratzen entweder viel zu weich oder einfach schon durchgelegen. Das Frühstück können wir nicht weiterempfehlen. Für den Preis erwartet man mehr als Früchte aus der Dose und den billigsten Aufschnittkäse. Rührei oder Ähnliches haben wir vermisst. Haben einmal Frühstück gegessen und für den nächsten Morgen das Frühstück storniert und im Umkreis für einen ähnlichen Preis deutlich besser gegessen.

Das Hotel liegt gut! Preis/Leistung ist optimal. Zimmer ist eher klein, aber ausreichend. Frühstück ist wie man es von Motel One kennt, nicht toll, aber ausreichend.

Super location i city centre. Clean, modern. Small but clean room. Only negative: poor breakfast. No bacon, scrambled eggs, no espresso, few vegetabilies etc.

Die Zimmer waren leider sehr hellhörig und nur mit den nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war nix besonderes leider nur Standard.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte umfangreicher sein können, es gab beispielsweise kein Rührei. Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren zwar Verdunklungsvorhänge, es kam trotzdem sehr viel Licht rein, so dass das Zimmer nicht dunkel genug war am Morgen zum Ausschlafen.
