Hotel is in a great area with an easy walk to the metro. The views from the hotel rooftop bar are amazing and cocktails are definitely delicious although pricey. Overall the price point to stay/eat/drink in this hotel is too expensive for a family. Best for couples.

Awesome stay. Great location for this boutique hotel close to many of the famous sights within walking distance. Room was spacious for family of four and the roof top bar has great views too. The staff really make the difference too, from Madeline at breakfast who cooks and serves you with a great smile and warm welcome to Stefano on the front desk and also Yassin who can recommend some perfect places to eat whatever you are after. Can highly recommend this place.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant area, just a five-minute walk from the Spanish Steps. The service was satisfactory, and the rooftop bar was particularly enjoyable. It is a small hotel with a distinctive shabby chic style, which we found somewhat unusual due to the many mirrors throughout the property. Our room was comfortable and helped make our stay pleasant. Although it was rather small, it had a private balcony, which was a lovely feature. Breakfast was good, though it was served in a rather cold and oddly decorated room. Overall, the rooftop bar and our nice room made our stay enjoyable, but unfortunately, the hotel as a whole was not among our favorites.

Palazzo Nanier is well located for major sights.Room was well appointed and very clean.one of our party was gluten free and every effort was made to accommodate her dietary requirements.Madeleine in breakfast room went above and beyond to check that everything was good for us.Staff very welcoming and helpful.Roof top bar amazing .

I have stayed here twice now and I could not recommend more highly. The hotel has rooms that accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers and that’s not the easiest to find. The rooms are always modern and comfortable and the air conditioning works very well and the bathroom is beautiful and top notch. the location is amazing. One black off from via del Corso and a short distance from. Spanish steps. 20 paces from Piazza Del poppolo. Staff is perfect and hotel is perfect especially if you plan to do a lot in Rome. there’s not much to do at the hotel , it’s small and boutique but Rome is for sightseeing. If you plan on staying in your hotel , other options would be better.

The hotel was amazing, one of the best I've had the pleasure staying at. Arian, Yassen and Sandro were brilliant in terms of providing exceptional service and hospitality. The rooms always smelled extremely nice, housekeeping was always available and complimentary drinks were given to us at the start of our check in. The staff went out of the way to always make sure we were cared for during our honeymoon stay. The rooftop terrace was sublime overlooking some spectacular scenery. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend the deluxe room.

O hotel parece ser bem novo, a decoração é bem extravagante, mas bonita. Hotel super bem localizado. Não é um hotel grande, então o atendimento é bem gentil. A cama e os lençóis são de excelente qualidade. O café da manhã é muito bom, e o atendimento da Madeleine no café da manhã deixa a experiência muito mais agradável. Madeleine é muito gentil, prestativa e educada. O coração do hotel. Como fator negativo: nosso banheiro precisava de manutenção. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido. Também notei que não repuseram algumas peças de toalhas (apenas dobraram ainda úmidas e voltaram pro lugar). O quarto também não estava extremamente limpo… havia teias de aranha em alguns pontos do teto. The hotel provides a delicious high quality breakfast and super kind staff to accommodate every palate, especially our children’s. When searching for a hotel we selected the Palazzo Nainer because of the central location and the reviews from previous guests. This hotel is a great Boutique property that the staff make it outstanding! From Carmen at the front desk allowing our early check in when our rooms were ready and suggesting the tastiest ( and warning of the worst) restaurants. Hajji from the restaurant greeting us with a cappuccino and positive beginning to every day, until the our last day when Madeleine took over with a great personality and making sure the buffet had a good variety. We were able to start our day meeting our tour groups at the Piazza del Popolo or grabbing a taxi within a few steps by the twin churches in the event of a long distance meeting place. There also is a terminal across the piazza and through the Porta del Popolo. The bed was comfortable, smart television with streaming options, and each room has unique features and designed uniquely for each of the room classes. Our room type was the Deluxe Room. Plenty of floor space and a sleeper sofa bed in each room.

BUT - the design of the room is really weird. not chair to sit on, mirrors everywhere, and generally - not a "fun to stay in". more importantly - the room is really warm and the windows don't open. Finally - even if you have street facing windows, the are covered by a mirror completely and so no ability to see outside. overall - It is clean and well located. but I did not enjoy my stay.

We booked this hotel without realizing it was a few blocks from the Spanish Steps. Everything about the hotel impressed us. The room was spectacular, the bathroom felt like we were in a palace. The location was walkable to everything! We walked to Trevi, Colosseum, and Vatican! Not to mention the shopping on the same street, all the best, Rolex, Prada, Gucci, you get the idea. Plus, the side street restaurants were AMAZING for food. 5 minute walk to authentic delicious Italian food. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the location. We will stay again. We also felt very safe. Everyone was wearing watches, rings, hand bags, designer accessories. We never saw any sign of anything that made us feel unsafe. Highly recommend!

Loved this property. It’s smaller than you might think but not the rooms. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious! Of we stayed in the penthouse! Breakfast spread was incredible. Staff was also extremely helpful.

When searching for a hotel we selected the Palazzo Nainer because of the central location and the reviews from previous guests. This hotel is a great Boutique property that the staff make it outstanding! From Carmen at the front desk allowing our early check in when our rooms were ready and suggesting the tastiest ( and warning of the worst) restaurants. Hajji from the restaurant greeting us with a cappuccino and positive beginning to every day, until the our last day when Madeleine took over with a great personality and making sure the buffet had a good variety. We were able to start our day meeting our tour groups at the Piazza del Popolo or grabbing a taxi within a few steps by the twin churches in the event of a long distance meeting place. There also is a terminal across the piazza and through the Porta del Popolo. The bed was comfortable, smart television with streaming options, and each room has unique features and designed uniquely for each of the room classes. Our room type was the Deluxe Room. Plenty of floor space and a sleeper sofa bed in each room.

There is not a high enough rating I can give the Palazzo Nainier. The hotel itself was beautiful, but the service was the true gem. My husband needed medical attention during our stay. The manager Pamela and her staff accommodated all of our needs while we were receiving care at the hospital allowing that to be the only focus. They called to check on us and could not do enough to welcome us back. It was truly appreciated.

From the minute we arrived (early a.m.)we were welcomed by an amazing staff, served champagne as final touches were put in our rooms. We were then told our rooms had been upgraded from our reservation. Delicious breakfast and amazing roof top bar. Every staff person we encountered couldn’t have done more to please! We will be back!

The hotel was amazing, one of the best I've had the pleasure staying at. Arian, Yassen and Sandro were brilliant in terms of providing exceptional service and hospitality. The rooms always smelled extremely nice, housekeeping was always available and complimentary drinks were given to us at the start of our check in. The staff went out of the way to always make sure we were cared for during our honeymoon stay. The rooftop terrace was sublime overlooking some spectacular scenery. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend the deluxe room.

I have stayed here twice now and I could not recommend more highly. The hotel has rooms that accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers and that’s not the easiest to find. The rooms are always modern and comfortable and the air conditioning works very well and the bathroom is beautiful and top notch. the location is amazing. One black off from via del Corso and a short distance from. Spanish steps. 20 paces from Piazza Del poppolo. Staff is perfect and hotel is perfect especially if you plan to do a lot in Rome. there’s not much to do at the hotel , it’s small and boutique but Rome is for sightseeing. If you plan on staying in your hotel , other options would be better.

We booked this hotel without realizing it was a few blocks from the Spanish Steps. Everything about the hotel impressed us. The room was spectacular, the bathroom felt like we were in a palace. The location was walkable to everything! We walked to Trevi, Colosseum, and Vatican! Not to mention the shopping on the same street, all the best, Rolex, Prada, Gucci, you get the idea. Plus, the side street restaurants were AMAZING for food. 5 minute walk to authentic delicious Italian food. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the location. We will stay again. We also felt very safe. Everyone was wearing watches, rings, hand bags, designer accessories. We never saw any sign of anything that made us feel unsafe. Highly recommend!

A localização perfeita , ao lado da Piazza del Popolo . Para quem , como eu , gosta de conhecer a cidade caminhando , é excelente . The hotel is located in a great area. Close to a lot. My biggest issue was the breakfast was 25 euros a person. 50 for me and my wife a day. That is absurd. Its a normal continental breakfast. Nothing special at all. We have stayed all over Europe and breakfast has been included or reasonably priced. We stayed 4 nights and that would have ran us 200 euros if we ate there daily.

Loved this property. It’s smaller than you might think but not the rooms. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious! Of we stayed in the penthouse! Breakfast spread was incredible. Staff was also extremely helpful.
