We arrived after-hours and the staff was helpful and accessible via Whatsapp but some of the beds had stains on them, hot water wasn't reliable in the shower and in general, it is very scary to try and find the building in the dark. We mistakenly thought the property was part of the Leonardo hotel chain. It is located in an area that feels remote and deserted.

I am extremely disappointed. We spent around 2-3 hours just trying to figure out the parking. This was one of my worst experiences ever! I will not recommend if you are driving and need help.
