The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Area was nice, close to everything via the metro, right outside their door. Only a slight knock for the pool, could have used a good cleaning on the tile. Water was clean, tile felt a little slimy in spots. Overall a great place.

The kerb appeal isn't great as its's next to a building site but once inside the hotel was very clean and looked quite new. I wish there would have been coffee/tea making facilities in the room but that was minor. The rooftop pool was a but of a disappointment, maybe if there was some tables and chairs and a bar it would be better.

Sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter, schön und neu eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir haben sogar täglich neues Wasser, Äpfel und Schokolade bekommen. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön, wenn auch kalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

lol good, except… The Parking, paid $20 and the parking locks down at 8pm. Ad to get staff to assist is getting car out, took an hour and a half! Not cool! Do not go there if you have a car.

Lovely room (very comfy mattress and pillows) and very convenient location for Metro (stop on airport line is on the doorstep). 24 hour reception, friendly team. Small pool on roof, shame not seating/tables (other than loungers) up there and shame not a bar or drinks available. Would recommend to all and would be happy to stay again if in the city.

Good stay. No onsite parking but have access to an underground parking lot close by. Only issue was driving from the parking to the hotel for pickup or drop off which is complicated by the one way streets and traffic circles. 5-10 drive but only a two minute walk. Nice breakfast .

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are excellent and the bedroom is very cosy an comfortable. Wish there was tea/ coffee facilities in the room. The pool are is great except the sun loungers are not the best as you cant fully lie down flat in them. The pool is freezing otherwise a great hotel

Hotel is conveniently loacated next to Metro station and the room is clean and quiet. One minor thing is water is draining a bit slow during shower. You may want to lift the drain cover to avoid water spilling outside the shower stall. Overall the hotel is good.

The best part of the property was the location - right next to the train station. The worst part had to be the housekeeping. It was terribly inconsistent. One day we would find the water replaced, another day nothing. One day our towels would be replaced, another day left there. One day the cups would be washed, another day the cups would be taken away completely and not replaced. Additionally, housekeeping had a really bad habit of talking on their phones on speaker all through the morning while they were working on other rooms. We could hear everything (including whatever was coming out through the phone's speakers), which was not a pleasant experience. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel for their poor service levels.

My friend and I loved our room— first time having a two floor suite! Why it’s not a perfect rating then? There was a very strong sewage and/or mold smell coming from the far corner (the other side of the shower) of the room— by the TV. It would get really bad at night for some reason that it woke me from my sleep— I thought it was a gas leak at one point. I highly recommend either getting the pipes and/or the floor checked— maybe water is leaking— or see if a ventilation system can be placed in the shower; noticed there wasn’t any place for the steam in the bathroom to go.

Stayed for my last night in Lisbon on a 4 night city break as my original hotel who at the time of booking were unable to provide 4 nights accommodation, were then charging an arm & a leg for the extra night. Reasonably priced, smaller hotel, helpful & pleasant staff, nice roof top pool. The room was excellent with many touches that the more expensive hotel didn’t have such as a fridge, complimentary apple & biscuits, superb tv in a mirror opposite the bed, reading lights. Also had a room safe. Bathroom wasn’t as fancy as the other hotel but was functional. I can’t comment on the shower or breakfast as I left early for a 6 am flight. Room & bathroom both very clean & bed comfortable.

Väldigt rent och fräsch rum. Sängen var skön och sov gott. God frukost. Hotellet ligger på bra läge, nära till Metrotåg och buss. Lätt att ta sig till flygplatsen, ca 20 minuter från hotellet. Enda nackdelen är att man hör trafiken. Behövs att ljudisolera glasfönster.

Beautiful hotel with a great location and lovely decor, but unfortunately the beds are in desperate need of replacement. For me, a comfortable bed is the main reason to stay at a hotel, and these were uncomfortably firm and worn out, which really affected the overall experience. Everything else was excellent, though!

Mooi hotel net buiten oude centrum maar metro stopt voor de deur. Nette witte mooi afgewerkte kamers met grote badkamer met douche. Comfortabele bedden en een redelijk groot balkon, wij hadden een kamer op de 9e etage. Op het dak is een zwembad. De locatie is goed te bereiken vanaf luchthaven met de metro. Een aanrader voor stadsbezoek. Alleen ontbijt…… op 50 meter genoeg leuke restaurantjes voor de helft van de hotelprijs. In de omgeving zijn vele leuke restaurantje waaronder Italy, erg goed en vriendelijk personeel.

From the night we arrived until we left 4 days later, the reception staff were very attentive. They gave good recommendations for places to eat, attractions to visit and the best way to get to them. We had a couple of small issues during our stay and staff endeavoured to sort these for us as soon as possible. At the time of booking we thought the breakfast was a little on the expensive side and found a place across the road for a selection of breakfast options. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for making our first time in Lisboa a pleasant experience. We would stay in Hotel White again without hesitation.

Everything was amazing the room and the pool on the roof were breathtaking. It was SO convenient as there were plenty of shopping options close by as well as places to dine. The only downside to the stay was when we asked for extra towels we never received any. We called down to the front desk and they stated towels would be brought up we waited for two hours did not receive anything. We then asked when we were downstairs heading out if we could get extra towels sent to the room, those also never came. Other than that everything else was amazing. The staff overall was so kind and helpful minus the towel situations.

The best part of the property was the location - right next to the train station. The worst part had to be the housekeeping. It was terribly inconsistent. I like that it is a boutique hotel with limited guests staying at one time - so it’s quiet I also like the breakfast - it was nice and fresh and enough seating For the most part he staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs. The bathrooms in the room could have been cleaned better, toilet paper stocked regularly and sheets and towels changed regularly. I was upset bc the first day we arrived from the US at 10:30 am and we could not get in 1 of the 3 rooms booked - we had to wait until 4 pm to check in after being up all night - the girl at the desk said she would call me when the room was ready and she never did. Then we tried to grab a quick bite at the hotel and the same girl at the desk said we could eat the breakfast then a skinny French lady kicked us out! We paid for 3 rooms for 7 nights and the tiny breakfast was too much to let us have the morning we arrived. That was in bad bad taste!

Staff were amazing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. We would highly recommend. It is steps to the Metro making it convienient to get around. About 20 min and you are im Rossio square in the heart of Lisboa's tourist attractions. They replenished water daily and gave a gift when we checked out.

Our room was filled with cigarette smoke for the first 2 days of our stay. The first morning I was woken up by the foul smell, told the front desk, and all they did was cover it up with perfume. I went back down an hour later and reiterated how it smelled so bad and how it was supposed to be a smoke free room. I was told a manager would be looking into it and asked for a follow up twice, which I was promised both times. We left for the day and came back in the afternoon to the entire floor and our room smelling like smoke. I went back downstairs and was gaslit when I was told “it was investigated and there is no one smoking in the room/building”. I took a staff member upstairs and they finally agreed that it smelled. Obviously no one even bothered to go up at any point during the day otherwise it would be have been super obvious!! The smokers were finally addressed but at this point, it ruined 2 of our 3 night stay. Overall, service and care for those paying to be in the hotel is non-existent. Lastly, we had our room cleaned and toilet paper wasn’t restocked and garbage was left. Considering we paid a decent price for the 3 nights, we left with a sour taste in our mouths- we would not stay there again.

This was my second stay at Hotel White Lisboa, and once again it exceeded expectations. The staff is truly exceptional, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the hotel’s biggest conveniences is its unbeatable location, with an underground metro station just steps from the front entrance. Downtown Lisbon is also easily accessible, with an Uber ride taking about 10 minutes. A comfortable, well-situated hotel with outstanding service.

Perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, budget hotel in a good location in Lisbon. Metro just outside, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Attentive and friendly staff, the little surprise at checkout was a nice touch to end the stay. We will definitely recommend and be back next time !

Mycket bra hotell precis vid tunnelbaneuppgången på linjen från flygplatsen. Busshållplatser inom 100 meter. Så mycket enkelt att utgå härifrån för att ta sig runt i Lissabon. Gott om bra och prisvärda restauranger i området. Städning varje dag om man inte sa ifrån. Fräscha rum, sköna sängar och kuddar. Frukt och vatten på rummet, tog det slut kom det nytt. Bra frukost med allt man behövde, alltid färska bär och frukt, typ kiwi och passionsfrukt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kan absolut rekommendera detta hotell.

Location great for metro as only 20 mins from airport. Walkable to Lisbon town centre. Pool was handy to cool off. Rooms great- comfy bed and good shower. Fridge included. No tea or coffee but Papa donuts across street handy for hot drinks and amazing donuts! Try Galetos across the road for food - open until 3.30sm!

Lovely hotel with nice friendly staff, in a great central location. It is right outside the metro station, very convenient to and from the airport or city centre. The rooms are just the right size and very clean and cleaned daily. There is also a lovely rooftop pool with a small sun lounger area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

Location was good and staff were lovely. On the Breakfast the warmed food was on the cold side which i nentioned and the warmer was turned up.second day pancake maker wasnt working and there wasnt as much choice . Also there isnt a bar on site

Die helle Ausstattung hat mir besonders gefallen. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend, jedoch nicht den vollen Preis von 20 € wert (über Expedia meist günstiger). Besonders erwähnen muss ich die Damen, die abends ab der Rezeption saßen. Bei Anreise haben sie unseren Wunsch erfüllt und uns unsere Sporting Tickets ausgedruckt. Zudem haben sie uns bezüglich der Museen beraten, die laut Tourist-Information am Flughafen größtenteils am 01.11. geschlossen wären. Auch das empfohlene Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft war ein Erlebnis. Wie ich finde optimal um authentisch heimisch zu essen.
