Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof

Zimmer sind schön, Frühstück ist gut, Lage sehr zentral, Parkgebühr von 12 € in Ordnung. Kleiner Kritikpunkt - Reinigungs-Kraft stand früh schon kurz vor halb 9 mitten im Zimmer, wir schliefen noch. Ansonsten wie immer bei Moxy gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Ich war schon mehrmals im Moxy gewesen.Es ist sehr gut gelegen.Bist gleich am Bahnhof.Es gibt Parkplätze für das Auto.Lernst sehr interessante Internationale Menschen kennen.Sehr zuvorkommendes hilfsbereites Personal. Super Frühstücksbuffet.Am Abend noch eine gute Bar. Wir werden wieder kommen.Vielen herzlichen Dank

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Some parking on-site but plenty more just across the street.

The room was good and clean but the best part of our stay there was the staff. Very friendly and informative girls working at the reception and the bar. Theres a foosball table in the donwstairs area, free of charge. Thats a big plus. Its a place I'll recommend to anyone going to Berlin. Thanks for everything

Stayed for 5 days in August. The hotel is 3 mins walks from Berlin Ostbahnof, which makes it absolutely perfect for getting around the city with excellent transport links. Several SBahn and UBahn stops. As well as a bus terminus. Also plenty of hire bikes/scooters in the vicinity. Hotel staff were friendly, even provided my friend with a free cocktail when I checked in. The hotel has a great decor and feels like a space that is more than just a hotel. Also, always smelt amazing. The room itself was clean and nicely presented. A kettle would've been great, but it not being there was motivation for me to get out early and explore the local area. Which is great, lots of great places that you can reach by foot, Berghain, East Side Gallery a little further in Warschauer, 1 stop on the SBahn, is RAW Gelende and you can also pick up the UBahn here to get into Kreuzberg really easily. A great stay and would potentially consider returning for my next visit.

Ja, ein hippes Hotel direkt am Ostbahnhof. Das war es aber auch schon. Das Personal ist meistens sehr nett und freundlich. Der so genannte "Crew Leiter" eher weniger. Die Zimmer sind klein, die Bäder winzig. Kleiderschrank gibt es genau so wenig, wie einen Mülleimer im Zimmer oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten für mehr als ein Handtuch. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht jedermanns Sache. In der Dusche durften wir vor Benutzung erst einmal zahlreiche schwarze Haare weg spülen. Die neckisch beleuchteten Glas Nachttische und das einzige Regal im Zimmer zeigten bei Beleuchtung diverse Flecken, Schmierspuren und so weiter. Da ließ man die Beleuchtung lieber aus um das nicht sehen zu müssen. Lagebedingt ist das Hotel sehr laut und an schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht zu denken. Die Krönung war jedoch der Zettel an meinem Auto am Abreisetag. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich mein Auto auf privatem Grund abgestellt hätte und man meinen Wagen abschleppen würde. Das obwohl ich € 12,-- pro Tag für den Parkplatz beim einchecken bezahlt hatte. Auf meine Frage was sowas soll, antwortete der "Crew Leader" nur "Ach so, na dann..." Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel ist unterirdisch. Bezahlt haben wir für zwei Nächte mehr als € 500,-- zzgl. Parkplatz und ggfs. Frühstück. Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet, da wird man an anderer Stelle in Berlin deutlich besser versorgt. Für uns war es, obwohl äußerst praktisch gelegen, der definitiv erste und letzte Besuch in diesem "Hotel"

Stayed one night for a concert at Uber arena, which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. When we checked in at the Moxy we got a welcome drink. Nice touch! :) The lobby had a cool and qirky vibe. Our room was clean and modern. I was a little nervous at first since there were several train tracks right outside our window and I'm sound sensitive, but the windows must be THICK because the room was so silent. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. We were so happy with our stay. The connections to the airport and also the city center is great.

The hotel has a good location, friendly staff and young and comfortable vibe. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the room was clean, though fixtures in the bathroom were a little worn. The family room was a good size, but the sofa bed was squeeky and not comfortable for our teenagers.

The bathroom was smelly and every some time the bad smell would come in the room.no way to contact the front desk from the room. The tv was set on very low volume and couldn’t be changed. We didn’t get our room made while we were away. Couldn’t open the windows because its loud ( next to train tracks).

+ Female receptionists are friendly and speak German + Fairly good nights sleep + big room + welcome drink + luggage storage after check out - male reception staff strictly avoid speaking German. This is inacceptable in the hospitality sector - Six different reception staff with 24h, young inexperienced not well trained (avoiding of male staff to speak German and straight blocking instead of being respectful and apologising, he wasn't even trying to speak German) - outdated furnishing, dark carpet in 2025!!!! - outdated interiour - huge construction site - area is not nice - housekeeping is poor. I stood in the shower with no shower gel since the fixed bottles were not refilled. This was at midnight after a long day. Had to dress again, walk down to reception since there are no phones, and it took staff some time to find a bottle of shower gel - no amenities, no safe - security questionable since anyone can walk in and use the lift - Gen Z clientele - quite expensive, I wonder how Gen Z can afford a stay here?!?

Sehr zügiges Einchecken bei super nettem Personal, Drinks an der Bar bis in die Nacht, gutes Frühstück in nettem Ambiente. Sehr gute Auswahl, die ständig aufgefüllt wird. Alles in allem toll.

A very modern hotel but I had two single beds and they were way too soft and the pillows were not comfy at all. No wardrobe no draws no mini fridge and for the cost of the hotel that’s not good. The WiFI is barely usable I couldn’t even stream music on my iPad let alone anything else. Not sure I’d stay again.

Great location in Berlin, bus and train station just a short walk away. The main lobby is really nice and welcoming and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean, smart TVs can only link up to YouTube, no other apps available. All in all comfortable stay.

Recebemos um drink de cortesia cada um na entrada. Os funcionários eram cordiais e receptivos. O quarto muito confortável e o café da manhã vale muito a pena!

Staff is amazingly friendly. The person that checked me in was wonderful, attentive and super helpful. Found a room for me super quickly. Breakfast we nice and the train station is directly next door. No complaints at all and I will stay here again.

Couldn’t recommend this location more. They have a 24 hour comment space which is great for working, and always has snacks and coffee. The location is great, nearby everything. But most of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and greeted me by name every time I walked in and out.

Wir sind zu Dritt wegen eines Konzerts angereist. Fassade & Innenbereich haben einen guten Eindruck gemacht & das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für Menschen, die kein Englisch können, kommt hier aber schon die erste Hürde. Ich wurde immer gefragt, ob ich meine Situation auch in Englisch schildern könnte, da die Person auf Deutsch nicht alles verstehen würde. Es wird aber bestimmt auch deutschsprachiges Personal geben. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber - zuerst habe ich mich aber etwas über die Stempel auf dem Waschbecken gewundert & weiß auch jetzt noch nicht, ob das zum Zimmer gehört oder nicht. Der Duschkopf im Bad war defekt, da lief das Wasser durch die Dichtung. Das Sofabett, auf dem ich geschlafen habe, war sehr dünn & hat gequietscht (das Gestell besteht aber auch Metall, also normal, denke ich), aber es war in Ordnung für eine Nacht. Das Bett war, laut meiner Begleitung, sehr bequem. Was mich aber gestört hat war, dass am nächsten Morgen 3x das Zimmer betreten wurde. 1x um 6 Uhr morgens, wo's noch dunkel war, 1x um 8 Uhr und 1x um 9:30 Uhr - obwohl ich nach dem ersten Mal schon das Schild "Bitte nicht klopfen!" rausgehangen habe. Von wem weiß ich nicht, ich habe nur die Tür, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, scheppern hören, als sie wieder ins Schloss fiel - ich nehme an es war Housekeeping. Alles in allem, war es für eine Nacht in Ordnung - für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich es aber nicht empfehlen. Ich werde, in Zukunft, wo anders buchen.

The staff were really lovely and offered us a free welcomed drink. We booked the Queen Bed room which was small, but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very powerful, which we loved! The hotel is near one of the main train station which is very convenient if you are travelling from the Berlin airport. The immediate surroundings are not the prettiest but you are near the East Side Gallery. Holzmarkt 25 is a short walk from the hotel a great place for a drink and food by the river - a little hidden gem!

The hotel is a few minutes away from Ostbahnof station which connects to the whole city and has direct trains to the airport too. The East side gallery is also a few minutes walk away. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower had great pressure and water was hot. Free complementary drink for guests offered. The lobby was very lively and buzzing at all times, lots of cool areas to hang. My room looked onto the parking lot which wasn’t a great view BUT it was quiet so good if you’re a light sleeper. The negatives - the area doesn’t really have much to do except for the east side gallery (but as I said before it is well connected by buses/trains). I didn’t try the breakfast but it was €18 (a bit pricey in my opinion given its mostly continental). I had to wait a bit when checking-in as there was only one person at the bar (and checkin area). Would’ve been fine except I wasn’t acknowledged which isn’t the best welcome. However another member of staff came and served me quickly when he saw I had been waiting. Just would’ve been nice to have been acknowledged when I arrived.

Great place to stay in Berlin. We were very satisfied with the location and proximity to the city centre. The hotel is in walking distance to many points of interest such as the East Gallery and only a short bus ride to other points of interest. The room was very clean and spacious. We were offered a welcome drink on arrival as well so overall very happy with our stay! Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel with amazing service and comfort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the staff service is great. Only thing I would say is the breakfast should be cheaper. It is great but not worth the price tag.

We didnt eat breakfast at the hotel as we found that the breakfast was too expensive for what you got. So we went accross the road to the train station to have breakfast as their was a good variety of cafes there. We were greeted at the moxy with a free cocktail which was a nice touch , but it tasted awful ,it was like drinking cordial. You were only given a choice of gin or vodka in it , neither of them I like. I was disappointed that there was no tea or coffee in the room .We were told we could have free coffee and tea from downstairs which we did. On the third day I went to get a coffee but was told they had stopped doing free tea and coffee. Our son had acoffee machine in his room and he doesnt have hot drinks so I asked the bar staff if I could put it in our room and he said no as it was a new building .I did borrow it from my sons room and put it back the morning I left.So I dont know what the problem was. We stayed for 4 nights as the hotel was near the Uber Arena ,which we went to for a rock concert . The hotel was clean ,but I didnt sleep well as the bed wasnt very comfortable ,so I would rate the hotel good.
