We travel les 30 to get there, couldn’t sleep because there was a party going under our building til after 3am we had to leave at 5:30am to airport again, so we didn’t sleep at all since we had to start getting ready at 4;45am, the stuff felt very sorry, they knew how bad it was but they had no other rooms available. I contacted hotels.com nothing they could do abt a refund. After this trip i will be falling the properties directly and my entended family will not be using hotels.com anymore. I had my uncles and child that night it was awful.

Loud. Loud. Loud. Other guests had a party in the LOBBY of the hotel until 3:00am and the staff did nothing to make any other guests comfortable. It's not a hotel for tourists, it's a party hall for locals. We only stayed one night.

Old and not maintained space. Restaurant (if you can call it that) only had two or three options available form the whole menu. AC didnt work properly (and it was 36° c...) Breakfast offering was also not great and bellow average. Exterior pool was also not available but I do believe that was due to be slightly off season (even being almost June and 36°).
