Hotel El Djenina

We only needed a room for one night as we were arriving late from Fes and leaving early the next morning for Spain. The location was very convenient and their is a parking garage directly across the street which was really nice! The room was extremely basic. Four beds lined up with a long counter and TV. The tv remote didn't work but we were so tired we didn't care. The room was very clean and bed were comfortable so we were fine. If you just need a basic, no frills, safe place to stay, than this is great.

Hay casas de cambio y estación de taxi y bus turístico también a pocas calles. Lo único es que la televisión es muy aburrida y por el precio que piden ahora pues es caro ya que no hay parking ni piscina ni desayuno. El personal es amable y hablan inglés, francés y también español.

Kein Parkplatz, man muss selber auf der Straße nach Parkplatz suchen und natürlich selber bezahlen . Schöne Lage direkt an der Küste aber ziemlich laut . Die Fenster sind nicht richtig gedämmt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön eingerichtet und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend

Before leaving to get breakfast, my wife left the clothes she was going to wear later in the day in the closet. After coming back, her blouse was stolen. We made sure to check all around the room before mentioning this to the front desk. They simply said that since we had “Do not Disturb” sign hanging, that no one should’ve entered our room and that they would update us on the situation. I received no update and again went to the front desk where a different set of employees said that they weren’t made aware of this. They assured me they would get in contact with their manager who would later contact me about the situation. I never received any update about if someone went into our room. I also wasn’t shown any surveillance, despite cameras being located near our room, or any confirmation that no one entered our room. Ultimately, the issue was ignored and I would be cautious about keeping your belongings at this hotel. There was also an issue with parking. Although it’s available, they won’t let anyone park there and you’ll need to park in the street for 40 dirhams daily. The entrance of the hotel also had a strong sewer smell.

De kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk . Kamers zijn wel gehorig . Wat je mag verwachten van een twee sterren hotel is dit meer dan goed

This hotel was perfectly adequate. No frills but felt safe and was clean. The room was very basic with no amenities. There was 2 little packets of shampoo but no hand soap for the bathroom. The heater didn’t work in my first room, so it was a bit on the cold side. However, it was close to many restaurants and hang outs.

Beds were comfortable, room was spotless.

Incredibly clean hotel with friendly staff. Within a 12-15 walk from the bustle of the Medina. I’d recommend staying here over in the Medina because the Medina can get quite loud and rowdy when you’re trying to sleep. Secure and safe hotel for a great price. Would stay here again. Thanks to the staff.

Great staff, clean and comfy rooms Highly recommend

This property was about a 15 minute walk from the port of Tangier Ville along the marina. Rooms are freshly painted and clean. The windows however do not lock which was a concern for us. The front desk quickly changed our room to a larger room with a window (didn’t lock either but had bars). It was Ramadan so food was scarce in the area (forget about breakfast) and we were awakened by the sounds of drums and chanting at about 4am. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was very spacious with excellent air conditioning, very quiet during the night, soft fluffy towels, housekeepers are very nice and friendly, was a really good stay. Thank you El Djenina hotel

Fabulous staff and good sized room. The room was not soundproof and the noise was constant through the night.

Un Week-end agréable passé dans l’hôtel. Les réceptionnistes sont aimables et professionnels ! Concernant la chambre, elle est très spacieuse, mobilier moderne et une belle vue sur la corniche. Petit bémol pour la douche qui doit avoir un petit coup de rafraîchissement et l’insonorisation au niveau des murs ( j’entendais les conversations de mes voisins de chambre ) Je recommande cet hôtel qui est bien situé à Tanger !

Noisy from cars and horns

Un hotel normalito, las personas que vayan alli a descansar no se lo recomiendo ya que se escucha todo, las puertas son de madera y las ventanas no tienen aislamiento, por lo demás es un hotel que dentro de lo que cabe no está mal para el precio que tiene.

Vielen Dank an die Jungs und Mädchen von der Rezeption, ich war ein Tag krank, und die haben mir sogar Medikamente von der Apotheke geholt und mich früher aufs Zimmer gelassen

It was nice and clean, I just got a room assigned to someone by mistake at front desk. Not a big deal but it was late night and it just made the night long.

Hotel is located on the main boulevard and is walking distance to Ferry, pier and train station.

Alojamento perto do centro e do ferrie. Dá perfeitamente para andar a pé. Quarto quádruplo almpo com uma cama de casal e 2 individuais. Excelente atendimento na recepção de dia e da noite.

Una buona struttura, con camere vista mare, ben arredate e pulite.Unica pecca non c'e' la sala colazioni ma in zona si trova in abbondanza. Molto vicino al Bazar
