Chiado Arty Flats was wonderful in every way. The receptionists were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. The apartment was exactly as pictured and the breakfasts were plentiful and good. We would definitely stay here again when in Lisbon.

I liked the breakfast delivered each morning. Location was perfect. I would’ve liked a more traditional bathroom vanity that had more countertop space and storage so I could store and lay out my toiletries when getting ready but I made it work. Apartment was quite spacious. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and I loved having a kitchen. The cleaning ladies were very good at their jobs and were so polite and helpful as was everyone else. I can’t say enough how perfect the location is. The airport transportation I booked through the hotel worked perfect. Great drivers and on time. We will be coming back to Portugal with my grown children and will definitely stay at Chiado Arty Flats again.

Friendly and warm front desk made us feel welcome, and the breakfasts delivered to our room each morning were icing on the cake. Windows were very soundproofed against the city noise outside. Great communication in advance, with airport transfers to and from the airport arranged with ease.. Breakfast delivered to the room was great and more than we could eat!.. comfy beds, air con, and plenty of space for bags, jackets etc.. we had an early check out with flights and Catarina arranged for breakfast items to be delivered to our fridge the evening before so we could make sandwiches etc.. lovely local feeling restaurant called Fernandinho does great fish and recommend ice cream from sorbettino just a few mins walk away.. save space for the pastel de nata.. we consumed many!!! and a great place Manteigaria is again a few mins walk away!

Wonderful weekend stay in Lisbon. Our small group really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with terrace,which was perfect for our needs, the apartment was a really quirky design and spotlessly clean with some great extra touches e.g bottle of wine on arrival, dressing gowns chocolates,and free toiletries. The communication with the hotel was great they were very helpful answering any questions we had and arranging transfers. We also loved the breakfast arrangement - each day our breakfast was brought to the room and included fruit cereal,bacon,scrambled eggs,pastries,yoghurt,toast coffee and juice.The breakfast ladies were also very friendly and helpful. All this alongside being in a fabulous location close to all amenities made for a wonderful stay.If we ever visit Lisbon again(which I’m sure we will) We would definitely book these apartments without hesitation. Veldig bra hotel med vedig hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Hotellet er små leiligheter, så ingen frokost eller andre fasiliteter. Frokosten ble brakt på rommet og var helt ok. Beliggenheten var helt perfekt for å oppdage byen. «Alt» lå rett rundt oss. Anbefales for par og små grupper som skal ligge noen dager.

We had a great stay here. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse with 5 of us and had plenty of room. There were actually 3 bathrooms (it says only 2). Staff was awesome. They brought breakfast into our room in the mornings. Love this hotel and would stay again.

We had such a great stay! The front desk staff went above and beyond—they were able to accommodate our luggage when we arrived and again when we left and they even let us check in early, which was such a lifesaver after a long tiring trip. The hotel was spotless, in a fantastic location, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Truly made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Location is great . Easy to move around . The staff at reception is helpful . Most importantly , you can grab a taxi n alight at the front door of the hotel . The room is spacious for 4 persons n the breakfast is great too . Highly recommended ti book this apartment hotel if you plan to go Lisbon . The only drawback could be a bit noisy at night but small issues as the convenience and cozy room stands out

Cool decor place equipped with a kitchenette. Everything well thought out. Hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Lots to do within walking distance. Note that the surrounding area has a lot of stairs or inclines in case that is a concern. We absolutely loved staying here

Catarina at the reception was very helpful. She was able to recommend places to visit and how to get there. Also, if we have questions about transportation she was able to explain in detail. Very pleasant made us feel very comfortable

Great communication in advance, with airport transfers to and from the airport arranged with ease.. Breakfast delivered to the room was great and more than we could eat!.. comfy beds, air con, and plenty of space for bags, jackets etc.. we had an early check out with flights and Catarina arranged for breakfast items to be delivered to our fridge the evening before so we could make sandwiches etc.. lovely local feeling restaurant called Fernandinho does great fish and recommend ice cream from sorbettino just a few mins walk away.. save space for the pastel de nata.. we consumed many!!! and a great place Manteigaria is again a few mins walk away!

Great staff. The maid from India ordered us a Uber seeing taxi didn’t come and we paid her directly. Super nice of her to do this seeing we were on the way to airport. Little strange how they boarded up the entrance at night.

Really Nice staff and the hotel is in an ideal location surrounded by amazing restaurants and beautiful sights. The rooms are funky cool and well appointed. Our one bedroom flat with a terrace was well appointed, super clean, uniquely decorated and perfect for our family of three. Friendly and warm front desk made us feel welcome, and the breakfasts delivered to our room each morning were icing on the cake. Windows were very soundproofed against the city noise outside. Chiado area is full of nice shops and dining options, with a great Miradouro just a block away from hotel. This was our favorite hotel from two weeks of travel through Spain and Portugal.

Cool decor place equipped with a kitchenette. Everything well thought out. Hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Lots to do within walking distance. Note that the surrounding area has a lot of stairs or inclines in case that is a concern. We absolutely loved staying here

The apartment was fun, modern and quite spacious. The staff was very helpful, gave us good recommendations for dining. The location in central Lisbon. You can walk to many places of interest, just wear comfortable shoes to walk those cobblestone streets up and down!

Wonderful weekend stay in Lisbon. Our small group really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with terrace,which was perfect for our needs, the apartment was a really quirky design and spotlessly clean with some great extra touches e.g bottle of wine on arrival, dressing gowns chocolates,and free toiletries. The communication with the hotel was great they were very helpful answering any questions we had and arranging transfers. We also loved the breakfast arrangement - each day our breakfast was brought to the room and included fruit cereal,bacon,scrambled eggs,pastries,yoghurt,toast coffee and juice.The breakfast ladies were also very friendly and helpful. All this alongside being in a fabulous location close to all amenities made for a wonderful stay.If we ever visit Lisbon again(which I’m sure we will) We would definitely book these apartments without hesitation. Thanks so much Diane & family.

Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.

Beautiful room/apartment, clean, super comfortable. Great location in the "upper part" of Lisbon, so close to beautiful views and walking down to everything else. Lots of dining and shops, while still feeling pretty quiet at night. The front desk staff were SO nice and helpful, and the breakfast included was awesome! Highly recommend.
