Apartamento reformado, de bom gosto, muito bem equipado, espaçoso. A anfitriã nos recebeu na porta, com muita presteza, educação e simpatia. Nos presenteou com pastéis de nata, uma gentileza inesperada. Apartamento térreo em edifício sem elevador. O prédio é antigo, quase no fim da rua. Apesar de estar com pintura recente, os prédios ao lado estão desgastados, o que nos deixou com uma impressão desagradável, à primeira vista. O que se desfez quando entramos no apartamento. O único senão foram os aparelhos de ar condicionado, pois não conseguimos que funcionassem corretamente. Posteriormente, vimos que a região é segura e próxima a restaurantes, mercearias e se pode ir ao centro rapidamente, mesmo caminhando.

The apartment was spacious and plenty big for 4 adults and 4 children. I thought there was a a washer and dryer but did not see one. The was a tremendous amount of noise from the people above and we found the beds hard. The owner went above and beyond. Met us and showed us around as well addressed any questions we had, very quickly. A lovely person!

This place was wonderful. The host was so helpful and came to check us in and welcome us to the home. It was beautifully decorated with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and it is on the first floor of the building so we did not have to drag our luggage up stairs. This is in a perfect location close to the metro and other main areas of Lisbon. I would definitely stay here again. House was beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend this rental. Perfect place to stay in Lisbon!! Can't wait to return.

Susanna was great! Place was clean! Had every thing we needed to enjoy our stay in Lisbon! Susanna even met my son at the place and allowed him to store his luggage before check in. Anything she could do to help us, she did!

Lovely apartment & warm & friendly host! Lisbon is amazing! Only negative is it can be difficult to park & it’s a very steep hill to walk up when sightseeing on foot. Overall loved it & would stay again!

Eine wirklich traumhaft schöne große Wohnung, toll ausgestattet in sehr guter Lage. Dazu ein sehr warmherziger Empfang von Susana, unserer Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Zum Parken empfehlen wir allerdings dringend ein Parkhaus. Unser Van parkte am Apartment und wurde nachts aufgebrochen, kein Einzelfall, wie wir dann von Nachbarn hörten.Trotzdem ein unbedingt empfehlenswertes Apartment und eine sehr hilfsbereite Susana.

Susana was the perfect host — excellent communication, and she provided us with a warm in-person welcome, apartment tour, and city orientation. Ground-level apartment was easy to find, and the check-in process was simple. Location is also perfect — super-close to Edward VII Park and Liberdade Ave., 20 mins. walk to Old Town. Very quiet, charming neighborhood. A lovely place.

Comfortable, clean and probably the best equipped we have ever stayed in. Susana was lovely and it was great to be able to store our bags before check in and after checking out until our train. Great location too. Easy to get around to see the sights of Lisbon plus local restaurants and on a quiet road. Would recommend 100%.

Awesome place to stay - VRBO was in excellent shape and in a great location. Susana was very helpful and accommodating - she provided a room to store our luggage before we were able to check-in. She gave us great tips on local restaurants and shops in the area to visit as well as showing us how to get to the main strip (about 20 minute walk). She also provided us with excellent pastries upon our arrival to the VRBO. Highly recommend this VRBO to anybody visiting Lisbon.

From start to finish everything was perfect. Susana is a sweetheart she is so helpful and welcoming. It is a fabulous apartment and there are no flights of stairs to climb. Also she has a place for you to store your luggage if you have an early or late flight. Its a quiet apartment in a quiet area only a stroll down to the one of the main squares. A couple of small super markets around. The beds a super comfy and the kitchen is modern and stocked with all you could need. I can highly recommend this apartment for a long or short stay in Lisbao. Thank you Susana for you warm and welcoming hospitality.

Susana was such a gracious and hospitable host! She met us at the apartment during check- in to insure we had everything we needed and explained all the wonderful features of the home. The home was impeccable, well stocked, and extremely comfortable. The group of 4 women I was traveling with, all in our early 60’s, each had our own bedroom, so wonderful. Location was perfect. Such a fabulous stay in Lisboa!!

Beautiful apartment, extremely clean and well equipped. A very quiet location 30 minutes walk from city centre. Near good supermarkets and restaurants. Our host Susana was lovely, excellent communication from start to finish. She gave us a very warm welcome and also some great recommendations for places to visit and to eat. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Lissabon verbracht. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Vor allem sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist ebenfalls klasse. Immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen!

We stayed in Susana’s lovely apartment for three nights with our family. We were a group of seven and the ages ranged from 12 to 70. The apartment suited us perfectly with the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very quiet at night and we heard no noise at all. We had an early flight into Lisbon but we got to check into the apartment early which we were very grateful for. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. We took the metro in from the airport to Picoas station and walked to the apartment. We used the metro quite a lot to get around Lisbon and the Viva Viagem card is excellent. Susana is an excellent host and we had a great time staying at her apartment and visiting the sights of Lisbon. Would definitely recommend.

Susana’s apartment is absolutely immaculate. She met us at the house and welcomed us with still-warm pastries. She refurbished the apartment herself and she has amazing taste. It was a great headquarters to see Lisbon as most sites are a short walk or uber ride away. I highly recommend this apartment!

The pictures do not do justice to this 5* flat. It’s spacious and comfortable with all that is necessary to cook and enjoy the comforts of home. Three Nespresso machines, full fridge, dishwasher and induction cooktop. Dinners for 8-10 can be accommodated. The living room is comfortable as is the dining room. Beds are great with plenty of storage. The combined heater/AC work too. Working with the property owner is a breeze using WhatsApp to text or call. Many thanks Susana!

Nous étions 2 couples et avons pu profiter de ce bel appartement de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Accueil très chaleureux de Susanna qui avait fait un suivi attentionné lors de nos communications avant notre séjour. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir faire le checkin plus tôt. Les photos sont très fidèles à l’appartement. Deux des chambres principales bénéficient de salle de bain privative. Susanna nous a fait plusieurs recommandations judicieuses.

Wonderful and responsive host! The apartment was spotless and in a very safe neighborhood. Great kitchen amenities. Ideal location. We walked all around Lisbon from here. Four beds in 4 rooms - 2 of the rooms were very large with en suites. Those rooms also had their own air/heat units in them. Susana greeted us at the door when we arrived and she had delicious fresh treats waiting for us. I was overwhelmed as she showed us through the gorgeous home. She should be immensely proud of the hard work she put in and the outcome of all that work. (ask her to see what it looked like when she bought the place.) Susana had organised a taxi to pick us up and when we arrived she welcomed us with a tour of her beautiful apartment. And left us a present of pasta de natas-custard tarts. The apartment was ideal for our needs with plenty of room, very comfortable, and with everything you could need for a weekend. It is about 10mins from the metro and the main street- avenue de liberdade- easily within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a couple of supermarkets as well. There are plenty of ubers and taxis about if required. We were able to keep in touch with Susana as our plans had changed slightly and nothing was a problem. We would definitely visit again.

We stayed in Susana’s lovely apartment for three nights with our family. We were a group of seven and the ages ranged from 12 to 70. The apartment suited us perfectly with the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very quiet at night and we heard no noise at all. We had an early flight into Lisbon but we got to check into the apartment early which we were very grateful for. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. We took the metro in from the airport to Picoas station and walked to the apartment. We used the metro quite a lot to get around Lisbon and the Viva Viagem card is excellent. Susana is an excellent host and we had a great time staying at her apartment and visiting the sights of Lisbon. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. The property was as beautiful in person as it looked on line. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to some markets and restaurants. We walked all over the place but also had good access to public transport if we wanted. The property owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly before and during our trip. Definitely a five star property. Would happily stay there again.

Susana did everything to ensure we felt at home, in a fantastic property that is close enough (walking distance) to the main attractions in Lisboa. Quiet, safe, secluded location. Mercado Municipal (farmer's market) is close by and you can find outstanding fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, meats, cheeses, and more... The house has all the amenities, appliances and utensils needed to prepare elaborate meals, which we were looking for. A mini mart was conveniently located right across the street where we were able to get some basics. We absolutely loved the home and will stay here again when back in Lisbon.
This home was amazing. It had everything we would need and more. Susana was great. She was flexible in providing a space to store our luggage until check in time. Met us at check-in to walk us there the home and sharing some good info about places to visit and getting around. A mini mart was conveniently located right across the street where we were able to get some basics. We absolutely loved the home and will stay here again when back in Lisbon.

Apartment was bright, clean, spacious, modern & lovely. Location is very good & very central.Suzanne is beyond a Premier Host - she is very helpful & responsive. The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen was great for us but we did not cook dinners - only breakfast & lunch, and the area is terrific.As a VRBO traveler, this one will meet all expectations.
