Best View Pyramids Hotel

Arrived from airport after midnight and was asked to take a seat. We were exhausted after over 24 hours of travel. We were told the room we had booked over 6 mos ago was not available. He said there was a problem with the room and that we could move the next day. He tried to get us to commit to their private car to take us to papyrus and cotton shops. We were absolutely exhausted and just wanted to go to our room but he kept pushing trying to get a time for the car tour. He wouldn't give us keys to the room without telling him what time he could call us for the trip we didn't want. After moving the next day to the pyramid view room that we had paid for (there are only 3 rooms) we spoke with other guests in the pyramid view rooms. They had the same experience with their room not being ready. They said that guests were in our room the previous evening. They are double booking and this is not acceptable. The AC didn't work well. Room was extremely hot. No compensation offered and when we explained at check out that we were not happy since we paid for the view room. They then continued to book us transportation to the airport at 3 times the price stating that tip was already included. The Driver demanded extra to give us our suitcases even though we paid hotel . The smell of horses and livestock is nauseating, flies are a huge problem, dishes are not clean and breakfast buffet is not heated to safe temperatures. The good part, great view, nice bar staff and housekeeping.

Rooms in poor state of repair. Whole place needs love. Staff very courteous and helpful. Lucky if you get hot water and water pressure terrible. Toilet takes 15min to refill. The chef is very helpful and great. The menu they have for food and drinks doesnt apply. Dinner is whatever the chef prepares. Very tasty. The wine was served warm. Enjoy the camels goats and horses crapping in the street out the front. Good view of pyramids from the roof bar. Room wasnt serviced daily. The phone in the bar is soooo loud and intrusive. But we had fun!!!!

The included airport transport is only for pick up. Not back to the airport. The rooms were quiet. A/c and hot water worked. But wifi never worked. The breakfast was not good and not worth a selling feature. The location is good because it’s a 5 min walk to the Giza pyramids. But the outside of the hotel looks and smells like a barn with camels, goats and horses running around. Watch where you step!

Unfortunately a great view is pretty much where it ends with this hotel. - I was scheduled a complementary pickup from the airport which never turned up. I emailed the hotel, phoned the scheduled driver and got no response from both. A bad start from the get go, especially being at the airport late at night. I booked my own Uber (DO NOT USE THE TAXIS AT THE AIRPORT. They will keep harassing you, just calmly keep ignoring them. Better yet, wait inside until your Uber is near). Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no explanation regarding the no show pick-up, not even an acknowledgement. - The front desk staff were polite enough, especially the ladies in the day time. - One of the porters was professional, I always like to tip but another porter became a little too forthcoming with his wanting of tips. To the extent he ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign I placed on my door and proceeded to bashing the glass door with his fist late at night. Waking me up and asking if I needed assistance, indirectly asking if I could tip him a present because it was my last night. This is the most bizarre experience I have ever had from a hotel porter. - There is constant loud phone calls from the restaurant to the other rooms next door, most likely these are calls pestering guests if the "need assistance". Hearing these calls all day and night is an endurance test. - The hotel view is incredible, absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the hotel location is in an unsafe area. Even my tour guide warned

A very clean, reasonably priced, comfortable hotel, probably one of the best in Giza, with a fantastic rooftop view of the pyramids. Good variety of breakfast goods combining continental and Egyptian options such as foul medames, flatbreads and salad. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, spacious, had effective aircon and the bed was firm and comfortable. I never used the jacuzzi. Perfect for a few days stay. But the standout for me was the rooftop restaurant from where you can breakfast and dine with a stunning view of the pyramids, including the evening sound-and-light show. The hotel also gives a free lift from the airport.

What a beautiful blessing to stay at the Best View Pyramids Hotel . I was a Solo Traveler from New York City. I felt at home away from home, safe and secure.. The staff here is so kind and so accommodating. My room was modest and lovely. I really appreciated that on the rooftop I could see the Pyramids and the Pyramid Light Show. The Rooftop is also a wonderful location for Meditation and Spiritual musings. Best View Pyramids Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. They have restaurant here. And oh my goodness, they have tours to go to the pyramids, a dinner cruise, to ride the Falucca at sunset and so much more! For a fee they can make arrangements for airport departure I highly recommend Best View Pyramids Hotel. In addition to the staff I must say the owner Adam is so very gracious.

Mr.Fawzi, General Mngr was a true professional & very hospitable. Always communicated promptly. Views from the rooftop terrace was insanely beautiful & we felt staying among the Pyramids very nostalgic. Good breakfast. Ms.Rania, Guest relations offered the best tour to Alexandria. Had some sewerage smell issues which was finally resolved by Adam, the owner. Overall highly recommend all to stay here & be treated like family! Everything is within walking distance. Beds are comfy & clean.

Such a great experience. Firstly, check-in is open 24 hours which is a blessing as I arrived to the hotel around 1:30AM after a very long and demanding travel period, reception couldn't have been any nicer. From day one the staff made every attempt to guarantee my stay was a pleasurable experience. Breakfast is delicious and varied with traditional Egyptian vegetarian options and pastries, coffee, etc., and is served till 11AM. I was able to do the Pyramids before the heat arrived and still made it and requested an omelette. Getting to the GEM from the hotel is a breeze and the on-site taxi service is a simple request. I used this option on a few occasions. The bar and restaurant offer drinks and food into the evening and I also used this option, the mixed grille was delicious and what a view! Room nice and cold, comfy bed, hot shower and clean. Nothing to complain about. I additional enjoyed the cultural experience given the location of the hotel. Highly recommended. Sad I had to leave.

Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen !!! Da wir selbst einen arabischen Migrationshintergrund haben waren wir über den Zustand des Hotels erschrocken und entsetzt !!! Die Zimmer sind dreckig und haben gestunken , gereinigt wird erst beim Check-Out. Das Essen ist eine Zumutung, wird in dreckigen Buffet serviert, Wasser wird durch Leitungswasser eingespart, das Trinken von sauberen Wasser gibt es nicht. Das Essen kann man keinen Gästen servieren, allein beim Anblick ist mir schlecht geworden. Heranwachsenden Kinder die den Personalservice bilden. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Horror! Es stinkt nach Kamelen und Pferden, weil diese direkt vor dem Hotel verpflegt werden! Überall wird der Kot von den Tieren auf der Straße abgesetzt. Nicht mal der Eingang des „Hotels“ wird gepflegt. Direkt wenn man das Hotel verlässt wird man von gierigen Guides angesprochen, Sie kleben förmlich an einem und die Preise die Sie anbieten sind reinste Abzocke!! Uns wurde ein „Geschenk“ vom Manager der Hotels ermöglicht. Kostenfreie Fahrt durch Cairo - am Ende waren wir nur Meter vom Hotel entfernt und wurden in Giza einfach nur in Läden geführt , in denen korrupte Verkäufer uns Ihre Ware verkaufen wollten. Hinterlistige Vereinbarungen um die Touristen finanziell auszunehmen -Sogar das betteln ist hier direkt und sehr aufdringlich, so aufdringlich dass Sie dir hinterherlaufen. Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht mal einem Hostel! Sollte abgerissen werden! Verdient keinen einzigen Stern!

Upon checking in I was informed my suite wasn’t ready because of electrical problems and that it would be ready the following day. This should’ve been my que to leave but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The room we were given had a dirty shower stall. The shower also overflowed because the water would go down the drain slowly. We had to place several towels on the floor to catch the water. The towel rack came off the hinges by just removing a towel from the rack. I asked for an iron and I was told they didn't have iron but could have it sent to get ironed outside the hotel. The following day I was told I would not be getting the room I booked which was the pyramids view room and was the ONLY reason I came to this hotel. I wasn’t offered any compensation until hours later. When I returned from my tour I found my room was not cleaned and it was nearly 9pm. We also had to request clean towels and were given the towels meant to be placed on the floor when exiting the shower. Also the outside of the hotel has several camels and horse carriages and as soon as you step outside of the hotel you’re greeted by the strong smell of manure. The manager tried to “offer” me tours but I already had all of ny tours booked including transportation. He then offered to give me a refund for the difference in the rooms and got an attitude when I told him I would contact hotels.com to ask for a refund because he was trying to charge me extra fees.

There were roaches in the room. We were pushed to utilizes their tour services. Hotel staff would ask us where we are going, where we came from, and berate other tour companies. Flies swarming the breakfast buffet.

The property was nothing like the photos advertised on Expedia. The bath towel was horrible, I did not touch it for my entire stay. The bathroom was unclean, the shower was dirty, there was no body wash nor soap made available for a bath. The hot water would run out before 8am. The bed sheets were visibly brown. The breakfast was oily. The walls in one of the rooms was swelling and peeling. I booked tours with the hotel and it was better if I hadn't. I still had to pay for my own tickets at the sites and in one tour I was not even provided a tour guide!! I had to figure everything out myself since the taxi driver spoke limited English!! On one tour the vehicle cut out and refused to start again and the driver had no phone! If I didn't have a phone with a local sim for him to call someone we'd be stuck in the middle of nowhere, just me and him. Aside from paying for tours and still having to pay your own money, for everything a tip was asked. If you asked someone for directions to somewhere, they expected a tip. If you asked someone what time it was, they wanted a tip. I was even forced to pay a tip to the rider whose vehicle cut out! The hotel owner tried to coerce me into giving his hotel a good review by offering free gifts. One night there was a loud noise, it was police trying to apprehend someone and there was an exchange of fire! Book at your own risk guys!

-Hotel had too much repairs being done -TV was not working -Room phone was not working -White powder on hotel walls would come off on your clothes or skin if you brushed against them -walls had cracks -towels were brown -pillow case and pillows are worn -sheets are brown/black -Horses and camel smells right at the front door

Located in a slum this place should be removed from Expedia. My bed had a wet towel on it, everything was filthy and the pillow had hairs on it.

Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin avec nos 2 enfants après un long voyage de 10h en avion. A notre arrivée sur les 2 chambres de luxe que nous avions réservé, 'nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 1 seule chambre très sale, puant les égouts. Nous avons dû dormir à 3 dans un lit et mon aîné dans l'autre. La salle du petit déjeuner était sale, nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas déjeuner. N'ayant pas d'autre solution, nous avons pris un autre hôtel pour la seconde nuit des 2 chambres que nous avions déjà payé. Je vous déconseille cet hôtel qui n'a vraiment rien à voir avec les photos.

No hay mucho que esperar de los hoteles de la zona, son de baja calidad y la gente aunque es amable tiene dificultades para entender si quiera el idioma inglés. Este hotel se destaca por su rooftop y sus vistas espectaculares y también por estar muy cerquita de la entrada de la Esfinge (que es el mejor punto para recorrer la zona de las Pirámides). Nuestra habitación estaba llena de polvo y sucia, pero creo que en general no se especializan en dar un buen servicio de mantenimiento en general (las mesas del roof top quedaban sucias toda la noche y día con las sobras y trastos sucios de los días anteriores). Y la zona es desastrosa y muy fea para andar. Solo nos quedamos 2 noches para estar cerca de las pirámides y tener las vistas espectaculares. Pero definitivamente no recomendaría quedarse más allá de eso.

The property had a broken balcony door which would not close. Furniture was dirty and stained. Cockroaches in the room. Staff would none stop harrass you trying to get a tip. Breakfast was covered in flys and bugs. Smelled like a stable due to all the horses and camels right outside the hotel.

My wife and I were very impressed by the friendliness and kindness of the employees and management at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept. The food from the hotel kitchen was extremely good, large portions, delicious and a very reasonable cost. The rooftop dining area is incredible with a perfect view of the pyramids, it’s a very nice place to sit and relax. I recommend booking any excursions through the hotel to avoid any hassles. My wife and I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Ac wasnt working in the pyramid view room with the jaccuzi. So they changed me to a room without any view and didnt even refund the difference eventhough it was a cheaper room on expedia. Locals outside are very very annoying. Better book your activities and excusions in advance with a local guide to avoid walking in the streets and sidewalks with locals

Lovely view of the pyramids from the premium room. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a hot tub in our room although the water pressure is so low that it would take forever to fill up the bath even to a third of the level. A decent place to stay for a night while in Cairo although the surrounding area and hotel entrance road is not ideal.

The staff and service was phenomenal, professional and polite. We booked 2 nights in the “luxury” suite with pyramids view, however the bed sheets were stained and ripped. The shower door was broke and did not close properly. Coffee and tea packs seemed to have been there for years. Jacuzzi buttons were broken. Outside furniture was not dirty, but filthy. For $200 a night, I feel the luxury suite could have been cleaner and included more amenities. However the views were breathtaking. Overall 3/5.

For the price and location this hotel can’t be beaten Some staff were an absolute delight. Some were so so Overall they tried hard, and I had a room with a bed, bathroom and amazing view of the Giza plateau A few renovations are needed but if price and location matter this is a good solid cheap option

The hotel has a fantastic view of the pyramids from the rooftop. We booked a deluxe triple room with a pyramid view, but the room was facing the street opposite the pyramids. Only the rooftop suites have a direct pyramid view. Our beds had no flat sheets under the blankets. The bathroom had a really nice shower but only one towel (3 guests in our room). There was no housekeeping service during our 3-night stay. We were OK making our own beds, but it would have been helpful to have at least the bathroom trash can emptied and the towels replenished. When we checked out, we were asked to tip the housekeeping staff. The street facing out is noisy, with camels, horses and constant activity. Breakfast was OK but the tables were not clean and the food did not look fresh. The staff was very nice and helpful. We booked tours and car rides with a guide through the hotel. We enjoyed the excursions but instead of stopping at the papyrus shop and cotton shop (where the guides get commissions) we would have preferred spending more time on the real sights. We paid top dollar for the excursions and rides and did not try to bargain anything on our end, but we were constantly asked for tips by the organizer, the guides and the drivers. They would count the tip amount each time and state it was not enough. We were also charged by the organizer for an extra camel picture in front of the hotel. It was disheartening to constantly feel the pressure of being treated like walking wallets.

Staff is amazing!!! Breakfast is amazing! Room is clean but « pyramids view » in room title is misleading. There is a tiny window with a screen from which you barely see anything. Also the area is very unsafe.

The luxe room with a tub was disappointing. The tub was dirty, did not work properly, and it took about 2.5 hours for the water to fill. The water also had a yellowish color, which was concerning. While the cleaning staff were nice and friendly, the tour guide was extremely aggressive, repeatedly pressuring me to purchase a tour package even after I declined multiple times. Additionally, I never received the airport pickup that I qualified for—no one was outside with my name upon arrival. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend booking here unless you only want to stay one night for photos.

I wanted to give rating in minus but unfortunately I don’t have any option to give rating in minus. I was solo female traveler. When I booked, owner of the hotel contacted me and offered me a free ride from airport to hotel, so I accepted but when I reached to airport the driver came 2 hours late, then we reached hotel the driver asked for the Tip , so I gave him 50 Egyptian pounds. But he said it’s nothing against his service so he charged me 1000 Egyptian pounds. Then I reached hotel , without any hello or any apologies, owner of the hotel asked me to book a Cairo tour with him, when I said that I am here only for rest and I want to enjoy my holidays by myself , he said no, and started to scream on me and I wanted to cancel it but the cancellation period already finish and I didn’t have any other choice. And had to book tour with him which is charged me $60 (in Egypt every other shop charge you in USA dollars only) and also there rate are hire then others. There rate 1$ is 40 Egypt dollar but official rate was $1 = 48 Egypt dollar. Then next day I went for breakfast,, there was not much options and same options I had for next 6 days, and I am vegetarian so I couldn't eat anything. then third day I went for tour , they charged me for tour guide and lunch but they didn’t give me lunch or tour guide. And they asked for another $60. And I said no, and then I complained to owner he offered me 1 plate pasta against $60. The hotel is mess I want to share pic but no options here.

Pros- The room was very clean. Brilliant view. Dinner was good. Theyre helpful. Cons- The balcony is shared so anyone can sit there or pass by your window. So you dont have your own balcony. The wifi was awful. The shower clogged or barely produced any water. The tap sometimes did not produce any water. The customer service was good overall. Breakfast was mediocre, remains of the previous nights dinner. They dont clean the room. They overcharge (taxi, tours) Overall, i wouldnt stay here again.

Do yourself a favour and do not book with this hotel the only thing good about it was the view other than that they will get you in a tourist trap that will cost you thousands of dollars very little experience for the money that you will pay worst travel trip I have ever had in my entire life outside of the staff Wife who is a travel agent. I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. After four confirmations for my midnight airport pickup, no one showed. I waited over an hour, called three times, no answer, and finally had to deal with aggressive drivers before arriving at 2 a.m. The staff insisted they were there and blamed me, even when I showed them my call log. The rooftop, however, is stunning. Watching the pyramids at sunset is unforgettable, and for 1–2 nights this place is worth it. But beyond that, the area feels unsafe and uncomfortable—constant harassment, animal waste everywhere, and far from most Cairo attractions. Staying four nights was a mistake. Do not book excursions through the hotel. Both pyramid tours involved guides begging for tips more than guiding. The Nile cruise was booked for the wrong night, wasting my evening, and when rebooked it was a filthy, smoky boat nothing like the “5-star” one promised. The ATV “sunset photography tour” stuck a child on the front of my ATV, drove through trash-filled alleys, and then told me I couldn’t use my camera. Worst of all, the owner later tried to attempted pressure me into leaving a 5-star review (which he sometimes writes himself on guests’ phones some of the 1-2 star reviews warn). Pros: rooftop pyramid views, great for 1–2 nights. The kid working the morning that sweeps was super nice so was the chefs Cons: missed airport pickup, unsafe area, far from attractions, misleading and poorly run tours, pressured for fake reviews.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked through Expedia, confirmed my stay, and told them I’d arrive a day late they said it was fine. When I landed at 10 a.m., no one showed to pick me up like they promised. I called, texted, no response. Stranded in a foreign country with no help. Paid for my own overpriced cab. Got to the hotel, and they tell me my room’s not ready, then immediately try to push a $1,400 tour package. They offered a “free” pyramid trip to sweeten the deal then tried to charge me $150 for it after. Still no room. Instead, they moved me to a sketchy alleyway “sister hotel” with no pyramid view, barking dogs, cats fighting all night, no toilet paper, no amenities, and no peace. The free breakfast? Couldn’t even eat it. The view I paid for? Gone. The return trip to the airport they promised? They didn’t even help me get to the better hotel I had to book myself for over $1,000 just to feel safe and comfortable. You’d think after ruining my experience they’d at least give me a ride nope, they charged me for that too. Expedia didn’t refund me, and this hotel did nothing but lie, scam, and leave me hanging. You don’t get to mistreat people and expect nothing in return. What comes around goes around and here’s your review. Hope it stops others from booking this mess.

This property looks better on Expedia then it actually is. Location is amazing with fantastic rooftop views of the Great Pyramids of Giza. Owner is very pushy to sell day trips that cost more than they should. The area is unsafe for walking without a guide but the guide service is good. It was good to experience “Authentic Egypt” but I would recommend getting a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood in Cairo and taking a bus tour to the pyramids.

I really enjoyed my stay, I was treated exceptional and having airport transportation both ways was a major plus as I arrived at 3AM and departed at 2AM and this was included in my hotel reservation at no additional cost. The area was safe and the staff made me feel like family. Ashraf, the front desk night manager, offered me food and refreshments upon my arrival, very attentive. Mahmoud was prompt and anticipated my needs when it came time to relax on the rooftop, with that amazing view of the pyramids. George was the hotel driver who went above and beyond helping me get a sim card for my cellphone. The chefs there spoiled me and made very delicious traditional dishes that are vegan friendly, fillled with flavor. They really take pride in thier food. The owner, Adam was onsite and a very kind man. I am a solo traveler that really appreciated the personal attention. larger hotels don't feel as welcoming. I will definitely return here, I feel like I made genuine connections. Five stars all the way!

We were absolutely exhausted and just wanted to go to our room but he kept pushing trying to get a time for the car tour. He wouldn't give us keys to the room without telling him what time he could call us for the trip we didn't want. After moving the next day to the pyramid view room that we had paid for (there are only 3 rooms) we spoke with other guests in the pyramid view rooms. They had the same experience with their room not being ready. They said that guests were in our room the previous evening. They are double booking and this is not acceptable. The AC didn't work well. Room was extremely hot. No compensation offered and when we explained at check out that we were not happy since we paid for the view room. They then continued to book us transportation to the airport at 3 times the price stating that tip was already included. The Driver demanded extra to give us our suitcases even though we paid hotel . The smell of horses and livestock is nauseating, flies are a huge problem, dishes are not clean and breakfast buffet is not heated to safe temperatures. The good part, great view, nice bar staff and housekeeping.

The included airport transport is only for pick up. Not back to the airport. The rooms were quiet. A/c and hot water worked. But wifi never worked. The breakfast was not good and not worth a selling feature. The location is good because it’s a 5 min walk to the Giza pyramids. But the outside of the hotel looks and smells like a barn with camels, goats and horses running around. Watch where you step!

The staff were nice, always accommodating any requests and offer assistance. The view of the pyramids from the hotel is excellent. While the exterior area may not be as impressive—given the presence of various animals like camels, horses, and donkeys—this is beyond the hotel's control. However, the hotel's unbeatable proximity to the pyramids makes it an ideal location.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. After four confirmations for my midnight airport pickup, no one showed. I waited over an hour, called three times, no answer, and finally had to deal with aggressive drivers before arriving at 2 a.m. The staff insisted they were there and blamed me, even when I showed them my call log. The rooftop, however, is stunning. Watching the pyramids at sunset is unforgettable, and for 1–2 nights this place is worth it. But beyond that, the area feels unsafe and uncomfortable—constant harassment, animal waste everywhere, and far from most Cairo attractions. Staying four nights was a mistake. Do not book excursions through the hotel. Both pyramid tours involved guides begging for tips more than guiding. The Nile cruise was booked for the wrong night, wasting my evening, and when rebooked it was a filthy, smoky boat nothing like the “5-star” one promised. The ATV “sunset photography tour” stuck a child on the front of my ATV, drove through trash-filled alleys, and then told me I couldn’t use my camera. Worst of all, the owner later tried to attempted pressure me into leaving a 5-star review (which he sometimes writes himself on guests’ phones some of the 1-2 star reviews warn). Pros: rooftop pyramid views, great for 1–2 nights. The kid working the morning that sweeps was super nice so was the chefs Cons: missed airport pickup, unsafe area, far from attractions, misleading and poorly run tours, pressured for fake reviews.

This property looks better on Expedia then it actually is. Location is amazing with fantastic rooftop views of the Great Pyramids of Giza. Owner is very pushy to sell day trips that cost more than they should. The area is unsafe for walking without a guide but the guide service is good. It was good to experience “Authentic Egypt” but I would recommend getting a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood in Cairo and taking a bus tour to the pyramids.

At first, when you arrive at the hotel, it might feel a little unsettling — you may think it’s not very safe. But after spending a day there, you realize that everything is actually fine, safe, and just takes a bit of getting used to. This hotel is located in Giza, right near the pyramids, and in my opinion, it’s probably the best option in this area. There really aren’t many other good choices nearby. The way people live in the area might seem different, but the hotel staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The view of the pyramids from the balcony and rooftop is exactly like the photos — it’s stunning. The breakfast was also good and satisfying. Overall, this is a very good hotel choice if you’re planning to stay in Giza and want to enjoy a close-up view of the pyramids.

Has good view of the pyramid from rooftop. This is area among the community of people who operate camels and horse rids, so you a community that depends on this for livelihood.

This hotel have a great rooftop view, that was really nice but as other reviews mentioned before it is not the cleanest , rooms are not updated I didn’t have even soap in the bathroom and you can tell they didn’t clean it. Also for future bookings they have to honest and mention that their facilities are right in front of the stables and it’s very noisy, and very busy everything is walking distance but full of animal excrement on streets around the hotel, we were aware of giza streets not being the best and definitely not the best place to stay with little kids.

The staff was really nice. The room of hotel was nice but idk not worth the price tho. The breakfast was disgusting (rewrapped old cold food) and the utensils were dirty.

There were roaches in the room. We were pushed to utilizes their tour services. Hotel staff would ask us where we are going, where we came from, and berate other tour companies. Flies swarming the breakfast buffet.

Our stay at Best View Pyramids Hotel was amazing! Our complimentary pickup from the airport from our driver Youssef started with him waiting for us, being so kind and stopping to get us water, show us sites and made us feel comfortable. Deluxe king suite with pyramids room was beautiful and clean with the most amazing view of pyramids and sphinx. Traveling with just my best friend and I, as females, they made us feel like we were at home with family and extremely safe. We booked all of our tours directly through the hotel staff which was cheaper than other sites. Everyone was so nice and spoke great English and made us feel like we were at home. We definitely recommend staying here and will come back in the future!

A very clean, reasonably priced, comfortable hotel, probably one of the best in Giza, with a fantastic rooftop view of the pyramids. Good variety of breakfast goods combining continental and Egyptian options such as foul medames, flatbreads and salad. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, spacious, had effective aircon and the bed was firm and comfortable. I never used the jacuzzi. Perfect for a few days stay. But the standout for me was the rooftop restaurant from where you can breakfast and dine with a stunning view of the pyramids, including the evening sound-and-light show. The hotel also gives a free lift from the airport.

Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin avec nos 2 enfants après un long voyage de 10h en avion. A notre arrivée sur les 2 chambres de luxe que nous avions réservé, 'nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 1 seule chambre très sale, puant les égouts. Nous avons dû dormir à 3 dans un lit et mon aîné dans l'autre. La salle du petit déjeuner était sale, nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas déjeuner. N'ayant pas d'autre solution, nous avons pris un autre hôtel pour la seconde nuit des 2 chambres que nous avions déjà payé. Je vous déconseille cet hôtel qui n'a vraiment rien à voir avec les photos.

Firstly dont even think of booking a tour from them. Just a team of Con artists. The rooms were drab but cleanish. The breakfast was a joke. And the rest of the food was was worse. Every thing had tobe bought in aftre ordering and then cooked an average wait of around 1 and half hours. We orders burger and chips twice and when it came it was 1 half cooked burger and a bag of crisps and ask us to share it.

Such a great experience. Firstly, check-in is open 24 hours which is a blessing as I arrived to the hotel around 1:30AM after a very long and demanding travel period, reception couldn't have been any nicer. From day one the staff made every attempt to guarantee my stay was a pleasurable experience. Breakfast is delicious and varied with traditional Egyptian vegetarian options and pastries, coffee, etc., and is served till 11AM. I was able to do the Pyramids before the heat arrived and still made it and requested an omelette. Getting to the GEM from the hotel is a breeze and the on-site taxi service is a simple request. I used this option on a few occasions. The bar and restaurant offer drinks and food into the evening and I also used this option, the mixed grille was delicious and what a view! Room nice and cold, comfy bed, hot shower and clean. Nothing to complain about. I additional enjoyed the cultural experience given the location of the hotel. Highly recommended. Sad I had to leave.
