Like the location. It was quiet and convenient to get to. Also liked smaller size of this hotel. Had great breakfast options, dog friendly. Only negative was hallways were hot.

Nice pool. Clean rooms, hallways, lobby, pool area. Breakfast was good. They kept the food stocked even when it was really busy. Shower pressure was good. The elevator was out of order due to storm that had come thru. This was out of their control. No big deal to us. Bathroom fan did not work but I have found that is not uncommon anywhere I have stayed.

The hotel and room was very clean! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast has the typical menu items to choose from just need to add water. The only issue would be parking the lot is very small and gets full quick on the weekend. Otherwise great place to stay!

Great stay, near places to eat, whether fast food, bar and grille, or steakhouse. All are within a few minute drive. Clerk was friendly and kind. Nice pool with warm water. Disappointing work out room only has 2 machines (stationary bike and elliptical) and no hot tube. Over all great stay.

Things I liked: - online check in!- this was fantastic- I checked in while we were still traveling and when we arrived I just gave my name and was handed the key- so fast! - parking was easy - room had hard surface floors - things appeared clean Things that were just fine, but not great - business center printer didn’t work. I know that is not important to the majority of people, but we found out we needed to print something and the printer didn’t work- I think it was out of ink - front desk just said they didn’t know anything about it and it was too late to go to a printing place to get it printed. - could hear the tv in the next room right behind our headboards. If you don’t like thin walls, may be something to consider - elevator was not responding when we checked in so had to carry our bags to the 3rd floor. Again it was fine, we pack light, but annoying. It was working later in the night - tv would not connect to the satellite- I didn’t go to ask the front desk though because we were only there 1 night and just scrolled our phones instead.

Staff was polite and easy to work with. My room on the other hand was dirty. The tv stand and tv were dusty the floors had not been swept or washed. There was still chocolate on the floor everywhere from the previous guests. My bedding was a little dirty and had hair on it. My kids had a great time in the pool.

Great stay, The room and hotel was very clean and the beakfast was hot and plenty to choose from. The staff was remarkable and friendly. Honestly we have stayed in Best Western, Holiday Inn, Faifield, and various other chain hotels. This location has it going on and all other chains and locations need to take notice and improve.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were updated. The parking lot was safe and clean. I did not eat breakfast it did smell good on my way out. I was traveling with my 100+ lb dog . The hotel is pet friendly with a $25 dollar deposit. Overall nice stay.

The front desk lady was very nice! The commons area was hot and humid, there were piles of trash overflowing in the garbage and all over the floor on the floor we were on. It never was picked up through our stay.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, lots of options. The location is very central with restaurants and shops within walking distance. If ever passing through Lincoln again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Both the hotel and the room had a slight funk-smell. Breakfast lacking. Only egg choice was the faux-omelet. Mine was under-cooked, runny. On the plus side, there is a waffle maker. One can of whipped cream was outta whip and cream. Area around the hotel appears to ne newly developed with a few choices (I had arrived ariund 10pm and hadn’t noticed them until departing the following morning).

The pool was very nice, the breakfast was well stocked (2 waffle makers), the bed was comfy (4 pillows), I liked it! The simple furniture and plank flooring give the room a clean vibe. The laundry machines worked well and the laundry room was good with a table/shelf for folding. The only thing I did not like was that the Internet was really tricky. One has to login with Wyndham rewards to get basic Internet or pay a fee for faster Internet. For some reason, I could never get the connection to last more than 30 to 60 seconds on the basic internet, despite updating my passwords, etc. finally I gave up and used my cell phone since it had a strong 5g signal. The front desk was helpful but the connection kept failing when I went back to my room. I hope they review the internet setup up and make it truly simple to use so I can recommend staying here.

All was wonderful- we received a request to change our room for a free upgrade, which was great on our last night of a two week trip! Our only suggestion would be to use soft/ yellow lights. The bright, stark ones are not becoming or restful.

Appeared to be recently renovated. Clean room, easy check in, and friendly staff. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment about that. We had a delux king room with a jacuzzi tub. Jets could stand to be cleaned better between guests. The room was large and had a couch and recliner but appeared a little sterile-looking with no wall hangings and insufficient lighting for the space. The beds are more firm than I prefer but that’s subjective. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for the price. No frills, basic motel but safe area with easy parking.

The hotel was clean and neat. The bed was not particularly comfortable. My wife and I like to read in bed before sleeping but there was only one bedside lamp and table. No way for us to both read unless we wanted to sleep in separate beds. The lighting in the room as a whole was very dark. The decor was OK but not at all warm. The overall impression was that they had put this place together as inexpensively as possible, but the room rate was not especially cheap. I'll look for a different place to stay next time.

Our first Americinn stay and we were pleasantly surprised. Of this class hotel which we always choose, exceptional. Staff was friendly, nice and helpful to a tee. We needed accessable bath or shower and it was just as pictured for the room. And breakfast was great, the only place we have found that provided gluten free foods which my wife needed! We could enjoy breakfast together!

The staff changed towels, etc whenever we asked as we stayed for a week but didn't need room cleaning. The woman setting up the kitchen daily was excellent beyond normal taking our dishes from us when done and putting them in the garbage.

Bed was super firm but comfortable. Shower was tough to get some actual hot water without it being scalding and the bottle of body wash was completely empty. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel breakfast but the eggs had a really weird texture.
