The staff was more than helpful when we came to then with our problem of no longer having a room from another hotel down the street. It was so clean and the property was so peaceful. The pool was unfortunately down while we were there, but they did what they could do get it goin. Great place and service l. Way better than the "competitors" down the road

Staff were friendly and nice. Bed was comfortable enough. I was at a convention and my friends running it told me that the hotel did not fulfill several important parts of the contract. Some meeting rooms and hotel rooms were not provided, so the convention did not enough room for everything that was planned. Just days before the convention, some guests had their hotel rooms canceled and money refunded because there weren’t enough rooms. Additionally, one elevator broke down for half a day, but they got it fixed the same day. The included breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, grits and biscuits. But everything kept running out throughout the breakfast period. No fruit, no cereal, no yogurt, danish or muffins.

The inside seems nicer than the outside. We made our choice based on the pool and even though we asked at check in if it was open, it was locked when we arrived moments later. The following day the pool opened 1 hr before checkout which was inconvenient. We were not able to swim at all. Rooms were a bit inconvenient to walk to from the elevators.

My stay was very disappointing. The room smelled musty as soon as I walked in. The mattress had a large stain that looked like blood, which was extremely concerning. I reported this to the front desk and was told a cleaning crew would come, but no one ever showed up. They also didn’t offer to switch me to another room. For the price I paid, I expected a clean and safe place to sleep. This experience was unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel.

There were bugs crawling up the wall and the bed linen was very dirty and had a bad smell. Had to use my own comforter that I brought and the sheets had yellow stains that look like urine stains which was very gross

My 1st room 427 had crickets inside somewhere hiding and chirping loudly, so i asked to change rooms. My 2nd room M303 had ants on the night stand everywhere. The ants would occasionally crawl onto the bed. I eventually i just got up and checked out early. Luckily for me i live down the street and had just got a room for the weekend to get away from visiting inlaws. Unfortunately to sleep comfortably i had to deal with the inlaws.

The room didn’t match the pictures on the website. The tube had a ring around it and the sheets had spots, which make me thing they weren’t changed from the previous guest. The housekeeping took the towels for a 4 person room, and they only replaced them with one set of towels.

The place was nice and clean. Staff were nice at checkin. Only sort of con was that it was SO big and it took me Forever to get to my room from the parking lot. Def not for someone who may have issues walking or breathing.

I loved the setup of the hotel. It was wonderful. Beautiful even. Reminded me of something from the past. My dislikes about the hotel, their wifi. Having a block on it so you couldn't game or watch movies on it. Couldn't even access my company's website because it was so horrible. They need to remove the blocks on the wifi, and have better wifi service or more routers for better signal.

This place is average. No coffee early in the morning. Restaurant opens at 7. Balconies are strangely small. Only one chair in the room. Clean enough and various aspects have been renovated but not everything. It’s well priced. It’s out in the boonies so the area around the hotel is quite safe.

The man who worked the front desk last night took multiple payments and mutiple deposits from our card. He claimed it had been declined however it had not. We had to have another gentleman look at it this morning. Thank god for him because if he wouldnt of looked at the transactions we would of been out of $300 for a one night stay! Please everyone look at your accounts before you even your room at check in time. Also there is no microwaves in the rooms we have stayed in. That is a big inconvenience!!

Floors in the room hallway were super slippery like they used pledge on the hard floor. outside cones denoted tripping hazards. No guides or anything inside rooms. It was quiet which was good. Room was clean and in good older condition

We stayed in this hotel twice. The first stay our A/C was broken and they wasted TWO HOURS of our time “waiting” to see if the A/C would work, it never did and we were eventually moved to another room, but only after having a significant amount of our evening wasted. We finally make it to the pool just before nine that evening and are met with locked doors. These incompetent people had locked the doors to/from the pool. The people in the pool area were essentially LOCKED in and the PAYING guests like myself and family, were LOCKED OUT. We opted to give it another try…WORST MISTAKE EVER. Our second stay was nothing short of nightmarish. Upon arriving for check in I am met with one of the RUDEST front desk clerks I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She talked to me like I was incompetent, and at one point even CRITICIZED my parenting as I WALKED AWAY. They wanted to charge me a $100 deposit, which I was NOT CHARGED during my first visit, so I thought it was strange and asked to see the room first, which is initially what I believe made her angry. The whole floor smelled like marijuana!!! So did other floors. Yet I was being continuously and repeatedly threatened with fines for smoking…as a non smoker!! Things escalated after that and I waited in my car for three hours for my SO to arrive and check us in (they refused to give me a refund) for ONE OF THE DIRTIEST rooms I have ever stayed in! Talk about NASTY!!! I took pictures of it ALL.

Jermy at the front desk was the most professional and concerning worker I ver seen in my life!! He always asked me was I ok with my stay, did I need anything to please just let him know, & gave me information for bar and drink menus…Very nice service and nice hotel!! Very nice quiet and comfortable stay. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Check in/out was a breeze. The free breakfast was a plus and exceeded my expectations. Room service was on the ball! The negative to report is we would've loved to have two chairs instead of one because of my wife and I's handicap we relax better in a comfortable chair than lying in bed.

The costumer service was terrible especially the lady call Hiana at the front desk. I might not get her name right but she was terribly rude and unprofessional. She and her co workers made laughers of me and my wife which saddened me. This is the most terrible and horrible costumers service experience ever in my life. Can recommend such place to my worse enemy.

This is such a hidden gem. The bed was 10x more comfortable than the Hampton Inn I stayed at a couple days prior. I was beyond happy & content. The breakfast was phenomenal. Love this place and won’t stay anywhere else when in that area!!

There’s a reason it’s $100 a night. The room smelled musky. The furniture in the room was old and dated plus not in good shape. The breakfast on Sunday morning was limited. As they must’ve ran out of items before the weekend was up. There was no milk, no jelly or butter. There was no creamer for the coffee. The food was hot, but when they ran out of items, it took an extremely long time to have it replaced

We had a 1st floor room at the back of the hotel. The sliding glass doors were filthy and the tracks were so caked with dirt they would barely slide. Outside there were empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhereabd all dirt. The sink drain was not working. The pillows were worn out and uncomfortable. The breakfast sausage looked and tasted like it has been recooked from the day before and the bread was stale.
