The hotel is in a nice location and the room was quite quiet other than the squeaking bathroom door. The hair dryer was faulty and getting way too hot. You couldn’t open the toilet seat due to poor counter design. We got stuck in the elevator our first morning and no one seemed to care. There was a half full coffee cup on the stairs we took for the remainder of our stay for at least three days and the breakfast, when there was some available wasn’t too bad but the coffee had grounds in the cups.

Breakfast isn't great. Today they offered pastries and pancakes, no protein at all. Yesterday they had scrambled eggs but they were pretty salty. Parking garage has a lot if posts, many spaces are awkward to maneuver into or out of. Elevator is old and a bit scary. But room itself was fine, no complaints!

Avoir un parking, même payant à l’hôtel à Montréal, c’est très pratique et sécurisant… Nous n’avions pas eu à décharger nos valises pour une nuit étape !
