This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Very dirty carpet, stinky toilet, basin sucks, and dirty towels. The buffet breakfast is totally chaos. Coffee machine not working, dirty coffee cup, and all the tables in a mess…. etc. Food selection is very limited. The hotel location is good.

The Hotel and rooms looked great, were clean and generally very spacious. The kitchen staff, the porter and especially the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the tram station and an endless amount of varied shops and restaurants.

I can't believe I never booked this hotel all the other times I have traveled to Casablanca! Wonderful bar/restaurant, friendly and professional staff, dedicated parking space, clean and comfortably rooms. Located at the heart of the city and yet no insane noises nor traffic, I loved it!

Though the hotel was good enough to let me check in early, I also had to note that I had written them twice by email to ask about their hotel transfer service from the airport. I showed the guy at the desk and he had no answer. Service is hotel restaurant was very slow and they were out of a lot of (most?) items. Breakfast was plentiful but not very good.

For some reason, our breakfast was not included and Haffsa the IT manager very kindly offered 1 breakfast as gesture of goodwill. She was very polite and professional. Also housekeeping was excellent especially the lady Bauchra was particular about the cleanliness and kept the room spotless. Highly recommended. Will go there again

The receptionist got my last name confused with a similar one but was quick to fix the issue. The hotel porter also helped me get a special charger since they have different outlets. The only bad things that I found in my room was a weird white powder in the folder under the tv and ants that suddenly appeared after I finished taking a shower. Overall, I had a pleasant sleep and a delicious breakfast.

Je viens dans cet hôtel depuis plus de 20 ans. Il se dégrade de plus en plus. Literie OK climatisation aussi. Par contre la salle de bain est de plus en plus dégradée. Hair all over bed linens. Also all over bathroom, walls. Dirty and old and grimy. Asked for a change of bedsheets, new ones were the same. The immediate area is not welcoming and the balcony is not clean or usable. Ended up leaving after checkin to stay at a different hotel. Don’t recommend at all.

The staff was excellent, the lobby is nice. I wasn’t so happy with the room though: 1) the kettle was broken (the staff changed it quickly, so that speaks pretty highly of the good service) 2) the balcony door was broken and couldn’t lock (safety threat when sleeping). 3) wifi extremely weak 4) cups not super clean, one in a small storage next to the fridge wasn’t cleaned.

Room was spacious but several problems. Sink plug did not work, pillows were like rocks, neither wifi did not work in our room 602, breakfast was not very good lots of choice but not great. View from our room was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful

It was the first day we arrived in Casablanca. We got a room and then I found that there was a broken mirror on the clothset so I notified the staff and requested for a new room. Apparently, we have to wait for an hour for a new room and we are very tired from the traveling from the airport and needed to use the bathroom.

Al entrar a la habitación había un nido de 20 moscas revoloteando por toda la habitación. Tuvimos que matar todas las moscas nosotros mismos. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Toallas deshilachadas y viejas. En el desayuno del hotel pedimos agua y el camarero nos sirvió agua de una botella de agua mineral. En cuanto probé el agua me di cuenta de que nos habían timado. Ese agua sabía salado, no era agua mineral.
