The apartment needs a lot of TLC. The walls were dirty and the couches were also dirty. I pray the bed was clean, at least it looked clean. Thankfully we were only there for about 8 hours as our flight departed at 5 am. Location is great and parking on the street was easy. Lots of great restaurants near by. But management needs to give it some TLC.

Be sure to check in 24 hours early as it is crowded and busy in the tiny lobby of the apartments. There are two elevators (one is very tiny but useful if the other is busy). The apartment is very close to the metro line which is great. We were stumped by the faucets! We thought there was no water as we could not turn them in. Embarrassingly, it was our mistake and the water worked fine. The nozzles always fall off, however, so we can’t be the first to have struggled with them!! The apartment is well-stocked, clean, and lovely. Great for a night or two with our family.

They did not leave any toilet paper and arriving to the apartment from the airport at midnight meant we had no opportunity to go out and buy some. The area was nice but the road on which the apartment was situated was a construction zone. The windows were so filthy that you could barely see out of them. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient.

I honestly completely a lot of this property, Since we get there smell really bad looks like they have a pet and they just cleaned a little bit before we stay . Honestly you can see on the walls , windows , sofa that they don’t clean very well . Even the dishes smell really bad . Last thing was the people there was very noisy looks like they have a party all night . Furniture was on bad condition. For a moment I really wanna cancelled and be in another place . Last thing was the extra blankets had blood which was very nasty I have to call and request another ones but they took like one day to bring me a clean ones , so the first night was really cold and uncomfortable. The only thing that I love it it was very walkable to small shop center with a market .

Don't go this place. As soon as you enter this place you will be regretted. Blanket has stains everywhere and some blood spots on the bed sheets. Finger prints are all over the appliances and inside of microwave was filthy. We booked for 3 nights but we had to move to another place early next morning.

Keine Steckdosen im Bad, Obergeschoss hatte keine Tür. Klimaanlagen waren alle kaputt, Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, einiges war Kaputt Ansonsten es war nicht Laut, Betten waren bequem, Größe und Ausstattung war für den Preis wirklich sehr gut. Weg zur Stadt war einfach jedoch relativ lang, Check in war einfach und unkompliziert. Und das man bis 12 Uhr auschecken kann war super angenehm.

Great location. About 130 meters away from subway station under a major mall wit lots of food selection nearby. Apartment was very clean. Had all the cooking facilities. In a quiet neighbourhood.

Apartamento ideal para casal com filhos, que durmam no sofá cama, onde o colchão de baixo é desconfortável. Tinham cabelos no lençol. Éramos em 4 pessoas e não deixaram coberta para 1 das camas, solicitamos, mais apenas no último dia que levaram. A fora esses problemas, o apto é bem equipado, confortável e bem localizado. Me hospedaria novamente.

I would not recommend this apartment for so many reasons. 1. There is major construction going on with streets torn up all around it and jack hammers starting at 6:00am but the listing doesn’t mention this at all. 2. The dryer does not work on the washer/dryer so we end d up having to travel with a suitcase full of wet clothes to our next destination. 3. The pictures were staged with decorative items and art on the walls but when you get there, none of those items are there. None of the colorful blankets shown on ends of beds, floor lamps, art of walls, etc. are there. They staged the apartment for the photos and removed it all, leaving it looking like a cheap college dorm. 4. The closet in the upstairs bedroom wreaks of urine, from rats or a pet (but hopefully no one locked a pet in a closet). The door won’t stay closed on it’s own but it smelled so awful that we had to stack our suitcase against it to keep it shut to try to keep the smell out of the bedroom. 4. The curtains and bedding are stained, toilet paper holders falling off of walls… everything is in need of maintenance. 5. We reached out to the apartment to let them know we weren’t comfortable to see if we could possibly be moved but they never responded. We called, emailed and sent message through Expedia and What’sApp. Expedia reached out to them to request a partial refund as compensation and they declined to give us anything based on their “no refund” policy.

It was a quiet and nice apartment. Plenty of room and storage. A bit far from the centre, but only takes 15 minutes by Uber/Bolt to get to the main attractions.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, all amenities. In the best neighborhood of Lisbon, truly a hidden gem. The only issue we had was the extremely complex and confusing check-in system they have in place.

They staged the apartment for the photos and removed it all, leaving it looking like a cheap college dorm. 4. The closet in the upstairs bedroom wreaks of urine, from rats or a pet (but hopefully no one locked a pet in a closet). The door won’t stay closed on it’s own but it smelled so awful that we had to stack our suitcase against it to keep it shut to try to keep the smell out of the bedroom. 4. The curtains and bedding are stained, toilet paper holders falling off of walls… everything is in need of maintenance. 5. We reached out to the apartment to let them know we weren’t comfortable to see if we could possibly be moved but they never responded. We called, emailed and sent message through Expedia and What’sApp. Expedia reached out to them to request a partial refund as compensation and they declined to give us anything based on their “no refund” policy.

They did not leave any toilet paper and arriving to the apartment from the airport at midnight meant we had no opportunity to go out and buy some. The area was nice but the road on which the apartment was situated was a construction zone. The windows were so filthy that you could barely see out of them. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient.

The apartment needs a lot of TLC. The walls were dirty and the couches were also dirty. I pray the bed was clean, at least it looked clean. Thankfully we were only there for about 8 hours as our flight departed at 5 am. Location is great and parking on the street was easy. Lots of great restaurants near by. But management needs to give it some TLC.

Be sure to check in 24 hours early as it is crowded and busy in the tiny lobby of the apartments. There are two elevators (one is very tiny but useful if the other is busy). The apartment is very close to the metro line which is great. We were stumped by the faucets! We thought there was no water as we could not turn them in. Embarrassingly, it was our mistake and the water worked fine. The nozzles always fall off, however, so we can’t be the first to have struggled with them!! The apartment is well-stocked, clean, and lovely. Great for a night or two with our family.

There is major construction going on with streets torn up all around it and jack hammers starting at 6:00am but the listing doesn’t mention this at all. 2. We only stayed 1 night due to flight layover so I really can't give a proper review . the apartments were very clean and well stocked. the only concern was the ceiling had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom..had to put down a pan to catch dripping water.
