Komfortabelt hotell midt i Saigon. Deilig & fredelig bassengområde på toppen av femte etasje. Takterrassen er vel verd et besøk. Ok mat og gode drinker. Hotellet har også en interessant historie fra Vietnamkrigen.

The only thing I love about the hotel was location- other than that, it was horrible. Very old, VIP benefits were not recognized, old pool with lots of pigeons, and outdated rooms. I love HCMC and will go back, but definitely I don't recommend this hotel

This property is not expected to be a 5 stars hotel. Everything are deteriorated, gym equipments are out of date and broken. I saw a big rat running around my room. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Excellent central location in Saigon, with many walkable sights nearby. Breakfast and bar were first rate. Gym was roomy and well-equipped, located adjacent to a nice pool. Helpful staff….no complaints!

Dåliga duschar, extremt hala golv i badrum, små badhanddukar, extremt dyr minibar 13 gånger gatupriser på ex vatten, små TV apparater, städning undermålig skräp ligger kvar på golv hela vistelsen. Poolen fungerade som ett fågelbad för duvor, ohälsosamt enligt min uppfattning. Personalen var service vänliga och trevliga.

Overall I loved my stay, loved the hotel even though it needs a touch up here and there. Hotel has history and character. I wouldn’t bother with the massages though as we were disappointed in ours. However, I do advise when there’s weddings there should be something set up for staying guests who also have paid to enjoy facilities. Weddings stopped guests from enjoying a drink at the rooftop bar in the evenings for a few nights and no alternative was set up for guests which is unacceptable. Quite a few guests were not pleased with this. You don’t forget your guests, just have an area you can send guests to as an alternative but you provided nothing. So we were forced to leave hotel, when some nights you just want to enjoy a meal and drink in hotel or a drink after going out back at the hotel. This is reason I could not give 5 stars. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again, staff were lovely, but please for future when there’s weddings remember you have guests too who have paid to enjoy their evening in the hotel. Just set up an alternative area that’s all. Look forward to returning in the future.

The rooftop pool was lovely and the free breakfast buffet was quite impressive and yummy.

Reading some of the negative comments made me wonder if those guests were even staying at the same hotel as I was. The Rex Hotel has been nothing short of exceptional—even before I arrived. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. I missed my flight and couldn’t make it for the first two nights of my prepaid stay. The front desk team, especially Ms. Loan, worked tirelessly with Expedia to ensure my mom (who arrived earlier) could check in safely with my cousin on my behalf. That alone speaks volumes. When I finally arrived, I was greeted by my first name, and the customer service was outstanding from the very start. I’m not sure why a guest complained about the staff not speaking English—I understood them perfectly. I switched to Vietnamese simply because I wanted to embrace the warmth of my native language. My room was spotless, and the service everywhere was genuinely impressive—from housekeeping to the entire kitchen team on the 5th floor during the breakfast buffet. I also saw a complaint about the hotel not having a nail or hair spa on site. Is it that big of a deal? This city is full of them—including one directly across the street. Next time, just ask. I loved it so much that I ended up extending my stay. In a city full of hotels, Rex should be number one on your list.

The room is clean and spacious and the staffs are very courteous.

The room was damp and had a bad smell. The TV didn’t have internet access. I booked 2 rooms for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child, 14 years old). The booking clearly stated that each room had 2 double beds, but when I arrived, the hotel charged me an extra $45 per night for the 14-year-old child.

On arrival, one of the bed sheets had what appeared to be bird faeces on it. Hotel staff immediately sent someone up to replace it but it should never have happened. Fortunately we took photos so there was no argument. Secondly we booked two rooms with 'city views', acknowledged in our booking confirmation from Expedia. Both rooms had windows looking straight out on to a blank wall. The manager did try to make amends by offering us new rooms but as we had arrived late in the evening, were leaving early the following day and had already partially unpacked, moving rooms would have been an even greater inconvenience. The manager did organise our transfer to the airport f.o.c but in reality this would have been less than $50 US. I would not recommend this hotel.

レックススイートを予約し宿泊したが、部屋の詳細内容と写真は、全く信用出来ない。とにかく全ての設備が古い。 詳細にシティービューの記載があるが、実際は中庭ビューで窓が信じられないくらい小さい。窓を空けると鳩が一杯で臭い。 バスタブも無くシャワールーム（写真ではバスタブあり）のみ。シャワールームからは、水漏れが多くトイレ廻りがびしょびしょになる。シャワーの水圧は、かなり弱い。 テラスも無い（写真ではテラスあり）。 テレビもベッドルームにあり、リビングからは一応見えるが、超見にくい。 掃除も行き届いていない。床の清掃は無く、シーツの交換もない。５泊したが、ただシーツを元に戻しただけ。 備え付けのコーヒーカップを使用したが、洗わずに元あった場所に交換したかの様に置かれていた。 アメニティーも日によって補充されたり、されなかったり。 ホテルのルーフバーに行ってみたが、披露宴へやっていて別のルーフバーがあると案内された。座ると何もビューが見えず、フェンス際に立つと外が見えるが、となりの壁しか見えない。 極めつけは部屋清掃の後、部屋が開けっ放しになっていた。マジ最悪。 全く、おすすめ出来ないホテル。 ただ、場所は良い。

Lobby is good but in the room”s curtain was so old and dirty. Shower head and bath tub are so weak and old. I’m not happy to paid for 5 stars hotel and experience for 2 to 3 stars one.

電気コンセントが少なく、長期滞在には不向き。また、シャワーが温水しか出なかった。排水も悪くバスルームが水浸しになる。チェックインの時、鍵をもらうのに１０分位、待たされた。朝食は種類は少ないが、美味しかった。

The location is great very central and within walking distance to most places.also has the metro station right there. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly.

Fint rum, trevlig personal. Mycket bra frukost. Mindre bar hög ljudnivå från innergård med musikunderhållning flera kvällar. Dålig ljudisolering mellan rummen.

The location is great. The breakfast was plentiful and everything was good. The only downside is the TV image and lack of internet channels like YouTube and Netflix...

Excellent location walking around beautiful high brand boutiques and other shopping centres. So handy. The best of the best except staff of the hotel at reception counter and waitering bar have no politeness to customers. Particularly the operator who answered the room service had asked the hotel guest to walk down the reception to get the item ourselves. Bad service

Overall Stay was good. Hotel was clean. But we had very bad experience. Our two newly purchased dresses were stolen from the room. I have been travelling for last 24 years but never came across such incident. Even I stayed in Rex Hotel 3 times before and had comfortable stay without any problem. This was not expected in 5 Star Hotel.

The bell boy expected me to tip him! That I did not feel comfortable. I have already reported it to the manager.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable, centrally located in the nicest part of Ho Chi Minh. The service was top notch. We had some trouble with the first room and they changed it immediately even sent us chocolate truffles.

The front desk staff was very very helpful. I did not get the guy’s name, but he was very kind and thorough and we discussed customer service. He was very smart. I will definitely stay there again. The people are what makes the difference. Also, the food and beverage upstairs was good and clean and very service orientated

Great location. It’s a very big hotel, not a small boutique. All the higher end stores are right there if you are a shopper. The only complaint I have is a friend dropped off an envelope for me, but the front desk never called me or delivered it. I only found out, from my friend, when I had left.

As always, the Rex has world-class service and well appointed room. I have stayed here many times.

Location is hard to beat, very central within District 1. Close to major malls and Ben Thanh market. It has an old charm in it, inheriting it from its history. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend it - for its price and location, it’s worth it.

Location is great, poor WIFI for a 5 star hotel. Spacious and clean room. We have a view of the Union Square, a bit noisy but it did not bother us. Hotel is classic and has full of history, if you’re into Vintage, the hotel is for you.

Great hotel in the center of Saigon. Very good and friendly service. The only problem is that the street under the hotel is so noisy until late night.

dining disappointing lack of choice for non Asians

Hotel intéressant, propre avec un service haut de gamme et une chambre confortable. Toutefois la restauration au 5e étage reste dans son "jus" avec des prix très élevés

For an iconic hotel, we were very disappointed over all. Dingy hall ways, bathroom is outdated and the water pressure was very low. The breakfast in morning, we were not impressed, serving the same buffet food two days in a row. Congee was cold and the over all food is below average compared to other hotels we’ve stay at.

Beautiful hotel in a great central location, large rooms with bathroom accessories, and tea/coffee making in the room. Large choice of foods for breakfast buffet both English and Vietnamese. Would highly recommend
