The hotel was in an excellent location. The person who checked us in was very pleasant. We had difficulty with the nearest 24hr parking which would not accept a credit card and only exact change 3.35€, even with that entry was challenging- not the fault of the hotel, but a problem for travelers who should be advised. The room was uniquely decorated but the smallest of our 3 week trip in Portugal, with no place for luggage that didn’t block access to the door or bathroom. There is no place to set things other than the bed or floor and no space around the sink. Nice hotel in an excellent location, but challenging parking and storage situation.

Beautiful property with convenient location and parking. The hotel looks like something out a fashion magazine. I especially likes the "lounge" with free cold drinks and wine. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, very well located. The room is very comfortable. Both ladies at the reception were very welcoming, helped me carry my luggage up the flight of stairs (there is no elevator) and provided tips of what to do, where to eat and even where to get a relaxing massage. There are a lot of great places to visit within a walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful guesthouse in the heart of Setubal. Walk to the shore, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Inez and Catarina are charming and very helpful. Our room was European size, cozy, spotless and had wonderful big windows.

The location was great, very stylish hotel but incredibly uncomfortable room. Not functional. The bathroom sink is in the room itself with no counter whatsoever so all of our toiletries were on the floor. No closet, no table, no hooks, no privacy in the bathroom (it’s just in the room), no common space, no little fridge to store anything. I would not stay here again because of this. Well thought out for style, not thought out for use.

This was a really nice property in a good location, with very friendly staff, and a generous breakfast voucher. My only complaint is while the room looked good, it was not terribly practical in terms of room for luggage, etc. Layout was a little awkward and felt tight/cluttered.

Nice boutique style. Well decorated and modern. Cafe attached to the guest house served fresh baked goods. Also provided breakfast for the guest house. The room was small. Not much space for luggage. Bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom.

The staff were amazing and the room was very cool and modern. The shower had amazing water pressure and the room comes with a small bottle of red wine, tea kettle and a coffee maker. They also provided an amazing continental breakfast that was included with our stay: eggs, bread, fruit, oats, orange juice and coffee!!

Die Einrichtung ist wirklich ein Highlight. Sehr modern und kunstvoll eingerichtet. Ein Manko gibt es: Das Frühstück gibt es in einerr öffentlichen Cafeteria im Erdgeschoss über Gutscheine. Da kommt dann die Frage, entweder Kaffee oder Orangensaft. Capuccino is not included. Die Qualität ist OK und man wird auch satt davon. Ein zweiter Kaffee geht dann auf die Kreditkarte und muss selbst bezahlt werden. Diese Einschränkungen sollte das Hotel ändern. Man hat auch den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter in der Cafeteria von den Gutscheinen sehr genervt sind und man fühlt sich alles andere als willkommen. Ansonsten wäre es spitzenklasse.
