Everything was ok with the hotel but I don’t recommend using the airport transfer service as I was not made aware that it needed to be paid with cash only which I didn’t have so this was an issue for me

Situated in front of heavy traffic and therefore very noisy, the outside area was run down. However the hotel in great condition and the staff excellent, extra acknowledgement to Rute who checked us in and was very helpful with questions we had and making arrangements for morning shuttle and breakfast!

A good location, clean room, comfy bed and friendly staff. Just lacked a bar to sit in at night.

Checkin was very good,we arrived hours early and they stored our bags for us.hoel was only a 3* but a good quality one at that.breakfast was good.my only gripe was they said there was a bar but there wasnt as i like to have a drink willst coming and going through the day and have a wee nightcap before bed whilst on holiday.they did offer to get something from up the road but its nit quite the same.

Schöne und saubere Zimmer. War sehr ruhig. Bar hatte leider nicht geöffnet. Leider zum Frühstück kein Gemüse ( Gurken etc. ).

Hotel muito limpo com quartos espaçosos, excelente estrutura ao lado com metro e com um ótimo serviço de shuttle para o aeroporto. Café da manhã feito para quem sai cedo para viajar e não pode comer lá é muito bom.

On arrival, the receptionist took some time to book us in and on going to the room found it had a double and not two single beds. It then took over half an hour to sort out an appropriate room. This room did not have a window view and it took three days to sort out a bedside lamp that didn't work. The hotel only has a coffee bar not a drinks bar but did provide a very good breakfast buffet.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local restaurants and attractions that were within walking distance. The airport shuttle is not available 24 hours as is stated. The breakfast was very good and had many item choices.. The shower was quite relaxing.

Hotel is conveniently across the street from the subway, which we found amazingly easy to use. Excellent breakfast was included. Our room was spotless. Staff member who checked us in was brusque and not friendly, but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Room was spotless. Johana was 5 star service provider. The breakfast staff were careful to top up the buffer regularly and clean and tidy in the operation of the breakfast room. The room attendants provided great service. Fresh towels and attention to the room details.

Fantastic hotel, have no complaints at all. Staff lovely and super helpful. Room and hotel spotless. Breakfast very good. Would like a bar in the hotel serving drinks. The area the hotel is in is fairly run down and a little dubious. However, we had no issues living there. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy during the night. Not too bad if window shut. Metro stations very close to the hotel. I would stay here again, just for the cleanliness, high standard of rooms and friendly staff.

Our room was infested with ants. The staff was able to move us to a different room the next day. Otherwise, the location was convenient. Plenty of local eating options. Too bad it rained most of the time we were there. It would be a good spot to stay between cruise arrival and flight home. The staff was multilingual.

We stayed there for only a weekend, after our cruise. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the cruise port and close to the airport. It is also right next to a metro station, in a street with supermarkets, bakeries and shops. The room was very comfortable, clean, good sized. The breakfast was really good. And the staff was great, really helpful and attentive, they even prepared a breakfast box for us on our last day, because we had to leave at 6am for the airport.

My friend and I had a terrible experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived. We arrived late evening our first night and checked in (it was a smooth check-in) but when we got to the room and attempted to connect to the wifi, it kept cutting in and out. When we informed the front desk, they simply responded with telling us to restart our phones and stated “well everyone else’s is working”.. very poor customer service. It is a noisy spot, you can hear the metro/subway underneath the building. We slept with a sound machine and could still hear it. That next morning when I showered, I noticed black mold all over the shower/walls/and ceiling of the bathroom. When we informed front desk they said they would have house cleaning take a look and “try” to move us rooms. We refused to be retuned to that room and informed them no guest should be staying in that room. We went about our day, and upon return they had switched us room, however the room was very subpar again. Dirty bathrooms, grimy and unacceptable presentation. We also tried to get a late checkout on our last day due to a late train to Porto and they said “we cannot accommodate this we are fully booked” despite there being rooms available online for that same night. Not happy with my stay here and I would not recommend to anyone that you stay at this hotel.

Large, clean room and a complimentary breakfast

The room was very loud from the Traffic in the street and the room was very, very smal. You can't Take a Seat at the Table snd no space for suitcases in the room. No furnitures on the balcony, therefore noch usable. The breakfast was ok, but the filling was bad.

Chambre propre à l’exception de la douche, petite mais correct pour une nuit. Il faut rajouter 21 Euro pour un stationnement. Très bruyant, on entend beaucoup tout le trafic et c’est un endroit très passant.

The room was extremely small but modern. Balcony was a nice size and had a great view. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, tudo novo e bem limpo. Localização é excelente! Perto do metrô, mercados etc. No geral eu gostei, porém achei a cama de casal mediana em conforto e tamanho. E o café da manhã eu não gostei muito, tem variedades mas a qualidade dos produtos e apresentação não é grandes coisas. Por ser um hotel 3 estrelas eu esperava mais.

Det er et fint hotel, værelserne er fine men små, hvor det er svært at finde plads til en rejsekuffert. Badeværelset var i fin stand og alt virkede som det skulle, dog var madrasserne til den hårde side, men jeg sov nu fint. Hvad angår morgenmaden, så var udvalget stort for et 3 stjernet hotel, men hverken skinke, ost, pølser, æg eller bacon var af god kvalitet, og var heller ikke veltilberedt. Det kunne godt spises. Hvis man kom omkring klokken 8:00 så var der en ganske udmærket frugtsalat, og der var et temmelig velassorteret udvalg i kager. Fint udvalg og smag med juice, kaffen derimod var jeg ikke fan af. Service i receptionen var meget venlig og imødekommende. Hoteller ligger 1 minuts gang fra en metrostation, og det tager ca 20 minutter med metroen til lufthavnen. Det er et stort plus, fordi det er let at komme rundt i hele byen på den måde med metroen. Der ligger både caféer, små spisesteder og supermarkeder tæt på hotellet. Hotellet havde fået en højere rating, hvis de havde gjort sig mere umage med morgenmaden, for det var en væsentlig grund til vi valgte hotellet.

The room and bedding were very dated. Worst mattress I have slept on in a long time. There is no soundproofing between rooms. Bring ear plugs

We stayed 1 night at this hotel before catching a flight the next morning. Pros: - Very close to a metro station - Friendly & helpful staff - Clean Cons: - NOISY. The hotel is on a busy main road, and the "soundproofing" is not effective. There was constant traffic, horns, and sirens. Luckily we travel with a white noise machine, and were able to get a decent night's sleep. - The room was quite warm. The air conditioning feature of the heat pump did not work since overall system was set to heat in mid-March. The fan function also blew warm air into the room. We opened the balcony door to cool off, but had to close it for sleeping due to the street noise. - The room was much smaller than what it looked like in the photos. The fridge door could only open partway as it was blocked by the bed. - Breakfast seemed to start later, at 7:30am. (Admittedly, we stayed at aparthotels throughout our visit to Portugal so I am not sure what the typical hotel breakfast times in the country are. Based on experience from North American hotels, breakfast usually started around 6am.) We had a mid-morning flight, and needed to leave the hotel before 7:30 to ensure enough time to get through security and passport control at the airport. Therefore we were not able to have the breakfast that so many guests had positively reviewed. This is not to blame the hotel for the timing, but rather to make travellers with similar flights aware of the considerations.

Location perfect near Métro but noisy from Métro and elevator. Poor view on roof mechanical équipement.

The hotel is located two minutes from the metro. Lots of amenities in the neighbourhood. The best part for us, was the front desk staff..Daniella, Tiago, Benedita and others went out of their way to give us recommendations for restaurants and sites. They made our stay special..we will remember them for this.

I normally to write feedback, but this time it is different. Arrived one hours before check-in time, they didn’t allow had to wait until check in time which is fine. But the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time too. The shower in the room didn’t draining the water, I normally take a quick shower and consume very little water. The water was coming out of the bathroom to the bedroom area. I informed the reception about the water drainage issue, he immediately said it is my fault because I booked an accessible room and the showers are designed that way without doors, I explained it has nothing to do with the doors, the issue is with the drainage system. Unfortunately, he insisted that it isn’t fault and can’t do anything. I explained that I don’t want you to change my room, I’m here for the short time leaving early morning but want to let you know that there is a problem with the bathroom, and I believe it is a safety concern to the customers and would damage the floor and walls of the room. At the end he suggested to give me extra towers to lay them on the bathroom floor to absorb the water. Only one lady at the reception was smiling and helping and was trying to find solutions. The other one were unfriendly and very stubborn.

Péssima experiência no check in. Havia apenas uma funcionária para fazer o check in, que demorou mais de uma hora e trinta minutos para ser feito. Nunca vi um checkin tão demorado. No mais, hotel limpo, fica perto de hospital, portanto há sirenes durante a noite.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight so the hotel offered us a take away breakfast. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Very convenient location next to a metro station and a supermarket. The only complaint was the bed that was so lumpy.

Great service by staff, a special commendation to Miss Beatrice, her customer service manners are outstanding and hope hotel management understand how valuable to the business she is. The 4 of us who travelled and stayed there, we were so amazed at how friendly, professional and wonderful she was in everything we needed.

The staff here is AMAZING! Beatriz, Susana & Joana were so friendly and helpful. Always had smiles on their faces and ALWAYS willing to help. The greatest Hotel Staff I have seen in a long time. The hotel was very clean and looks like it has been updated. The lobby was a great place to hang out and relax with our friends. We never felt like we were a bother to anyone. They have a nice outside area with a few tables out front so you can sit out and watch the people walk by. I would definitely rate this a 5 out of 5 and would definitely stay here again.

It was just one night but the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. We left before breakfast and they packed us a box breakfast which was very nice!

Excellent newer hotel at a good price. Good size rooms, excellent breakfast. It’s a bit out of the way, but Bolt(their Uber) is dirt cheap, like 2 euros to get to the touristy areas. The area around the hotel is a bit rough around the edges so I wouldn’t recommend this if you are a single woman traveling. On the plus side the area isn’t as hilly as some other parts of Lisbon

Hôtel très sympa, chambre et partie commune propre, buffet petit déjeuner complet, superette au pied de l'hôtel. Cependant, avenue assez bruyante (on entend rien une fois les fenêtres fermées sauf les sirènes des ambulances) et assez éloigné des beaux quartiers de lisbonne.

Even though this hotel is on a busy city street, we had a room in the back and it was very quiet. Rooms facing street may have a different experience. While this hotel is not in the main tourist areas of Lisbon, we found it to be very convenient if you want to use public transportation. The metro subway stop was just a few step from the hotel and from that stop, you could very easily get to the beautiful older parts of the city to do more touristy things. The subway system ran very efficiently. Also easy to get from airport to hotel via the metro.

Très bien situé à deux pas d’une station de métro et à 4 stations de métro de l’action ,l’hôtel est propre , lits confortable et personnels courtois , déjeuner ok sans plus ! Je recommande pour le rapport qualité prix c’est parfait !

Room was a little small but adequate for us to stay. It is a little far from the main areas so we did have to walk or use ride share a lot.

Our room was already a bit outdated (clear signs of wear and tear on the furniture, stains on the walls and discolored joints in the bathroom). In addition, our room was very noisy with regard to the drainage of other rooms (you could hear the bathroom being used in detail - day and night). The breakfast is ok - but very basic. You should hope that someone hasn't had cocoa beforehand, otherwise the coffee tasted like it afterwards).

Good stay. Would be great if there was a kettle in the room for hot water and if breakfast started earlier, around 7AM. Great buffet options!

Lovely hotel, comfy bed, good air con, Breakfast -sausages freezing cold and never any cutlery

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. Petit bémol, les tables de la salle à manger sont placées trop près du buffet. Cela gêne les clients à aller se servir facilement et c’est aussi désagréable pour les clients qui mangent à ces tables. Belle surprise, comme nous devions quitter l’hôtel très tôt le matin pour aller prendre notre avion, les hôtes de l’hôtel nous ont offert des boites à lunch a emporter et des boissons.

En líneas generales bien, lo único que en el desayuno buffet no reponian acordé al consumo y número de clientes, podías ver qué faltaba zumo o no había tazas y tenías que esperar a que lo pusieran o avisar.

The morning breakfast had many options to choose from. We felt ready to take on our day of travel after a lovely meal!
