Our family had an incredible stay. We want to express our deepest gratitude to the staff for their exceptional support, especially during our stay with an infant. They even surprised us with a special gift for my mom’s birthday. The holiday decorations in the lobby were simply breathtaking.

The staff are amazing & made our stay extra special. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan (Swan) was especially wonderful. The grounds are so well kept. The Lagoon spa was also a highlight!
