The carpets in the room and reception area had stains and should’ve been vacuumed. Breakfast buffet is favourite end of average quality. Staff super friendly and helpful with some level of English. The beach is clean close this hotel but about 200 m on either side, unbelievably polluted with plastic float some. No water sports are available and swimming only in secured areas in the ocean due to under currents. There is no city nearby so don’t expect any city life.

Lokation is everything, and the hotel is located right on the most beautiful beach. Good facilities, nice breakfast buffet, very clean all over the hotel, and most important very service minded and kind staff. One suggestion though, you should open the pool bars at 9 am, and have staff walk around taking orders, that would triple your turnover in no time 😊

Perfect location on the beach, big and nice room, very comfortable bed. All pool areas really nice, lots of sunchairs, breakfast buffet with a huge variety and the dinners I had in the restaurant was well prepared and very tasty. And the very best was the staff all over the hotel, always kind and serviceminded and always with a huge smile 😊 thanks I really enjoyed my stay.

The room needs some improvement; the windows need regulation to stop the wheezing sound of the wind, the washroom smelled sewage and there was no fan. I dont think the rooms were being cleaned properly; stains on the carpet, on the chairs. The hotel needs additional restaurants other than the existing ones. The staff of the main restaurant are very good and helpful especially Hang and Quyen with their beautiful smile and knowledge of English. Overall just good stay. Not competent for 5 star hotel.
