Have been returning to this hotel the past 10 years. Super friendly staff. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Center of town. Train station is next door. Coastal tram is next door. Did I mention the 30 deg heated out door pool on the top floor.

Nice clean rooms and handy we had a fridge for our chocolate shopping! The rooftop pool was also a great addition and the children enjoyed this. Short walk to the beach and nice restaurants nearby. The car park next door was quite expensive though, although not part of the hotel - just something to bear in mind.

Great location, staff on reception very friendly. Overall bedroom was ok but the state of the floor in the shower was quite disgusting. The grout needed cleaning it was all brown and yellow and I didn't want to go in the shower bare foot!

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. There was an issue with one of my two rooms being cancelled without my awareness which was frustrating and lucky that there was a room available.
