The best is location, right in the middle of Via del Corso. But the Hotel is old, elevator is tiny (just 3 ppl or 1 with luggage and you have to climb 5-8 steps to elevator). Reception closes at midnight,

Lovely boutique hotel in centre of Rome. It is on a pedestrian street so access for transfers/taxi are limited during the day so some walking with luggage required. The hotel is compact and excellently cleaned and maintained. Location to all areas of Rome is impeccable for reviewing attractions and dining

This a small boutique hotel, do not expect anything else. The location is amazing!!!! There is no bar, restaurant or dining area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a half block. Our Jr. suite was great and the maid service spectacular. We would stay there again if were return to Roma

Hotel is close to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, restaurants, cafes, plazas; excellent location. Front desk is super friendly, available only during the day. First floor still has stairs to get to the elevator, problem when you are carrying luggage. Room is small but comfortable for 2 people.

Location, location, location! Boutique Centrale Palace was centrally located on a safe and clean street next to all the action off Via del Corso with plenty of shopping, dining, and of course all the nearby major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain within walking distance! The rooms are recently renovated and looked clean and modern. We utilized the airport shuttle service transfer from Rome Fiumicino Airport to the hotel property which went smoothly (we used WhatsApp to maintain communication with both the hotel staff and our specific driver who provided pick-up location details). Overall, couldn't recommend this property more if you what you're looking for is to be conveniently located next to all of Rome's sightseeing attractions in a safe area!

Location is very good and staff very helpful and attentive. The property itself is undergoing renovations which is understandable as this is a very old building. So one may notice a lot of unfinished work on the stair case and some walls around the staircase. But it does not affect the stay much.

Pretty good for the price given the fact it was jubilee year in Rome. Just not exactly what you see on the pictures, it’s more run down like most 3 stars hotels in Rome. It was also not 10/10 clean. Some mold in the shower and I found an old mascara brush behind the sink, who knows how long it has been there. Positive points: the staff is very friendly and location is great for walking everywhere and a short walk from the metro.

This was probably one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in. Mould in the bathroom, dust and grime all over the floor (definitely not been vacuumed). The room looks nice on the surface, however was very noisy in the corridor, the do not disturb system was extremely bright in the night and the curtains barely blocked out the light as well. For a quick trip to Rome, it was in a great location, central to a lot of tourist hot spots, but I would not recommend this hotel.

The best things about this hotel are the location and staff. It's right at Via Del Corso and Via Frattina--close to Metro stops, the Spanish Steps and the central Via Del Corso shopping area. This means you can pop in during the day to drop things off, take a nap, use the restroom, etc. (there aren't many publicly available restrooms in Rome). The front desk is pretty much staffed during business hours and beyond. I learned the hard way, staying at other hotels, how important a concierge is (especially if you don't speak the language well). There is a convenient elevator and the room itself is basic, but fine--comfortable bed, up-to-date bathroom, clean...I have stayed here 3 times. I usually ask for a room overlooking Via Frattina, but the street can be a little noisy on the weekends. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall the property was nice and we liked our room. Breakfast in the room was a very nice perk. Good location, next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The only issue we had was when we came back to our room, and the cleaning staff left a clearly used cleaning sponge on top of all of my toiletries in the shower. If it wasn’t for this, I would have said the property was clean.

You can’t get a better location than this! Hotel is so conveniently located to so many of the main sights in Rome. Rome is such a walkable city and this hotel is very centrally located to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had round beds and a see through bathroom wall, so you’ll be very familiar with your significant other after this vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel is perfect and central to all the shopping in Rome. The Trevi Fountain is a short 5-7 min walk and the Spanish steps are also approximately a 5-7 minute walk. It is in a very transited area but the room inside was quiet. Pretty easy to get a taxi as there were 2 main taxi zones within a 3 min walk. The room was average. I booked a deluxe room and the room was very small and had no view. My view was a wall and other rooms, at least some sun light peaked through the windows. It was decent for just my wife and I since we were out exploring most of our stay. The room was also very clean other than a random wet towel that was in the shower. It was also a modern set up. The only issue I had was I could hear other room doors being shut and sometimes you can hear water running from behind the walls. Other than the above our stay was perfect and the staff was helpful and friendly. They also held our bags for a few hours after check out.

Great location but there was no hot water in the shower (not acceptable for the amount we paid) and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors talking. On the plus side, there’s a small elevator so you don’t have to carry your suitcases up the stairs.

The staff was very friendly for a small hotel of about 30 rooms. Conveniently located by Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps but about 20 minutes to the nearest metro station. Had a couple of issues where the entire floor we were on lost hot water and we had to change rooms midway though our stay. Then the handle fell off the shower that same day and had to be reinstalled. They did arrange taxi pickups for us 4 times without issues and the rooms, bathrooms were much bigger than normal as we’ve stayed in Italy 4 times now.

I stayed at Boutique Centrale Palace Hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. While the location is convenient, the hotel is outdated and in serious need of renovations. The headboard of the bed was visibly worn, the vanity in the bathroom was uncomfortable to use, and the door frame was detached. On top of that, the hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality it offers. Definitely not the experience one expects from a “boutique” hotel.

Paid extra for breakfast, first day told it wasn’t included. Also had VIP bottle of wine, had to ask 4 times for it. Did not give us our room upgrade. I wouldn’t stay here again with all the other options and annoyance of having to ask for things I paid for already or were promised.

Stayed here for 5 nights with a friend. We are two young women traveling alone for the first time. Staff in the reception spoke good english and were very kind and helpful. Hotel is located right by the shopping street, and close to a lot of tourist attractions. There is an elevator which is comfortable. Big thank you to Ariel in the reception for helping us when we had any questions. You made us feel very taken care of!

Location location and amazing guest service. Romania and the whole team pleasant and accommodating. Romania helped us with transportation and it was smooth and gave us peace of mind . This location is within walking distance around attractions restaurants and Starbucks . Look no further then this bouquet palace . We will be back .

There was a faucet leak in the bathroom from day 1 of our checkin that never got fixed during our 6 night stay. Front desk tried to reach the director to address this. The director never replied. Front desk asked me (guest) to email the director. We never heard back. Each time the sink was used there was a leak and they put a bucket under the sink. Do not recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, giving us access to sites such as the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. It was also very close to the Spagna Metro station. The breakfast was great. We had two days during our stay when we needed to leave very early, before the food would normally be delivered. They were very willing to deliver our food the night before so we could have it in the morning.

Die Lage ist toll. Trevi-Brunnen oder Spanische Treppe 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Im vierten Stock stört der Straßenlärm praktisch gar nicht. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer war groß und in gutem Zustand. Ich würde mich wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.
