The only thing I noticed was that it needs some touch-up paint here and there in the room(s). Also, there was not dining service on Saturday evening...I would have liked that. But we ordered in, so it was fine. I thought the staff were very good at their jobs. They were very professional and friendly. It really made a difference.

Overall excellent experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would have given 5 stars if the breakfast was better - not a great selection, no meat option or yogurt, potatoes were cold, and beans & omelette were very bland. Also, the restaurant was closed on the evening we arrived so we needed to go out for dinner.

I cant believe the restaurant was closed again. I was there at Christmas, it was closed for holiday's and i was there again and it was closed for Sunday. I find that hard to fathom for national chain during peak travel times. Im going to think hard about booking there again.

What an awesome hotel. While a little more expensive than the competition the value can’t be beat. Clean rooms, clean and plush linens and towels. Still doing daily housekeeping too! The breakfast options are amazing, fresh and nicely presented. They cook eggs and omelets to your liking in front of you. The gym is clean and well equipped. Never used the pool and didn’t notice a hot tub. You will like this hotel.

Outstanding hotel - best in Timmins. New construction, very well-kept, rooms and common spaces very clean. Outstanding breakfast (loved the made-to-order omelets!). Easy access, easy parking, friendly staff, no hassles. Beds were comfy. We will 100% book here next time we are in town.

We need a room for an important medical appointment./emergency. Booked a regular room with king bed (all was available) small fridge, small desk - the norm. No tub- just a shower. Where charged nearly 3X the amount of a regular room. Was clean, colour scheme was gray and boring. Walls had chips and was only one large towel for shower and a bathmat. where awakened several times by very loud traffic INSANE... for the price. We where shocked at the price. We will never stay there again. Ever!! Price shown on the website and booked through Expedia was not the price charged when I pushed book room button- and then couldn't change it. Hotel shrugged it off and said 3rd party - to bad for you - NEVER AGAIN - we were sure it was a mistake.- nope.

The room was spacious and very clean. Good selection of tv stations and we like that it has a sleep timer. The breakfast was very good and we did take advantage of the fact that it has laundry on the floor. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a little loud was the only minor issue.
