I was very happy with this hotel overall with one exception...the pool. I booked here specifically for the pool only to find that the maintenance was neglected and there was algae in the pool. I was informed at check in that the pool had been recently shocked, but this was clearly a pool that has not been properly maintained. We were very disappointed! All other aspects of the hotel were excellent, from check in to check out, friendly staff, all areas and room were clean, comfortable bed, ect. I would stay here again but before booking would ask if the pool looked as clear as shown in the hotel photos.

The hotel was great.The weather was lousy which put a kink in our stay.We weren't able to use the pool but it looked lovely. The only thing lacking was the availability of water.In the giant water pitcher in the lobby it was often empty. Also the gym water dispenser didn't work.

Super clean and spacious, extra bedding provided so my husband could turn down the thermostat:). Sleek bathroom, lovely lobby with a cozy fireplace and outdoor deck with infinity pool, jacuzzi and fire pit! Would definitely start here again!!!

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was also the friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. They made extra efforts to great all of their guests every time someone walked through the door. They were very helpful and accommodating and they all seemed to enjoy their jobs. I have now stayed here twice and this is the hotel I will continue to return to when I’m in Austin, TX!

The hotel was nice and everything was clean. We loved the layout of the room we had. Breakfast was great and pool/gym were pleasant. The only issue was the condition of the shower and an odd smell in our room.

Loved the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful view from breakfast / lobby area. I was pleasantly surprised there was a kitchenette, desk area, extra seating, and dressing area. The location works well for us. We travel to Austin several times a year and this will be our new go-to hotel.

Breakfast was great. Had multiple add ons for the oatmeal, texas shaped waffles, muffin, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Clean environment with plenty of space to sit in thd lobby for breakfast. The rooms were a good size suit with a full kitchen.

I was so impressed with the friendly, attentive, and professional staff. They acknowledge and greet you every time you walk in or out of the building. The hotel and our room was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The room was modern, bright, and very spacious with a full kitchen. I really felt like I would be comfortable staying there for a much longer trip if I ever needed to. I plan on this being the hotel I stay at every time I come to visit my family in Austin. Thank you!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist who told us she had a “nice quiet room” for us (which I had specifically requested) That room was anything but quiet! Loud outside air conditioner units going on in the middle of the night. Hardly slept that night.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and new looking. Well maintained! The only thing I didn’t like was that our room was facing the hwy and the overpass. It was not a pretty sight when opening the curtains. They said they were full and couldn’t change my room. If planning to stay ask for a room facing the pool side. Nice kitchen and big fridge. Great for extended stay.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff treated us with welcoming hellos or welcome back. We were in town for a wedding and the staff acknowledged us as we left and wished us a good time and upon return inquired on how things went. Great service. From check in to check out.

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn nearby. I come to Austin once a month to see my Grandaughter. For the last 3 years. I came this last weekend for the birth of my Grandson, I came up early to be ready, not knowing the birth time. It was approx 10:30am. The manger said a room was ready but she had to charge me $50 for early entry. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. It's not the $50, I could buy the Hotel. It's not the money, I explained my circumstances and she didn't care and was quite rude telling me to go to the Hampton if I didn't like the $50 charge. I am a 42 year CRE professional who helps Marriott and others find sites. This was not professional. Good Employees are hard to find now but this was not going to get you more customers because I will now put out on LinkedIn and other social media how you should avoid this hotel.

The property seems pretty new, high ceiling room and super clean at the most. I requested early check-in the night before and front desk was very helpful. As a hotel manager in other property I'd say front desk needs more training to deal with 3rd party reservations. The laundry machines need maintenance and cleaning.

The pool was a highlight! We stayed here for 2 nights prior to our wedding. The staff was helpful, breakfast was good, and rooms were spacious. They let us practice rather-daughter dance and first dance in the conference room. Great stay. Not walkable but very safe and close to the hill country and Barton springs

place is like it looks on the pictures. clean, modern (build in 2017). staff is friendly and efficient. highway access makes it easy to get around; took between 10-19 minutes to most place in Austin from the hotel.
