I checked in online and when I showed up at the hotel had to check in again. It took over 15 minutes at the desk to check in. I went up to the room and found that it hadn't been cleaned, the tv and the phone didn't work. We got moved to another room and the shower didn't work.

The place needs an update and general upkeep to spruce the place up. It smelled a little old and moldy. The tub was discolored and needs the caulk redone. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice.

Upon entering the room we noticed that the A/C unit was leaking which caused mold in the room (room 103). We also noticed that there were items lodged in the sink drain, that had also started to mold. Lastly, there were stains on the sheets. We quickly decided not to stay in the hotel and informed the front desk personnel that we were leaving. We were told that we would have to wait until Monday (it was Friday) to speak with a manager. After multiple calls I finally made contact with the manager. He advised me that he would only issue a partial refund due to the fact that we did not request another room. It’s been approximately 2 weeks and we have yet to receive a refund. Be cautious when booking with this hotel. If the room is unsatisfactory and you leave immediately you most likely will still not receive a refund.
