Positives: Great location ~ we could get to anywhere fairly easily. Lots of restaurants, bakeries & grocery stores on the same block. And the Staff was very friendly! We rented the 3-person Suite. Negatives: There were more stairs to our room than we thought there would be. We were traveling with someone with a walking disability, so that was somewhat inconvenient. The bath tub had a hand held shower head but no shower curtain which made it difficult to actually shower easily.

Amazing hotel located in a great spot. It is near restaurants, clothing stores and the metro Ottaviano. It is in walking distance to the Vatican( about 10 minutes) The hotel is very clean and up to date. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. Will go back to this hotel next time in Rome. No elevator on site and stairs on property.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Sauna amenities werent availabile. Room smelt and had no window. Room was onbthe main floor and the door did not feel secure. You had to give your key back everytime you left and arrived back. Rusty shower and dated. Was not reimbursed by hotel but expedia gave us a very small credit for issues.

This is a very small hotel with a few rooms in an apartment building. We were denied check in before 3pm even though rooms were ready. In a big tourist city where most visitors are international that’s crazy. Baggage was left in the hallway without any tickets or account of how many bags we had. There is no elevator so bags need to be carried up and down stairs. At checkout time they mopped the stairs so bringing up suitcases was so dangerous an we fell twice. The room was nice, but the service was terrible. The morning/day desk worker acted like everything was such an imposition- even calling a taxi. We requested the shuttle to the port the day before, and the night desk worker said to arrange it in the morning. In the morning the desk worker said it was too late to schedule it and we should find a taxi instead.

The hotel is difficult to find because it doesn't have a visible name for passersby. The room is good, but you can hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, as if you were sharing the same space. The staff are excellent and attentive. In short, it's a good place, but I wouldn't return.

Situato in posizione strategica, a due passi dalla fermata della metro Ottaviano e a 3 minuti dai musei vaticani e a 15 da Castel San Angelo. E' in uno stabile dove all'esterno non si vede l'hotel, tutto è interno, dalla reception alle camere. Aree comuni molto piccole, solo una piccola hall, una piccola sala colazioni, un corridoio che porta ad un cortiletto dove si affacciano le camere. Camere nuove, pulite, ben arredate, parecchie prese di corrente, buone luci, bagno ok, funzionale, pulito e ben organizzato. The, cassaforte e frigo disponibili in camera. Letto comodo, buone lenzuola. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento potente ma rumoroso. Essendo tutte camere interne, non hanno finestre, la porta di ingresso collega la camera con l'esterno, per il ricircolò di aria. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa, si pagava a parte. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perchè non era presente la frutta fresca, non erano presenti anche 2 torte su 4 in carta, si possono ordinare alla carta alcuni tipi di omelette e caffetteria con brioche. Hotel Vespasiano was everything on their Hotel.com information page. It was very nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Our first morning there we could not make breakfast due to our tour time, so they made our breakfast up and put in bags for us to take along with us. I would stay here again for sure.

Room was very clean. Fresh fruit and champagne, cold water bottles and coffee/tea was in our room to enjoy. Staff was very pleasant and outlined a walking map for us to explore Rome. Location was perfect and within walking distance to all tourist sites and restaurants. They arranged a driver to bring us to the airport when we left. The driver was there on time and very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Very small, clean hotel right outside Vatican City and 1 block from the train station. Very convenient location with restaurants, markets, laundry mat, etc right outside your door. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that during the day it is super loud. We were very jet lagged our 1st 2 days but could barely sleep b/c doors were being slammed non stop and our entire bed would shake. Nighttime is quiet though so really can’t complain. Would definitely stay there again.

Merci à Fulvia à la réception pour son professionnalisme , sa gentillesse et son aide. Merci au personnel du petit dejeuner. La chambre était en sous sol sans fenêtre et tres bruyante. Le personnel m'a changé de chambre le lendemain de mon arrivée.

Property close to restaurants and Vatican City. The hotel itself needs some tlc. We had a junior suite but it certainly did not feel like a suite. The whole room needed to be redone and especially the bathroom. Being classed as a luxury hotel is misleading.

Very nice boutique hotel. Rooms were quiet, elegant and comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful and the location was perfect close to Vatican City and 3 minutes to the metro.

Hotel Vespasiano was everything on their Hotel.com information page. It was very nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Our first morning there we could not make breakfast due to our tour time, so they made our breakfast up and put in bags for us to take along with us. I would stay here again for sure.

This is a very small hotel with a few rooms in an apartment building. We were denied check in before 3pm even though rooms were ready. In a big tourist city where most visitors are international that’s crazy. Baggage was left in the hallway without any tickets or account of how many bags we had. There is no elevator so bags need to be carried up and down stairs. At checkout time they mopped the stairs so bringing up suitcases was so dangerous an we fell twice. The room was nice, but the service was terrible. The morning/day desk worker acted like everything was such an imposition- even calling a taxi. We requested the shuttle to the port the day before, and the night desk worker said to arrange it in the morning. In the morning the desk worker said it was too late to schedule it and we should find a taxi instead.

Merci à Fulvia à la réception pour son professionnalisme , sa gentillesse et son aide. Merci au personnel du petit dejeuner. La chambre était en sous sol sans fenêtre et tres bruyante. Le personnel m'a changé de chambre le lendemain de mon arrivée.

It was a great stay. It is a small boutique hotel with everything that’s needed. Location is perfect. Breakfast was surprisingly awesome, as it is not a traditional buffet. It is cooked and served to your table. Fresh ingredients every day, could not ask for anything better. Whenever I am able to return to Rome, this is definitely a hotel I would gladly go back to.

The hotel is difficult to find because it doesn't have a visible name for passersby. The room is good, but you can hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, as if you were sharing the same space. The staff are excellent and attentive. In short, it's a good place, but I wouldn't return.

Firstly, the staff here are wonderful. They are very helpful - arranged our transfer from and to the airport, called the day before we checked in to confirm arrangements, gave us so much information and help about getting around Rome, offered to help book trips and transportation tickets - all with a genuine smile. Sherilyn and Fulvia in particular were fantastic. The breakfast consisted of: coffee, juice, water, butter and chocolate croissant, fruit, meat, cheese, cake, eggs or pancakes and yogurt. The room is very small, so it is all brought to you by a smiley, friendly, lovely lady. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Metro which was very easy, cheap and convenient to use. Watch out for pickpockets though! It is also VERY busy most of the time.

Amazing hotel located in a great spot. It is near restaurants, clothing stores and the metro Ottaviano. It is in walking distance to the Vatican( about 10 minutes) The hotel is very clean and up to date. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. Will go back to this hotel next time in Rome. No elevator on site and stairs on property.

Das Hotel Vespasiano ist sehr zentral gelegen, nahe Vatikan . Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem ist auch das sehr gute Frühstück sehr zu loben. Auch die ruhige Lage ist sehr angenehm.

Ha sido una de las mejores experiencias en un hotel que se preocupa por sus clientes , el Desayuno excelente y muy variado ( estuvimos 11 días ) y la verdad delicioso , los días que teníamos que salir muy temprano nos daban un box lounch ( jugó, agua , yogurt , pan dulce y un sándwich ) o frutas . De verdad nos sentimos En casa , la cama deliciosa y en una ubicación excelente a 1 cuadra del Vaticano , rodeado de excelentes restaurantes , un lugar muy seguro a 2 cuadras del Metro terminal Octaviano línea A que de ahí muy fácil te desplazas a términi y como nosotros quieren viajar a otros lugares ( Venecia , Florencia , Asís , pisa , verona , padua ) es la manera más rápida y más económica . Así que yo le daría un 10 Más excelencia . Sin duda regresaremos

Super séjour accueil très sympathique et de bon conseil pour les visites ! Très propre et très jolie deco ! Un petit déjeuner à prendre sans modération car un large choix et très bon ! L’emplacement est idéal à deux pas du Vatican et bien d’autres monuments ! Le Métro est à deux pas et nous emmène au pied des principaux monuments Merci beaucoup 😉

A beautiful boutique hotel in an ideal location for exploring Rome. The staff were very friendly and kind. They even made us up a packed breakfast when we were leaving very early one morning. It is small and quite a few steps so not for those who have mobility issues but absolutely ideal for a walking tourist in Rome! Highly recommend it and we would go back!!
