Montego Bay Club Beach Resort

The room had sheets with smokes burn the pillows where so flat it was almost non-extensive ,the box spring that the mattress sit on was so old i estimated it to be as old as the facility the kitchen was some way clean with the dish container on the counter had Rats dropping that spread throughout the kitchen including the cupboard. Bathroom had water leaking from the washing machine.there were 4 small towels left on the racks they were so stiff from washing it would tear your skin if you attempted to use it on your body. I rented 2rooms for my party and they both had Rats and cockroache droppings. The entrance is another story this require some form of mental bravery because of the various safety hazards. This hotel is not suitable to be Listed for rental. And it should be CONDEMNED.

The view is amazing just imagine waking to a beautiful blue ocean. Walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants, I recommend this place any day and the price is right..

The room they were going to put me in was disgusting. It smelled like the sewer. It was in bad repair and had open outlets. The only person that would think this was a step up would be a homeless person. I would never recommend this to anyone. Yuck.

Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. All the furniture was old and looks like 'side walk"'trash from the 70s. The stove was the old coiled electric stove. The space wasn't designed properly. The small kitchen was located where the bathroom should have been and the bathroom was located where the kitchen should have been. Water settles on the porch when it rained. The building has the best location on the strip. It's across from Dr's cave beach. That's the best feature of this place. The whole building needs renovation.

Hotel under construction. No check in area at entrance had to go across an open platform 10stories. Check in was on 2nd floor in a small office. List of things we found, elevators smell of weed. Lack of lights in hall way. Door to room looked like was broken into with shady lock, dead bolt not working. Ceiling tiles moldy. Kitchen stove and microwave old and rusty, kitchen cupboards old, dirty paint stripping, pots old and black, bathroom door vent rusty, no wash cloths, towels stiff and old plus had was hot water and good flow. Sliding glass door hard to open. Flooring old and dirty. Patio was okay with lovely view. Staff was okay. I would not stay here for even if free.
