Unfortunately our Spa wasn’t working but the staff did the best they could and we worked out something in the end. Staff were so lovely and friendly. My only issue was (obviously the spa not working) but also there is no AC in the room. Just bear that in mind. Other than that the hotel was great and in a beautiful location. The bed was also really comfy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property was in a great location. Lots if great restaurants near by. Some of the staff was excellent. Drawback getting a reservation in the restaurant is impossible and no one told us we had to have reservations to even use the bar. This leads to no in hotel options to eat.

It was a really amazing location just on the backside of the plaza Del Novia, and it had really amazing breakfasts that you got as part of staying there. Great little Café area that you could look over the city and then also a bar with a great view and a perfect place for pictures. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and our son slept on a pullout and he said it wasn’t that bad either. Nice bathroom very clean, helpful staff we were very pleased.

We always stay at the Raphael , unfortunately it was completely booked! So we choose the Borromini , is a palazzo with plenty of history! The hotel is very nice , cozy with a great restaurant with an amazing view at the 4th floor ! On the rooftop there’s a bar which is very busy every night! Close the windows and the window shades made of wood to cut off the noise ! But in this area , you’ll have plenty of food options at night ! Santa Lucia just in front off the Raphael hotel is really good ! The personnel , the hotel , the restaurant and the rooms are so good at the Borromini ! The ONLY PROBLEM WAS , and I don’t know if this is because that the hotel is a 4 star instead of a 5star , but they don’t refill your body lotion , body soap and also they don’t put new soaps for your hands , even if they’re finish , fortunately I brought my own soap and I used the shampoo for my hands , also they don’t change your glasses even if they’re dirty they left them where you put them the night before ! After that everything else is fine

Advertised as sound proof rooms not so much. You can hear everything because the rooftop bar is above to room on the 5th floor. Other than that everything was fine. Friendly staff and great location. Also we had to pay for transportation when a shuttle to the airport was advertised on the website. Usually that means the hotel takes care of that so we were a little surprised when the driver asked for payment.

The room was spacious with high ceilings. It was a very large space, expecially in a city center. The hotel was conveniently located to several attractions. The staff was lovely and went the extra mile by providing chocolates on Valentine's day. It was a perfect and unexpected gift. The only small issue was the speed of the lone elevator as it moved very slowly. We ended up carrying our luggage up the two flights of stairs to avoid the lengthy wait. We were well taken care of.

There is no lobby in this hotel, as it’s a historical palace. Front desk was the best service. They couldn’t do more to give you a nice stay. Perfect are for sightseeing. We had the classic double room which was lovely but small. Bathrooms are large & look newly updated. They are excellent!

I highly recommend this gorgeous property in the most ideal location to tour Rome just steps from the Piazza Navona, close to numerous famous landmarks, restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing prior to check in answering within minutes any questions or doubts, this impeccable service and attention continued during our stay and at check out. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and got a suite which had a separate room with a pull out sofa which was spacious with comfortable, luxurious bedding. It was made up prior to our check in which was so nice. We loved our room as it was so spacious, very clean, sleek and modern. A delicious and complete breakfast was served every morning which was a welcome extra bonus saving us time before touring. I highly recommend this unique, historic property as it was perfect in every way. I definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

Bedding stained and wood floors dirty. Flies all over breakfast could not eat. Was not told of bike tour which limited taxi service around hotel the day of our stay and had to pull luggage for blocks with injured hand.

Todo bien sólo que el elevador no ahí de servicio y bajan la basura y huele feo es muy oscuro le falta luz y sucio En el piso 4 me tocó alado de donde está el staf hacen ruidos de platos de ahí en fuera muy amables muy ubicado el hotel y el sofá cama verde de tela de plástico no da buen aspecto

We loved our stay except we woke up after the firat night having barely slept in a very hot room. Our friends in a different room had the same issue. We told the front desk and was told they would look at it, which they never did. After another sleepless night in a very hot room with no air conditioning, we all went to talk to the front desk again. When we walked into the freezing cold office to let them know, and we were told thats just how the A/C feels. At the end of the day, we again went to the office. Luckily, a different gentleman helped us. He came up to our room, walked in, and immediately said, "Oh no, this isnt right!" He moved us into a very large suite with amazing air conditioning and we slept well the next 2 nights. Overall, the hotel is exquisite, has amazing food, amazing views, is in an unbelievable location close to food and shopping, and is even gluten friendly! But having to sleep 2 nights in the heat because someone was too snooty to pay attention, is not good. But let me assure you that every other employee of the hotel were very kind and friendly. We didn't let one bad apple ruin our trip and would definitely stay again. The hotel is truly a gem.

Great location. Fantastic spacious rooms and excellent rooftop bar. Breakfast was ok, staff pleasant but not overly helpful Unlike a 5-star service but again location is excellent for travelers and large room, bathroom makes a longer stay far more fun and relaxing. Oh I must say WiFi was terrible in the room .. for all the folks who love to spend time browsing … you will not have any network lying down in bed!!

We stayed at the Eitch Borromini last year and had an exceptional experience, but this time while the staff were as polite and accommodating as ever, we were in a deluxe suite that didn’t really meet our expectations. The suite was in a private entrance that didn’t feel very safe as it was in an unguarded busy thru way, the shower only held about 10 mins of hot water, and then you’d have to wait 20-30 mins for it to refill, there was no view, except into other windows in the thru way/alley way and the room itself was not as nicely furnished as the other spaces we stayed in and observed last year. Lastly, the steps to bring baggage up were very steep. The property has a deep and rich history so it may be wasn’t the right room for us given we were looking for more luxury. Overall, the area is top notch and perfect for getting to historical landmarks, great restaurants and even a pharmacy and local store for all your needs.

There is no lobby in this hotel, as it’s a historical palace. Front desk was the best service. They couldn’t do more to give you a nice stay. Perfect are for sightseeing. We had the classic double room which was lovely but small. Bathrooms are large & look newly updated. They are excellent!

Pros: location is amazing! Property is in perfect spot. We had the suite and it was amazing, even had a balcony looking over the plaza. Room was great! The front desk was very helpful, they helped us get cabs and restaurant suggestions and really helped us navigate the city. The breakfast and staff at breakfast is great! Cons. Elevator is small, holds 4 people and they have a nice rooftop bar that’s open to the public so you find yourself waiting a long time to get to your room and it’s 100+ degrees in the elevator. The staff. Not front desk but everyone else. They would cut to get on the elevator and make you wait. Huh!? Many times the staff brining things to the rooftop would cut you off and take the elevator bringing ice, food etc. Maybe they couldn’t tell the difference from people staying and people off the street but they were not courteous at all. Almost rude. I’ve never had hotel staff act like this before, super strange and rude. Not what you would expect from a $1k per night room. Not up to standard for such an expensive stay. We decided to leave 3 days early, tried to get even a partial refund for part of the stay and they were not accommodating in the least and did not give any slack. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by vibrant energy and within easy walking distance of iconic attractions like the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. If a 19-minute stroll feels a bit much in the summer heat, there are countless charming restaurants along the way where you can pause for a refreshing Spritz (as we happily did on more than one occasion). Fortunately, we were assigned the largest of the classic rooms (#401), and the space proved to be surprisingly comfortable. The hotel was just as described. Convenient to all the sites/stops! Amazing restaurants, coffee shops and gelato all around. Roof top bar was lovely. Hotel staff quick to answer any questions and helpful to book our transfers from airport and cruise port.

Disappointed with the stay. Nobody came to clean our room. After multiple requests for towels to be changed we finally got them 1.5 hrs later. My card was charged twice. They said I will receive a credit and I’m still waiting several days later. I most likely wouldn’t stay again. Overall disappointed as I was expecting better

The entire experience at this hotel was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were beautiful with an extremely comfortable bed. The location of the hotel could not have been better! Very central to everything and great restaurants close by. Really an incredible hotel and I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it very much!

The staff was EXCELLENT! They were able to arrange (for a fee) for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and then again from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The front desk gentleman are very friendly and made us feel quite welcome. Their English was quite good also. They gave us local restaurant recommendations based on places they like and visit as opposed to just what's popular. They also welcomed our recommendation of a local place they had not been before. The location is ideal right at the Piazza Navona. Easy walking distance to the Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. And the Piazza is always buzzing with people.

The staff here was outstanding. They were gracious, generous, and accommodating. The location was everything we'd hoped for; perfect walking distance to everything we'd planned. Right on Piazza Navona we had access to live music, relaxing aperitivos, incredible views, wonderful meals. The rooftop dining and bar was an excellent way to both start and end our days. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on our next visit to Rome.

The staff was lovely and went the extra mile by providing chocolates on Valentine's day. It was a perfect and unexpected gift. Excellent location - Piazza Nivona!! Walking distance to Pantheon & Trevi Fountain as well as quick cab ride to the Vatican! Conveniently surrounded by many great restaurants and shopping! Beautiful new rooftop bar to watch the sunset and have some drinks/food at night! The breakfast is wonderful, so many choices for a free meal and nice covered patio to eat. Beautiful, luxury bathrooms but only some rooms are renovated so our room was large but dated, still nice room. Front desk staff, housekeeping, & restaurant staff at breakfast were all great. If they would finish updates to the rest of hotel rooms and courtyard - it would be an even better hotel! We were in Italy for our wedding & honeymoon which I mentioned a couple times in communications prior to our trip so we would have appreciated something special - room upgrade at a discount, prosecco upon arrival, or better seating or recognition when we booked the rooftop reservation for sunset drinks and dining. All in all great experience and would consider staying there again.

Beautiful hotel. Good central location for anything in Rome. The staff was okay, not great. The door greeters (bouncers) at the entrance never acknowledged us. Which is fine, but one time we left the hotel. In less than 30 seconds I realized I needed a heavier coat. When I returned to the hotel, the same person who just saw me leaving, questioned me about whether I was a guest. I just waved my room card at him. Good thing he was paying attention to who was coming and going? The shower is horrible. There is an attachment that doesn’t work well. Waterfall shower is fine, but I don’t always want to wash my hair. The rooftop bar is not part of the hotel. If you want to just hang out and enjoy the view, you will be kicked out. The breakfast in the morning was fine. But the coffee was lukewarm at best. I asked for the coffee to be microwaved. I’m not sure what the server did, but the coffee wasn’t much warmer when I received it again. I even asked for a cappuccino, and it was barely warm and almost all milk. The next day, same basically cold coffee. Despite the issues, we might stay again when in Rome.

The property was in a great location. Lots if great restaurants near by. Some of the staff was excellent. Drawback getting a reservation in the restaurant is impossible and no one told us we had to have reservations to even use the bar. This leads to no in hotel options to eat.

It was a really amazing location just on the backside of the plaza Del Novia, and it had really amazing breakfasts that you got as part of staying there. Great little Café area that you could look over the city and then also a bar with a great view and a perfect place for pictures. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and our son slept on a pullout and he said it wasn’t that bad either. Nice bathroom very clean, helpful staff we were very pleased.

My experience at Eitch Borromini Palazzo Pamphilj was far below what one would expect from a hotel that presents itself as a luxury property. A particularly unpleasant issue was that my nightgown disappeared on the second night of my stay. I informed the hotel staff, but I never received any response or resolution, which shows a lack of care and attention toward guests. The only truly positive aspect is the location, which is excellent. Overall, however, the hotel needs significant improvement to meet the luxury standard it claims to offer.

Excellent location - Piazza Nivona!! Walking distance to Pantheon & Trevi Fountain as well as quick cab ride to the Vatican! Conveniently surrounded by many great restaurants and shopping! Beautiful new rooftop bar to watch the sunset and have some drinks/food at night! The breakfast is wonderful, so many choices for a free meal and nice covered patio to eat. Beautiful, luxury bathrooms but only some rooms are renovated so our room was large but dated, still nice room. Front desk staff, housekeeping, & restaurant staff at breakfast were all great. If they would finish updates to the rest of hotel rooms and courtyard - it would be an even better hotel! We were in Italy for our wedding & honeymoon which I mentioned a couple times in communications prior to our trip so we would have appreciated something special - room upgrade at a discount, prosecco upon arrival, or better seating or recognition when we booked the rooftop reservation for sunset drinks and dining. All in all great experience and would consider staying there again.

My new address in Rome Staff are warm and helpful Breakfast on the 4th floor balcony every day was unbelievable. Dinner at sunset on the Rooftop Bar exceeds even that. And the location is excellent.
