Staff were very friendly and helpful at every interaction (including leaving bags prior to check-in, forgetting a key card, offer of free upgrade) and the availability of fruit, pastries and coffee/tea made for a lovely vibe in the lobby. The room itself was pretty basic, but had all the important amenities including iron and board, hair dryer, TV, microwave, bar fridge, clean sheets, nice pillows. I'd happily stay again.

Location is fantastic - 10min (maybe even less) walk from Central station, with loads of restaurants and bars very close. We were going for dinner in Kensington St, which was a very easy 2min walk! The complimentary tea/coffee and fresh fruit in the foyer 24/7 was a lovely touch, as was the muesli bars, pastries and fruit cups available in the morning. Staff were all lovely and our room was a good size, with a great shower in the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean, quiet, close to the train. Disappointed there was no coffee etc offered in the room but there was a kettle. Coffee machine at reception. Arriving at 12.30 am after a long flight, I hello hello didn’t want to traipse back down stairs

Location was great and close to the UTS campus and central station. Accommodations were very nice. Staff was good to deal with and the coffee and breakfast in the lobby was a nice bonus. Very disappointed that they no longer offer for the airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com.

The welcome was great, the complimentary snacks in the foyer were interesting if you got there early enough in the morning, but a nice touch. Staff organised an airport shuttle for me which was very reasonable at $22 for one person. Will stay again if I'm in Sydney again.

セントラル駅に近くロケーションが最高でした。繁華街に近いながら、ホテルの周りは静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 1週間滞在したのですが、何日かに一回バスルームがきちんと掃除がされていないことがありましたが、ほとんどは綺麗で快適に過ごしました。特に気に入ったのは、毎朝違う種類の簡単な朝食がフロントの近くにて提供されていることです。毎日、コーヒーと美味しいパンや果物を楽しむことができました。スタッフもみんな丁寧な対応をしてくださるので、ここでの滞在をお勧めします！

We noticed there was used soap and cotton tips under the bathroom sink. When looking towards the bathroom from the bed. Therefore we didn’t use the shower just the toilet. Otherwise the rest of the room was great. Beds were comfy and very minimal noise from the street.

I was disappointed with this hotel unfortunately. It was below standard for the price we paid. The rooms are shabby at best and have an underlying vibe of not being completely clean. Our bed sheets had a big blood-like stain on them which was really off putting to say the least. The front of house staff were mostly nice as were the housekeeping team. The air-con situation is also strange and loud. The walls are quite literally paper thin and you can hear your neighbour showering / talking. I guess it depends on who you get as your neighbour but we were kept awake by someone on the phone for hours! Overall, I would not return to this hotel.

Great location, close to central station. Only down side was that our A/C was faulty and would be on cold for about 15 min then hot for about 15 min, very uncomfortable during the night. Coffee machine in foyer was great and free, also great pastries in the morning also free.

Wonderful reception staff. Room was tiny & had a heavy self closing door to a small cramped bathroom. Window looked on an ugly wall. At $340 for one night it is way overpriced for what it is but Sydney was heavily booked & all hotels were thieving from customers. I’d book again at &140 as it was a quiet room & adequate for sleeping. Bed was comfy.

I did not realize I’d booked an Interior room with no windows, found that a bit rough having just spent the previous week in another hotel on darling harbor. The non internal rooms with windows I assume would be much nicer, there was several hairs from pervious person on bathroom walls quite high, I think perhaps the same cleaning cloth had been used and dragged the hairs up high. On the upside, this is very close to central station, if you are arriving late at night then this is good choice.

Was better than expected for this end of Sydney CBD. Very basic but clean and good bed. Double glazing on windows kept the traffic noise out. I would not stay in rooms near the lift - large a/c system at that end. We were not near it.

Staff were excellent, attentive, polite and helpful. The hotel itself was okay, the foyer was welcoming and clean. Our room was again, okay.... Not very functional, the TV over the the side on a desk, really only allowing the person on the left side of the bed to watch. The bathroom, slightly dated, however spacious with a good size shower. Amenities were basic. However in saying that the accommodation served it's purpose, it was a secure location where we felt safe and comfortable.

Location is nice and felt safe around the area. Very professional staff. Hair dryer was unfortunately not working properly. Took it to front desk to replace. Katia made sure the new one she gave me work properly before hand it out. Very mindful. Easy check in and out. Will visit again next time!

If you are looking for a small clean hotel with excellent staff, and that is close to the Central train station, consider here. The rooms are small, but if you are just looking for a clean, safe place to sleep and shower, this hotel is perfect. Kudos to the woman who staffed the desk during the day, as she was an amazing employee. Also bonus points to Arman who checked us out early in the morning.

Service by staff was excellent especially Mitabh who was exceptional in his service and help to us. A thorough gentleman who tended to all our requests. Place was so central and easy for us to access with limited mobility. Well done to all staff at this Hotel my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking to stay around Central station this is an excellent option. Rooms are surprisingly quiet and staff are very friendly. It is only a few hundred metres from the station and close to UTS.

Having coffee and goodies in the lobby was very nice and helpful specially for very early check out. Fridge and kettle in the room were also very handy. Not sure about the microwave as no plug was found nearby and the appliance is heavy to be placed on the desk. Area around property felt unsafe when returning to hotel after dark.

Lovely and clean. Plenty of room for the three of us and all our bags. Nice easy walk to Central Station. Would definitely stay again. Loved the free coffee machine in the lobby and free breakfast snacks in the morning.
