la chambre pour moi j'ai pensé comme d'habitude un Aparthotel j'aurai la plaque de cuisson les assiettes ainsi les restes mais à ma grande surprise y'avait qu'un petit frigo un cafetier, et plus rien!, l'ensemble de chambre la lumière ne fonctionné pas correctement celle de la salle de bain, les personnels ce que j'ai pas vraiment mais vraiment pas du tout aimé! le jour de notre arrivé on nous dit a propos de parking on nous dit de payer a la fin de notre séjour, or le jour suivant nous dévons nous rendre à notre évènement qui à fait que nous avons loué cet hôtel, bref notre surprise été que la barrière et le rideau ne s'ouvre pas, plus d'une demie heures y'a rien à faire on a raté presque l'évènement très important qui nous à amené en Allemagne, ça!! je n'arrive toujours pas à le digéré, pourquoi? parce que il fallait payé le parking c'est à dire, pour rentrer vous prenez un ticket et en sortant vous payer, or c'était pas convenu comme ça au départ, sinon je l'aurai payé. mais nous avons était très très déçu, puisque on à pas des souvenir du début de l'évènement à cause de parking qui nous à fait défaut, notre rdv à l'évènement c'était à 21h00 nous sommes arrivés à 21h30 voila! pour les personnels? rien à dire mais sauf ce Monsieur qui nous à pas ouvert la barrière de parking le jour de notre évènement!! c'était le samedi 21/02/2026 vers 20h40, nous sommes vraiment très très déçu voila. cordialement

Alt i alt et okay hotel. Det var rigtig flot udadtil. Flotte omgivelser. Desværre var værelset noget slidt og rengøringen mildest talt mangelfuld. Vi havde bestilt en lejlighed med te-køkken. Køleskabet virkede ikke. Efter at have sagt det 3 gange i receptionen fik vi et andet. Det virkede desværre heller ikke. Vi gav op. Vi skulle heldigvis ikke være ret meget på hotellet og Berlin er en fantastisk by, så vi havde en skøn tur. Parkeringshuset var rigtig godt.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft OK. Der Zustand unseres Zimmers machte einen schon recht bewohnten Eindruck. Hier stimmen die anderen Bewertungen bzgl. fleckiger Wände. Das Bad hatte keinen eigenen Lichtschalter. Das Licht ging nur per Bewegungsmelder an. Leider aber nicht die Entlüftung. Die Silikonfugen der Badewanne waren frisch gemacht aber so deletantisch, das muss man gesehen haben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße/Kreuzung raus. Ab 6:30 Uhr war ein Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht mehr möglich. Jedenfalls nicht für uns, da wir das so von zuhause nicht kennen. Das Frühstück war OK. Es gab zwar jeden Tag das gleiche aber die Qualität hat gestimmt. Frühes Erscheinen ist zu empfehlen, denn wenn die Marmelade alle ist, ist sie alle. Neue gab es keine. Bei einem Frühstückspreis von ca. 20€ sollte mehr drin sein. Das Parken ist m.E. zu teuer (18 € pro Tag). Da haben wir letztes Jahr im Ibis Hotel (Nähe Tiergarten) für nur 7€ pro Tag viel günstiger geparkt.

Das Zimmer war prinzipiell sauber und ok- aber das Badezimmer sah „ungepflegt“ aus (Flecke an den Wänden, Duschbereich nicht mehr so ordentlich). Ansonsten finde ich 25€ für den Wellness/ Saunabereich und 10€ für den Fitnessbereich pro Person völlig überzogen.

Wir waren zu dritt im Apartment eingebucht, bekamen leider nur zwei große und zwei kleine Handtücher. Wurden am nächsten Morgen gewechselt leider wieder die falsche Anzahl. Frühstück pro Person 24€ viel zu teuer. Hatten ein Apartment ohne kücheninhalt ( Teller, Tassen… Dies kann man zubuchen, eine Küchenbox für 30€ am Tag. Also das kennen wir anders. Das Spa ist zur Zeit nicht in Betrieb.. Werden dort nicht mehr buchen.

A neat apartment Hotel approximately 6km from Brandenburg gate. Car parking available at the property for EUR 18 per day. There is a kettle in the apartment but no kitchen/cooking which wasn’t a concern for us. There are lots of eateries close by and Uber costs around EUR 12-15 (non peak hours) to get to main attraction centres. I would stay here again.

Kontakt zum Personal hatten wieder leider kaum, da wir den check in als auch den check out selbstständig machen musste. Bei der Ankunft kam der Rezeptionist mit uns ins Hotel, er hat direkt vor der Tür geraucht und den ganzen Zigarettengestank mit rein gebracht. Der Müll würde vom Reinigungspersonal mitgenommen, die Betten allerdings nicht gemacht. Das ganze Apartment sah schon sehr heruntergekommen aus, viele Flecken und Schrammen an den Wänden und Wasserflecken auf der Küchenplatte. Die "Küche" bestand aus leeren Schränken, einem winzigen Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher und zwei Bechern. Es gab ansonsten kein Geschirr oder Besteck, sodass die Küche völlig nutzlos war. Für dnw Preis erwarten wir etwas anderes und einem Teil des Geldes zurück. Es waren zwei Fernseher vorhanden, beide von sehr schlechter Tonqualität. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Bett gemütlich war, allerdings hatte das Bettlaken zwei Orange Flecken, die das Reinigungspersonal beim Beziehen gesehen haben muss. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt okay, da wir die meiste Zeit in der Stadt verbracht haben. Sie Lage des Hotels war der zentral, sodass man schnell bei der Haltestelle Gesundbrunnen war.

Our stay was the nights of September 27 & 28, 2025. Today 9/29 woke first night 02:00 AM being eaten alive by bed bugs. took pics of the bed bugs and went to reception. They apologized and gave me another room. That room was not clean. I opened the door and beds weren’t made or anything. Went back again and they gave me a third room. He went with me this time. We checked the new room for bugs and cleanliness. While checking the bed I found trash under the mattress. A used bottle of water and a wadded up napkin of some sort. The mattress cover had stains on it. He said it was the last room they had so we had no choice. By this time it was 03:00 AM and instead of sleeping, we are moving around the hotel and scratching numerous itchy areas of our bodies. He also came back to our original room and saw the infestation and the blood in the bed for himself and took pictures of the bite marks on my arms. But there are others on my inner thigh. The employees ensured me management would contact me to make things right. But it hasn’t happened yet. One of the things the guy said on that night was that we didn’t have to worry about our other clothes and luggage because bed bugs stay with the bed. That is not true. We needed to rewash and dry on extremely high heat to ensure our clothes were not infested. We absolutely could not sleep after that. Not the same night and not much better the second night. Much more to say but I only have 53 characters left of what I’m allowed to write here.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and appears to have been renovated inside but the hallway and the room smelled of cigarettes, and there was a very unpleasant mould smell coming from the bathroom. The kitchenette was very limited, featuring only a kettle and two cups. There was also a lot of dust, and it was difficult to communicate with the reception in English.

The most disgusting hotel i have ever been to, the room cleaning was like no cleaning at all. same bed sheets every day. A thick layer of dust no matter where you look. After three days the room is still dirty. The most surprising thing was they didn't change the bed sheets. The bed for my children was so disgusting, with big stains all over. Every day we found little animals called silverfish all around the room. Rude staff very big Challenge to stay at this hotel. I wouldn't even stay there for free.

Leider war das Appartement ziemlich ramponiert und nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Buchung und die Kommunikation zur Rezeption war schwierig, da das vorhandene Telefon gar nicht angeschlossen war. Auch ein Wechsel des Appartements hat an der Sauberkeit nichts geändert.

Das Bad war leider deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wände waren verschmiert, die Elektrogeräte (Fön) verschmutzt und in den Lampen Hauptzimmer befanden sich tote Insekten. Zudem quietschten die Betten stark und die Kissen waren sehr unbequem. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch eher im Wert von etwa 10 € statt der berechneten 20 €. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht meinen Erwartungen ind ich habe mich dank der Kissen überhaupt nicht erholt.

L’appartement était extrêmement sale. De la nourriture était dans le placard ( nourriture qui devait dater au moins de 2 semaines). Il y a énormément de poussières dans la chambres et de saleté. Le canapé lit est soit disant « pour 2 personnes » sauf que c’est faux, c’est une tout petit canapé lit. Nous avons vu des insectes dans notre chambre, nous l’avons signalé à un employé, il nous a dit que nous mentions. Vraiment très déçue de cet hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The check in had a long long wait. The concierge not speak english. Only one person at the concierge and common areas. Long wait for checking in. In the room there was not minimum room requirement line iron, body lotion, conditioner shampoo etc. We booked a one bedroom suite but we were given a bathelor room. The room was too noisy at night because of trafic around. As if the windows do not have good sound dampening effect. All together i would not come back and would not recommend.

The only thing a huge let down is their terrible wifi connection and as an outsider you need it all the time. Otherwise room was good and spacious, staff were ok and the breakfast was great! There is a huge train station near by - Berlin Gesundbrunnen - and a huge mall surrounding it. Very well connected to Alexanderplatz, heart of Berlin from where you can go to almost all points of interest. Recommend. Will stay again provided they improve the wifi.

The bathroom needs an on/off light switch. The bathroom light is operated by a sensor but this is a terrible feature for those of us who need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The bright light destroys my sleep pattern. The room I booked supposedly had a kitchenette. It had a kettle, fridge and sink but no crockery or cutlery or cooking facility. That is not a kitchenette. The room I was allocated is looking dated and in need of re-decoration.

Property was fine but WiFi did not work in our room and after speaking to reception still not fixed. Few things, rain shower did not work properly, toilet flush sometimes stuck. Our youngest child ended up with rash after sleeping on sofa bed.

Everything in the room was fine. I didn't give a 5-star rating due to the very poor wi-fi connection. I had to log-in every morning and often I either couldn't connect at all or it would take me several tries before I was able to access the Internet. And even when I did have access, the connection was weak.

Went here with our family 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We had a room for 4 people and the teenagers had to share a minimal sofa to sleep. They did not sleep well at all. So, place is not recommended for more than 2 persons/ room.

We stayed in their apart suite which had a bedroom and kitchen. We were a party of 4. Sofa bed wasn’t made and no mattress cover available, had to ask at reception for one which they did deliver. Kitchen unit was large but there was only a kettle with 2 cups, no further cutlery or crockery. Staff were friendly but not professionally trained. I occasionally was talking to 3 people at the same time in different languages. Breakfast was nice enough but too expensive. However, it is cheaper than most places I’ve looked at and it is clean, quiet and comfortable. Also the location is great! You can explore Berlin quite easily from there and even take trains further out eg Leipzig. There are lots of food options in the shopping centre 2 minutes away. Still a great option for families.

2 hotel male staffs went up to my room around 6 pm and opened my hotel door when i failed to respond to the reception call and the knocking on my door. Without permission, consent, and authorization, using their hotel access keys, they opened my door alleging my inability to pick up the telephone as the cause of their intrusion. It was 6:00 pm, and I was in the bathroom. They could not even wait until the next morning to discuss whatever it was they needed from me, a guest who is booked for 9 days in their hotel. Where is the guest's right to privacy? During a guest's tenancy, employees are not authorized to enter the room except for routine or requested cleaning and maintenance. Ocak Hotel has violated my right to privacy and endangered my security. Such a sad experience that you were more safe walking in the streets of beautiful Berlin than in the supposed to be comfort of your hotel room.

Hotel was really nice but I had a bad experience at check in. The reception lady asked me to pay 30 euro for what she told me for tax. I paid this then on departure on my receipt I seen it was for early check in. I queried this and they refunded my 30 euro as I didn’t check in early. I am still upset with this as if I hadn’t noticed then I would have lost 30 euros.

So I would like to start with saying, the staff was very friendly, I was not too intimidated to ask for help. The room was very nice, AC worked splendidly, bed was clean and comfy. I did find a few silverfish upon my arrival but not too bothered by it. My only issue is the errors made had me worried if my belongings were very safe. When I checked in, I paid for early check in and was given a key. However, I was given the key to an occupied room and was met by an unhappy resident (understandbly). So I went straight to the reception and was given a new room - however due to this error I refused to keep anything valueable like my passport in my room unattended. 2nd Issue was when I was given a new room, I wasnt checked in correctly meaning there was a potential for someone to enter my room due to the system showing the room unoccupied and booked for someone else. I only knew about this as I couldnt log into the wifi using my name and room name, when queried a new staff member informed me. This again puts into question this hotel rooms security as i had my room card for 7 hours but the system showed i wasnt checked in.

Very nice rooms, had a kettle, across the road gesundbrunnen shopping centre with 2 big supermarkets and a metro station. It’s about a 20 min taxi ride from Berlin central station (about 20 euro).had everything I needed so recommend for a stay.

Apartment with a lot of space, easy to get to and from! Next to train station that will take you to the airport in 30 minutes. Highly recommended if you want something with good space and do not feel that you need to be in the heart of Berlin. Time to the heart of Berlin is 5 min with train, 1 station.

2024년 10월 10일부터 18일까지 이용했습니다. 혼자 여행이라 조용한 호텔을 찾았는데 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 도착하는 날 비행기와 베를린 시내로 들어오는 열차가 지연되는 바람에 밤 열두시 반이 넘어서 호텔에 도착했습니다만 체크인하는데 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 룸은 그렇게 넉넉한 편은 아니지만 혼자 사용하기에는 적당했고 커피 포트가 있어서 룸에서 뜨거운 차를 마시거나 간단한 컵라면 정도는 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔은 GEsundbrunnen역(공항 열차, ICE 등 모든 종류의 열차 다 이용할 수 있음)에서 3~400미터 정도 떨어진 아파트 단지에 있어 조용하고 차분한 아침을 맞을 수 있습니다. 역에는 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어서 토요일 저녁에도 식사를 할 수 있으며 dm부터 전자제품 쇼핑몰까지 다양하게 있습니다. 조식은 대형 고급 호텔 만큼은 아니지만 별 네개 호텔 중에서도 괜찮은 편입니다. 몇년 동안 일년에 한번씩 베를린에 다니면서 주로 베를린역이나 알렉산더플라츠, 또는 쿠담 근처에서 숙박을 했는데 제일 편안했습니다.

The picture of the room is very decisive. Basic room which apparently is a apartment!! with poor quality bedding. Building work outside the room starting 07:30/08:00. The area surrounding the hotel is rather run down and not a place you would want to go out for a meal or a drink. The only positive thing is that you don't want to spend any time in or near the hotel making you want to explore the wonderful sites and areas of Berlin.The train station is only a couple of minutes walk so you can escape quickly.

A neat apartment Hotel approximately 6km from Brandenburg gate. Car parking available at the property for EUR 18 per day. There is a kettle in the apartment but no kitchen/cooking which wasn’t a concern for us. There are lots of eateries close by and Uber costs around EUR 12-15 (non peak hours) to get to main attraction centres. I would stay here again.

Meget fint apartment værelse. Rent, pænt og gode madrasser. Trafik støj var nærmest ikke eksisterende trods nærtliggende togbane. Restaurant er meget oversolgt. Meget sparsomt menukort og hvilket som helst havne grill ville være bedre.

Rent og pænt. Rimelig centralt, men et kedeligt område. Vores værelse havde intet varmt vand. Der blev intet gjort ved det, selvom vi sagde det hver dag i løbet af opholdet. Morgenmaden blev ikke fyldt op, og når man kom 1,5 timer før morgenmaden lukkede var buffeten halvtom.

Das Bad war leider deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wände waren verschmiert, die Elektrogeräte (Fön) verschmutzt und in den Lampen Hauptzimmer befanden sich tote Insekten. Zudem quietschten die Betten stark und die Kissen waren sehr unbequem. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch eher im Wert von etwa 10 € statt der berechneten 20 €. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht meinen Erwartungen ind ich habe mich dank der Kissen überhaupt nicht erholt.

While the location is convenient, my rating is low because of multiple issues. Unfriendly staff, kitchen with no facilities unless you pay an extra charge every day which was not affordable for me. Vegetarians may find breakfast options unsatisfying and overpriced. Sitting areas have dirty and sticky floors. English-speaking staff are scarce. However, the hotel's proximity to public transportation, restaurants, and a budget-friendly shopping mall are positives.
