Stayed 5 nights

Booked a female only dorm which was on the fourth floor. There was no prior communication that the lift was undergoing maintenance so therefore carrying 40kg of luggage up spiral stairs was horrific. The staff was kind enough on arrival but no help offered or apology for lack of notice. The WiFi also does not work on the fourth floor, but is working in the lobby/communal area. House keepers came to clean vacant capsules at 8am - which I found to be very early given some people are resting after a long flight. In addition the workers who are maintaining the lift and other work were drilling away loudly between 7am-3pm. Again, it can’t be helped if these things need doing but prior notice would’ve helped me to book somewhere more suitable. Noise outside on busy street is manageable and not too loud, and the curtain for each pod is good for privacy. My biggest concern is that on my morning of departure, I woke up at 2.30am and had prepared to leave, when a man entered at 3.10am. In a female dorm? How he had gained access I cannot be sure, but this removes the purpose of women’s safety and the reason by booking a non male facility. NO

Stayed 3 nights

Just the rooms with beds stifflingly warm. Fan’s in capsule had no effect. I enjoyed 3 night stay as Staff & everything else 10/10. But this asked about AC so not good as result.
