Wonderful hotel, modern and comfortable, we stayed as a family of 4 and had a nice spacious room between us. Breakfast was varied and filling and plenty of tables. Staff were friendly and helpful and added bonus of plenty of parking with security gate. Minutes from Disney and a wonderful american styled restaurant just outside with excellant food

Hôtel facile d’accès, parking suffisant, accueil super sympa, hôtel propre et la chambre plus grande que la plupart des hôtels de la même gamme tout comme la douche et la sdb super grande ! Seul petit bémol pour moi (pas forcément pour tout le monde) le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’œufs brouillés et du bacon au petit dej mais vu le prix super attractif comparé aux alentours ça passe !

My family are frequent visitors to Disneyland Paris. This is a convenient hotel for the park. Parking is free at the hotel unlike many of the closer hotels. There is no shuttle bus to the park however we do not mind as we get free parking with Disney annual passes.

Spacious, clean and air-conditioned room with a good sized bathroom and shower. Plenty of standard breakfast choices, breads, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, fruit. Less than 15 minutes to/from Disney and Cite de Europe for shopping and dining. Friendly English speaking staff on the desk for check-in. Plenty of free safe private parking. We stayed for one night before our stay at Disney so that we could get an early start with our Extra Magic Hour and it was ideal, we were the only ones at breakfast at 7:30.

Spacious, clean and air-conditioned room with a good sized bathroom and shower. Plenty of standard breakfast choices, breads, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, fruit. It’s good in terms of very close to Disney. Breakfast was decent too. But the rooms specially washrooms were very dirty. The shower was clogged, the hand washing sink was clogged. The floor was so dirty with so many hair everywhere. I had to clean the toilet before using it was that dirty

Arrived in the room to mould on the ceiling, no plug in the sink which meant we could see all the clogged up hair down the sink. Upon using the shower the whole bathroom flooded and dirty water was shooting out the shower plug. Staff gave us towels to clean up ourselves. The room smelt but we were not allowed to move rooms. Every time we went to the toilet in the night we had to dry off our feet. Complained and was told nothing can be done as the hotel won’t reply or answer.

Cleanliness was poor, lady bugs all around the room. Spent the first half an hour cleaning the room ourselves. Beds are rock hard, room is hot with no air circulation. Breakfast was non existent, most of the machines were broken and the two that worked were difficult to get hot water from. Ended up leaving the breakfast and went elsewhere.

La propriété était tout près d'un arrêt d'autobus avec un accès direct à Disneyland (20-25 minutes de route). L'accueil était rapide. La chambre était spacieuse et pouvait accommoder une famille de 4 personnes. L'air climatisée fonctionnait très bien en pleine canicule. L'état de la chambre laisse un peu à désirer (trou dans les draps, taches rouge sur le couvre lit, morceau de la douche qui tombe, aucun bouchon pour l'évier, moisissure dans la salle de bain). Par contre, c'était propre et confortable.

We arrived very late ,so we went to the bed straight away. Next morning when we wake up i was shocked when my daughter come to me with someone eaten apple which she found under the bed,when i check there was also fries,and some other rubbish. I went to reception and kindly ask twice someone to service our room.After spending all day outside we went back to the hotel where the rubbish was still under the bed,i contact reception and i was told that at the moment there is no one from housekeeping, i assume that maybe they expects me to clean it.Poor amenities,only breakfast was ok.We ask to pay for late chack out as our flight was very late, reception denied straight away. If you are looking for a clean and nice room or you stay with you child this is definitely not the place to stay.Realy disappointed ,i can't rate the hotel even as a 2 star.Next time we will definitely look for different place to stay.

Hôtel où on est bien accueilli même au milieu de la nuit. Personnel très agréable. Chambre très propre et confortable nous avons vraiment bien dormi. Nous étions face à l'ascenseur et avions peur du bruit des aller et venues et nous n'avons rien entendu. Petit déjeuner avec un choix variés et viennoiseries chaudes même 30mn avant la fin du service. Facile d'accès et parking fermé c'est rassurant. Nous reviendront c'est certain !

Tot ruim 2u in de nacht zeer rumoerig. Grote groepen met Engelse jongeren die het hele hotel wakker hielden, zo ook tijdens het ontbijt. De ontbijt zaal was volledig gevuld met de groepen. Het zag er werkelijk zo vies uit. Nog nooit zoiets gezien in een hotel. Dit was eens maar nooit meer! De 5 persoonkamer zag er prima uit, maar dus wel zeer gehorig!

Bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais complet. Au vue du prix de la chambre , cela reste correct. Les joints de la salle de bain commence à souffrir de l’humidité ou du ménage trop rapide, présence de moisissures. Par contre, il fait affreusement chaud dans les chambres. Hôtel malgré tout agréable, personnel très sympathique et situation géographique idéal pour aller à Disneyland .

De klimaatregeling op de kamer kon alleen maar warm blazen, omzetten naar airco ging telkens uit, ook als je de temperatuur zeer laag instelde, hij ging telkens naar een verwarmfunctie. Het was veel te warm op de kamer, even raam open zetten kon wel even maar zo kon je niet slapen (drukke weg aan de voorkant). Blijkbaar stond het al reeds in winterstand? Ik verbleef er 1 t.e.m. 3 oktober met buitentemperatuur van 20°c met de zon vol op het venster. De kussens in bed waren ook van een slechte kwaliteit. Er is ook geen koffie aanwezig op de kamer. Ontbijt is basis, niet veel keuze. In deze prijsklasse zijn er betere accommodaties te vinden.

L’accueil était entre cordial et froid. J’ai demandé à quelle heure était les navettes pour l’aéroport, le monsieur de l’accueil m’a répondu sèchement qu’il n’y avait plus de navette depuis 4 ans, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site internet. Nous sommes touristes et étrangers à la région, ce genre d’information nous ne l’avons pas! Inutile d’être désagréable. J’ai choisi cet hôtel aussi pour un service navette.

Quick one night before Disney. Great location, room was large with everything we needed. Slight lack of communication when arrived and had to wait to be served while the reception had a chat. Breakfast was good and restocked. For price and location I’d stay again.

Mitt brandlarm i rummet funkade dessutom inte utan vi hörde det i korridoren. Informerade personalen men dom verkade inte förstå vad jag menade. Men för det vi betalade så levde hotellet ändå upp till alla förväntningar. Som sagt, frukosten är super!

Heel goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding op ongeveer 20 minuten met openbaar vervoer van Disneyland. Je auto kan je veilig gratis parkeren. Basic ontbijt is inbegrepen in de prijs. Centrum dorp met supermarkten, verse bakkers, … op enkele minuten met de auto.

Staff is nice and helpful. Room is all area is clean. There is no shops nereby, but it is very convenient to take the bus to the Disneyland Pairs, just about 20-25mins.

Basic accommodation and the bathroom had seen better days, but the family room had plenty of space (2 adults 2 children) and the air con worked which was welcome in 32c heat. Plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice with a decent continental choice. The town is lovely and worth the 10 minute stroll to find restaurants and shops. We booked this as going to Disney and it’s a 10 minute drive away. Ticked all the boxes for us. Budget friendly. Would recommend

Definitely worth considering as an option if you’re off to Disney. With the bus stop only a short walk away, number 2234 can get you to the parks in around 20-30 minutes. The hotel was of a good standard for the level they position the property at; check-in and out was quick and straight forward. The room had plenty of space for us as a family of 3 and breakfast was a continental buffet, not masses of choice, but enough to keep everyone going till lunch and non-dairy milk options too.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est très calme, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner du matin est simple et efficace. Seul petit bémol le 3eme matin au petit-déjeuner que nous sommes allés prendre vers 9h30 il ny avait plus beaucoup de choix et les employés ne remplissez pas malgré certaines demandes de clients.( mais cela n'est arrivé qu une fois les 2 autres petits-déjeuners étaient tres bien)

Les joints de la salle de bain commence à souffrir de l’humidité ou du ménage trop rapide, présence de moisissures. Par contre, il fait affreusement chaud dans les chambres. Hôtel malgré tout agréable, personnel très sympathique et situation géographique idéal pour aller à Disneyland .

Stayed here to visit Disneyland Paris. We took the number 34 bus which stops just round the corner. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The breakfast was outstanding. A great selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at ACE with our family. It’s the perfect location close to Disneyland, breakfast included, friendly staff, comfortable beds for everyone. There is also a restaurant next door which is perfect for a bite to eat once you arrive.
